1.1 INTRODUZIONE
Il ricevitore modulare R234 è stato ideato per consentire la ricezione
contemporanea di più radiomicrofoni (fino ad un massimo di 4).
I modelli compatibili, che trasmettono in modulazione di frequenza nella
banda VHF sono:

1.1 INTRODUCTION
The R234 modular receiver has been designed to enable several wireless
microphones to be received simultaneously (up to a maximum of four).
The compatible models, which have frequency-modulation transmission
in the VHF band, are the following:

The RD200-Fx receiver modules, which will have to be inserted into
the compartments provided for them on the front panel of the R234,
are not included in this pack.

2.1 NOTE SULL’INSTALLAZIONE
Tutti gli apparecchi PASO sono costruiti nel rispetto delle più severe
normative internazionali di sicurezza ed in ottemperanza ai requisiti
della Comunità Europea.
Per un corretto ed efficace uso dell’apparecchio è importante prendere
conoscenza di tutte le caratteristiche leggendo attentamente le presenti
istruzioni ed in particolare le note di sicurezza. Evitare inoltre di tenere
l’apparecchio in prossimità di sorgenti di calore.
Questo apparecchio è predisposto per il montaggio in mobile rack
standard 19”; allo scopo sono fornite a corredo due squadrette provviste
di cavetto d’antenna e quattro viti per il relativo fissaggio (vedi fig.
2.1.1).
2.2 ALIMENTAZIONE E MESSA A TERRA
L’apparecchio è predisposto per il funzionamento con tensione di rete
a 230 V ± 10% 50/60 Hz. E’ prevista, in alternativa, la possibilità di
alimentare l’apparecchio con una tensione continua esterna di 12÷18V.
In accordo con le normative di sicurezza, l’interruttore di accensione [3]
agisce solo sulla tensione di rete.
L’apparecchio é corredato di cavo di alimentazione con filo di terra ed il
relativo terminale sulla spina di rete non deve essere rimosso in alcun
caso. Assicurarsi che la presa di corrente sia dotata di collegamento di
terra a norma di legge.
2.3 NOTE DI SICUREZZA
La rimozione del coperchio dell'apparecchio presenta il rischio di scosse
elettriche.
Prima della sostituzione dei fusibili accertarsi di avere staccato il cavo di
rete. La sostituzione deve essere effettuata con fusibili dello stesso tipo
e valore. Non rimuovere mai il conduttore di terra dal cavo di rete.
Prima di applicare accessori all'apparecchio accertarsi che il cavo di rete
sia staccato.
Nel caso di accidentale caduta di liquidi sull'apparecchio, staccare
immediatamente la spina di rete ed interpellare il centro di assistenza
PASO più vicino.
IMPORTANTE!
La PASO declina ogni responsabilità per danni a cose e/o persone derivanti
dall'uso non corretto dell'apparecchio o da procedure non rispondenti a
quanto riportato sul presente libretto.
2.1 NOTES CONCERNING INSTALLATION
All PASO equipment is manufactured in accordance with the most
stringent international safety standards and in compliance with the
requisites of the European Community.
In order to use the equipment correctly and effectively, it is important
to be aware of all its technical features by reading carefully these
instructions and particularly the safety notes. It is also necessary to
avoid leaving the equipment in the vicinity of heat sources.
This equipment is designed for mounting in a standard 19” rack cabinet.
Two square brackets fitted with antenna wires are provided for this
purpose, together with four screws for fixing them in place (see Figure
2.1.1).
2.2 POWER SUPPLY AND EARTH CONNECTION
The apparatus is designed for operation with a mains power supply of
230 V ± 10% 50/60 Hz. As an alternative, it is possible to supply the
apparatus with an external continuous voltage of 12÷18V.
In accordance with the safety standards, the power supply switch [3]
only switches the mains voltage.
The apparatus is supplied with a power cord equipped with earthing
wire and the relevant terminal on the mains plug should never be removed
for any reason whatsoever. Make sure that the power outlet is equipped
with an earthing connection in accordance with legal requirements.
2.3 SAFETY NOTES
Do not remove the unit cover: danger of high voltage.
Before changing fuses, make sure that the mains cable is disconnected.
Replacement fuses should be of the same type and rating.
Never remove the ground wire from the mains cable.
Before installing options within the unit, make sure that the mains cable
is disconnected.
If liquids are accidentally spilled on the unit, disconnect the power
supply immediately and call the nearest PASO service center.
IMPORTANT!
PASO will not accept any liability for damage to property and/or persons
arising out of incorrect use of the equipment or of procedures that do not
comply with the instructions provided in this booklet.

3.1 INSERZIONE DEI MODULI RICEVITORI RD200
I moduli ricevitori sono disponibili in quattro modelli:
• RD200-F1
• RD200-F6
• RD200-F7
• RD200-F8
A seconda delle necessità, è quindi possibile configurare apparati completi
che consentano l'utilizzazione contemporanea da 1 a 4 radiomicrofoni
nella gamma di frequenza VHF.
Per inserire i moduli RD200 all'interno dell'R234, operare come segue:
1) Con l'aiuto di un cacciavite a lama piatta, far leva sulla fessura presente
sul lato destro del pannellino di chiusura ed estrarlo dal frontale
dell'apparecchio (vedi fig. 3.1.1).
2) Estrarre il connettore [A] dal vano.
3) Inserire il modulo ricevitore nel vano come illustrato in fig. 3.1.2
avendo cura di spingerlo fino ad arrivare a battuta.

4) Inserire il connettore [A] nel pannellino frontale (fig. 3.1.3) e montarlo
nel frontale dell'apparecchio come mostrato in fig. 3.1.4.

3.1 INSERTING THE RD200 RECEIVER MODULES
Four different models of receiver modules are available:
• RD200-F1
• RD200-F6
• RD200-F7
• RD200-F8
Depending on requirements, therefore, it is possible to configure complete
systems enabling simultaneous use of 1 to 4 wireless microphones in the
VHF frequency range.
To insert the RD200 modules into the R234, proceed as follows:
1) Insert a flat-bladed screwdriver into the slit on the right side of the
small sealing panel and use the screwdriver as a lever to prise it off
the front panel of the equipment (see Figure 3.1.1).
2) Remove the connector [A] from the compartment.
3) Insert the receiver module into the compartment as illustrated in Figure
3.1.2, taking care to push it in completely until contact is made.
4) Insert the connector [A] into the small panel (Fig. 3.1.3) and mount
this onto the front panel of the equipment as shown in Figure 3.1.4.

4.1 USCITE MICROFONICHE
É possibile collegare l'apparecchio al sistema d'amplificazione utilizzando
due diverse modalità:

• Collegamento tramite prese CHANNEL 1÷4, a cui è possibile
collegare i relativi ingressi di un mixer/amplifier (vedi es. fig. 4.1.1) o di
un equalizzatore. Nella fig. 4.1.2 sono illustrati i collegamenti delle uscite
microfoniche bilanciate, visti dall’esterno.
• Collegamento tramite uscita MIXED OUT
Tale collegamento va effettuato inserendo la spina jack nell’uscita
‘MIXED OUT’ del ricevitore e le due spine phono RCA nell’ingresso
TUNER del mixer/amplifier.

4.2 SELETTORE AUX/LINE
Il selettore ‘AUX/LINE’ [8] consente di selezionare il livello di di uscita:

4.1 MICROPHONE OUTPUTS
It is possible to connect the equipment to the amplifying system using
two different procedures:
• Connection by means of the CHANNEL 1 to 4 sockets, to which
it is possible to connect the appropriate inputs of a mixer/amplifier (see
example in Figure 4.1.1) or of an equaliser. Figure 4.1.2 shows the
connections of the balanced microphone outputs, seen from outside.
• Connection by means of the MIXED OUT output
This connection should be made by plugging the jack into the ‘MIXED
OUT’ output of the receiver and the two RCA phono plugs into the
TUNER intput of the mixer/amplifier.
4.2 AUX/LINE SWITCH
The ‘AUX/LINE’ switch [8] can be used to select the output level:

4.3 ANTENNE
Un volta connesso l'apparecchio al sistema d'amplificazione secondo le
proprie necessità, montare le due antenne fornite in dotazione nelle
apposite prese presenti sul pannello posteriore (fig. 4.3.1).
NOTA
Nel caso in cui l'R234 venisse
installato all'interno di un rack, e
qualora non si volessero utilizzare
eventuali connessioni ad antenne
distanti, sarà necessario installare le
antenne fornite in dotazione ai lati
del pannello frontale tramite gli
appositi supporti.
Nella fig. 4.3.2 è rappresentato il corretto posizionamento delle antenne
per ottimizzare la ricezione.

Per ottenere questa 'configurazione'
è necessario:
1) Montare sull' apparecchio le due
squadrette provviste di BNC,
fissandole con le viti fornite in
dotazione (vedi fig. 4.3.3).

4.3 ANTENNAS
Once the equipment has been connected to the amplification system
according to the specific needs at the time, plug the two antennas included
in the supply into the sockets provided for this purpose on the rear panel
(Figure 4.3.1).
Figure 4.3.2 shows the correct positioning of the antennas in order to
optimise reception.
NOTE
If the R234 is installed in a rack, and
if it is not desirable to use possible
connections to remote antennas, it
will be necessary to install the
antennas included in the supply on
the two sides of the front panel using
the supports provided for this
purpose.
To obtain this 'configuration’ it is
necessary to:
1) Mount the two square brackets
equipped with BNC connectors on
the equipment, securing them in
place by means of the screws
included in the supply (see Figure
4.3.3).

2) Collegare i cavetti d'antenna alle relative prese ‘A’ e ‘B’ [4] poste sul
pannello posteriore (fig. 4.3.4).
3) Inserire infine le antenne telescopiche ed orientarle a seconda delle
necessità (fig. 4.3.5).

2) Connect the antenna wires to the appropriate sockets ‘A’ and ‘B’ [4]
on the rear panel (Figure 4.3.4).
3) Lastly, plug in the telescopic antennas and direct them as required
(Figure 4.3.5).

5.2 REGOLAZIONI
• Nel caso durante la ricezione si verificassero delle interferenze, sarà
possibile eliminarle riducendo la sensibilità (SQUELCH): ruotare in senso
antiorario il potenziometro relativo [E].
• Regolare opportunamente il volume sul modulo ricevitore e
sull'amplificatore ad esso collegato per ridurre al minimo e/o eliminare
l'effetto Larsen.
Sul pannellino è inoltre presente un indicatore [B] che mostra l'intensità
della voce.
NOTA
Il campo vuoto ‘FREQ.’ [A] può essere utilizzato dall’utente per marcare
ciascun modulo con la frequenza di trasmissione relativa.
5.1 ACCENSIONE
Dopo aver effettuato tutti i collegamenti necessari, accendere
l’apparecchio premendo il tasto ‘POWER’ [3].
- Accendere il trasmettitore: sul frontale del ricevitore corrispondente
si accenderà uno dei led A/B[C].
Questi leds indicano da quale antenna (A o B) il ricevitore preleva il
segnale a radiofrequenza.
- Ruotare il potenziometro ‘SQUELCH’ [E] in senso ORARIO fino a
portarlo in posizione “10” (massima sensibilità).
Il ricevitore sceglierà automaticamente se ricevere dall'antenna ‘A’ o ‘B’
in base al livello ricevuto dalla stessa.
5.2 SETTINGS
• If any interference occurs during reception, it will be possible to
eliminate it by lowering the sensitivity (SQUELCH) level: turn the
appropriate potentiometer in an anticlockwise direction [E].
• Adjust the volume as required on the receiver module and on the
amplifier connected to it so as to reduce the Larsen effect to a minimum
and/or eliminate it.
There is also an indicator [B] on the small panel, showing the voice
intensity.
NOTE
The empty ‘FREQ.’ field [A] can be used to mark each module with the
relevant transmission frequency.
5.1 SWITCHING ON
After making all the necessary connections, turn on the equipment by
pressing the ‘POWER’ key [3].
- Switch the transmitter on: one of the LEDs A/Bon the front panel of
the receiver will light up [C].
These LEDs indicate which antenna (Aor B) the receiver is taking
the radio-frequency signal from.
- Turn the ‘SQUELCH’ potentiometer [E] in a CLOCKWISE direction as
far as position “10” (maximum sensitivity).
The receiver will choose automatically whether to receive from antenna
‘A’ or from antenna ‘B’, on the basis of the level received from them.

1.1 INTRODUCTION
Le récepteur modulaire R234 a été conçu pour permettre la réception
simultanée de signaux transmis par plusieurs micros sans fil (jusqu'à un
maximum de 4 micros). Les modèles compatibles transmettant en
modulation de fréquence sur la bande VHF sont les suivants:

2.1 NOTES SUR L'INSTALLATION
Tous les appareils PASO sont réalisés dans le respect des normes
internationales de sécurité les plus sévères et dans le respect des
standards de l'Union européenne.
Pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de l'appareil, il est important de
prendre connaissance de toutes les caractéristiques en lisant
attentivement à cet effet la présente notice, en particulier les notes
relatives à la sécurité. Il est important en outre de veiller à ce que
l'appareil ne se trouve pas à proximité de sources de chaleur.
L'appareil objet de la présente notice est prévu pour être monté dans
un rack standard de 19”; à cet effet sont fournis deux supports pourvus
d'un câble d'antenne et de quatre vis de fixation (voir fig. 2.1.1).
2.2 ALIMENTATION ET MISE À LA TERRE
L'appareil est prévu pour être alimenté sur secteur à une tension de
230 V ± 10% 50/60 Hz. Différemment, il est possible de raccorder l'appareil
à une source d'alimentation externe en courant continu comprise entre
12 et 18V. Conformément aux normes de sécurité, l'interrupteur d'allumage
[3] agit sur la seule tension de secteur.
L'appareil est doté d'un câble d'alimentation équipé de conducteur de mise
à la terre, aussi la borne de terre de la fiche d'alimentation de secteur ne
doit en aucun cas être retirée. S'assurer en outre que la prise de courant
est raccordée à la terre conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.
2.3 NOTES DE SÉCURITÉ
Le retrait du capot de l'appareil expose à un risque de décharge électrique.
Avant de procéder au changement des fusibles, s'assurer que le câble de
l'alimentation de secteur a bien été débranché; s'assurer en outre que les
fusibles installés soient de type et d'ampérage identiques. Ne jamais
retirer le conducteur de terre du câble d'alimentation de secteur.
Avant de procéder à l'installation de tout accessoire sur l'appareil, s'assurer
que le câble d'alimentation de secteur est bien débranché.
Dans le cas où un liquide serait involontairement renversé sur l'appareil,
débrancher immédiatement la fiche d'alimentation de secteur et contacter
le centre d'assistance PASO le plus proche.

PASO décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages matériels et/ou
physiques provoqués par l'utilisation impropre de l'appareil ou encore par
des opérations ou des interventions ne respectant pas les instructions
figurant dans la présente notice.

RECOMMANDATIONSGÉNÉRALES
2.1 ANGABEN FÜR DIE INSTALLATION
Alle PASO-Geräte werden gemäß den strengsten internationalen
Sicherheitsnormen und den EG-Anforderungen gebaut.
Für einen ordnungsgemäßen und effizienten Gebrauch des Geräts ist
es wichtig, sich mit dessen Eigenschaften vertraut zu machen und die
hier vorliegenden Anweisungen aufmerksam zu lesen, insbesondere die
Sicherheitshinweise. Vermeiden Sie es, das Gerät in der Nähe von
Wärmequellen aufzustellen.
Das Gerät ist für die Montage in einem 19”-Standard-Rack ausgelegt;
für die Montage liegen zwei Haltebügel mit Antennenkabel und Schrauben
für deren Befestigung bei (siehe Abb. 2.1.1).
ALLGEMEINEHINWEISE
2.2 SPEISUNG UND ERDUNG
Das Gerät ist für den Betrieb mit Netzspannung von 230 V ± 10%
50/60 Hz ausgelegt. Alternativ besteht die Möglichkeit der Speisung mit
externer Gleichspannung von 12÷18V.
In Übereinstimmung mit den Sicherheitsvorschriften schaltet die
Einschalttaste [3] nur die Netzspannung.
Das Gerät ist mit einem Versorgungskabel mit Erdleiter ausgerüstet; das
entsprechende Endstück auf dem Netzstecker darf auf keinen Fall entfernt
werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Steckdose über einen gesetzlich
vorgeschriebenen Erdanschluss verfügt.
2.3 SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Bei Entfernung des Gerätedeckels besteht die Stromschlaggefahr.
Vor Auswechseln der Sicherungen muss überprüft werden, dass die
Netzkabel abgezogen wurden. Die Sicherungen müssen mit Sicherungen
gleicher Art und gleichen Wertes ausgewechselt werden. Entfernen Sie
niemals den Erdanschluss vom Netzkabel.
Vor der Montage von Zubehör am Gerät muss überprüft werden, dass
das Netzkabel abgezogen wurde.
Bei Auslaufen von Flüssigkeiten auf dem Gerät muss sofort der
Netzstecker abgezogen und der nächste PASO-Kundendienst
verständigt werden.

3.1 MISE EN PLACE DES MODULES RÉCEPTEURS RD200
Quatre modèles de modules récepteurs sont disponibles:
• RD200-F1
• RD200-F6
• RD200-F7
• RD200-F8
Selon les besoins, il est possible de configurer les appareils pour permettre
l'utilisation simultanée d'un maximum de 4 micros sans fil sur la gamme de
fréquence VHF.
Pour mettre en place les modules RD200 à l'intérieur du récepteur R234,
procéder comme suit:
1) Introduire un tournevis plat dans la fente présente sur le côté droit du
panneau de fermeture et l'extraire de la façade de l'appareil (voir
fig. 3.1.1).
2) Extraire le connecteur [A] du logement.
3) Introduire le module récepteur dans le logement comme indiqué à la
fig. 3.1.2 en veillant à l'engager jusqu'à ce qu'il se trouve en butée.

4) Introduire le connecteur [A] sur le panneau frontal (fig. 3.1.3) et le
monter sur la façade de l'appareil comme indiqué à la fig. 3.1.4.

INSTALLATION
3.1 EINSETZEN DER EMPFÄNGERMODULE RD200
Empfängermodule stehen in vier Ausführungen zur Verfügung:
• RD200-F1
• RD200-F6
• RD200-F7
• RD200-F8
Je nach Bedarf können daher komplette Geräte konfiguriert werden, die
die gleichzeitige Verwendung von ein bis vier Mikrofonen im
Frequenzbereich VHF ermöglichen.
Beim Einsetzen der Module RD200 in den Innenraum des R234 ist wie
folgt vorzugehen:
1) Üben Sie mit Hilfe eines Schraubenziehers mit flachem Ansatz Druck
auf den Schlitz auf der rechten Seite des kleinen Verschlusspaneels
aus und ziehen Sie es vom Frontpaneel des Geräts ab (siehe
Abb. 3.1.1).
2) Ziehen Sie das Anschlussstück [A] aus dem Gehäuse heraus.
3) Setzen Sie das Empfängermodul in das Gehäuse ein wie in Abb. 3.1.2
dargestellt, und schieben Sie es bis zum Anschlag ein.

4) Setzen Sie das Anschlussstück [A] in das kleine Frontpaneel
(Abb. 3.1.3) ein und montieren Sie es, wie in Abb. 3.1.4 dargestellt.

4.1 SORTIES MICRO
Il est possible de brancher l'appareil au système d'amplification en
procédant selon deux modalités distinctes:

• Branchement par l'intermédiaire des prises CHANNEL 1÷4,
auxquelles il est possible de raccorder les entrées correspondantes d'un
mixeur/amplificateur (voir ex. fig. 4.1.1) ou d'un égaliseur. La fig. 4.1.2
montre les branchements des sorties micro équilibrées vus de l'extérieur.
• Branchement par l'intermédiaire de la sortie MIXED OUT
Ce branchement s'effectue en raccordant le jack à la sortie ‘MIXED OUT’
du récepteur et les deux fiches phono RCA à l'entrée TUNER du mixeur/
amplificateur.

Dieser Anschluss wird hergestellt, in dem der Jack-Stecker an den Ausgang
‘MIXED OUT’ des Empfängers und die beiden Phono-Stecker an den
Ausgang TUNER des Mixers/Verstärkers gesetzt werden.
4.2 WÄHLSCHALTER AUX/LINE
Mit Hilfe des Wählschalters ‘AUX/LINE’ [8] kann die Ausgangsstufe
gewählt werden:

Pos. LINE = 470 mV
4.1 MIKROFONAUSGÄNGE
Es bestehen zwei Möglichkeiten, das Gerät an das Verstärkersystem
anzuschließen:
• Anschluss mit Hilfe der Buchsen CHANNEL 1÷4, an die ggf. auch
die Eingänge eines Mixers/Verstärkers (Siehe Beispiel Abb. 4.1.1) oder
eines Equalizers angeschlossen werden können. In Abb. 4.1.2 werden
die Anschlüsse der symmetrischen Mikrofonausgänge erläutert,

4.3 ANTENNES
Une fois l'appareil branché au système d'amplification sur la base des
besoins spécifiques de l'installation, monter les deux antennes fournies
dans les prises prévues à cet effet sur le panneau postérieur (fig. 4.3.1).
NOTE
Dans le cas où le récepteur R234
serait installé dans un rack et que
l'on ne souhaiterait pas procéder au
raccordement à des antennes
distantes, il est nécessaire d'installer
les antennes fournies sur les côtés
du panneau frontal en utilisant les
supports prévus à cet effet.
La fig. 4.3.2 montre le meilleur positionnement des antennes pour optimiser
la réception.

Pour obtenir cette configuration, il

supports pourvus de connecteurs

Nach wunschgemäßem Anschluss des Geräts an das Verstärkersystem
montieren Sie die beiden mitgelieferten Antennen an die Buchsen auf
dem Rückpaneel (Abb. 4.3.1).
ANSCHLÜSSE
In Abb. 4.3.2 ist die für den Empfang optimale Position der Antennen
dargestellt.
MERKE
Bei Rackmontage des R234 und falls
keine Anschlüsse an entfernt
liegenden Antennen gewünscht
werden sollten, müssen die
beiliegenden Antennen mit Hilfe der
entsprechenden Halterungen an den
Seitenteilen des Frontpaneels
montiert werden.
Für diese 'Konfiguration' ist
Folgendes erforderlich:
1) Montieren Siedie mit BNC-Verbindern
versehenen Halterungen auf dem
Gerät, indem Sie sie mit den
beiliegenden Schrauben befestigen
(siehe Abb. 4.3.3).

2) de raccorder les câbles d'antenne aux prises correspondantes ‘A’ et
‘B’ [4] situées sur le panneau postérieur (fig. 4.3.4).
3) enfin, de mettre en place les antennes télescopiques et de les orienter
correctement (fig. 4.3.5).

5.2 RÉGLAGES
• Il est possible d'éliminer les éventuelles interférences présentes durant
le réception en abaissant la sensibilité (SQUELCH): à cet effet tourner
le potentiomètre correspondant [E] dans le sens contraire des aiguilles
d'une montre.
• Régler correctement le volume sur le module récepteur et sur
l'amplificateur auquel il est raccordé de façon à limiter au maximum et/ou
éliminer l'effet Larsen.
Sur le panneau un indicateur [B] qui visualise l'intensité de la voix est
également présent.
NOTE
L'espace libre ‘FREQ.’ [A] peut être utilisé par l'utilisateur pour marquer
chaque module en fonction de la fréquence de transmission
correspondante.
5.1 ALLUMAGE
Une fois effectués tous les branchements nécessaires, allumer l'appareil
en appuyant sur la touche ‘POWER’ [3].
- Allumer l'émetteur: sur la partie frontale du récepteur correspondant
un des témoins ‘A’ ou ‘B’ [C] devra s'allumer.
Ces témoins indiquent l'antenne (A ou B) dont le récepteur capte le
signal en fréquence radio.
- Tourner le potentiomètre 'SQUELCH' [E] dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre jusqu'à ce qu'il se trouve sur la position “10” (sensibilité maxi).
Le récepteur sélectionne automatiquement la réception de l'antenne ‘A’
ou ‘B’ en fonction du niveau de signal transmis par ces dernières.

5.1 EINSCHALTEN
Nach Herstellung aller erforderlichen Anschlüsse, Schalten Sie das Gerät
ein, indem Sie die Taste ‘POWER’ [3] drücken.
- Einschalten des Senders: auf der Vorderseite des Empfängers leuchten
die LED ‘A’/’B’ [C].
Diese LEDS zeigen die Antenne an (A oder B), von der der Empfänger
das Funksignal erhält.
- Drehen Sie das Potentiometer ‘SQUELCH’ [E] nach rechts bis in die
Position “10” (maximale Empfindlichkeit).
Der Empfänger wählt automatisch auf Basis der empfangenen Stärke, ob
er über die Antenne ‘A’ oder ‘B’ empfängt.
VERWENDUNGDESGERÄTS
5.2 EINSTELLUNGEN
• Falls beim Empfang Interferenzen auftreten sollten, könne diese
durch Rücknahme der Empfindlichkeit (SQUELCH) eliminiert werden:
drehen Sie das entsprechende Potentiometer [E] nach rechts.
• Stellen Sie die Lautstärke auf dem Empfängermodul und dem
angeschlossenen Verstärker entsprechend ein, um den Larsen-Effekt
(Nachhallen) zu verringern bzw. zu eliminieren.
Auf dem kleinen Paneel ist außerdem die Anzeige [B] vorhanden, welche
die Stimmintensität anzeigt.
MERKE
Das leere Feld ‘FREQ.’ [A] kann vom Anwender für die Markierung jedes
Moduls mit dessen entsprechender Übertragungsfrequenz verwendet
werden.

2.1 INSTALLATIEVOORSCHRIFTEN
Alle apparaten van PASO worden gebouwd volgens de strengste
internationale veiligheidsvoorschriften en voldoen aan de vereisten van
de Europese Gemeenschap.
Voor een correct en doeltreffend gebruik van het apparaat, is het
belangrijk alle eigenschappen ervan te kennen; lees de hier gegeven
instructies, en met name de veiligheidsvoorschriften, daarom aandachtig
door. Het apparaat mag bovendien niet in de nabijheid van
warmtebronnen opgesteld worden.
Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor montage in een standaard rack van 19”;
hiertoe vindt u in de verpakking twee haken met antennekabel en vier
bevestigingsschroeven (zie afb. 2.1.1).
2.2 VOEDING EN AARDING
Het apparaat is bedoeld om op netvoeding van a 230 V ± 10% 50/60 Hz
te werken. Als alternatief is het ook mogelijk het apparaat te voeden
met een externe gelijkstroomvoeding van 12÷18V.
Overeenkomstig de veiligheidsvoorschriften werkt de schakelaar voor
inschakeling van het apparaat [3] alleen op de netspanning.
Het apparaat is voorzien van een voedingskabel met aardgeleider en
de betreffende klem op de netstekker mag in geen enkel geval verwijderd
worden. Verzeker u ervan dat het stopcontact volgens de wettelijke
voorschriften geaard is.
2.3 VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Bij verwijdering van het deksel van het apparaat bestaat gevaar voor
elektrische schokken.
Alvorens de zekeringen te vervangen, dient u zich ervan te vergewissen
dat het netsnoer is afgekoppeld. De zekeringen moeten worden
vervangen door exemplaren van hetzelfde type en dezelfde
stroomwaarde. Verwijder nooit de aardgeleider uit het netsnoer.
Alvorens accessoires op het apparaat te installeren, dient u zich ervan te
verzekeren dat het netsnoer is afgekoppeld.
Indien er per ongeluk vloeistoffen op het apparaat gemorst worden,
dient u onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact te trekken en contact
op te nemen met het dichtstbijzijnde PASO servicecentrum.

PASO kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade aan voorwerpen
en/of persoonlijk letsel die het gevolg zijn van een onjuist gebruik van het
apparaat of van procedures die niet overeenkomen met de voorschriften
uit deze handleiding.

ALGEMENERICHTLIJNEN
2.1 NOTAS ACERCA DE LA INSTALACIÓN
Todos los aparatos PASO están fabricados conforme a las más severas
normas internacionales de seguridad y según los requisitos de la
Comunidad Europea.
Para una utilización correcta y eficaz del aparato es importante tener
conocimiento de todas las características, leyendo detenidamente estas
instrucciones y en particular las notas de seguridad. Evitar así mismo
colocar el aparato cerca de fuentes de calor.
Este aparato está predispuesto para el montaje en mueble rack estándar
de 19”; para ello vienen incluidas en el suministro dos escuadras provistas
de cable de antena y cuatro tornillos para su fijación (ver fig. 2.1.1).
ADVERTENCIASGENERALES
2.2 ALIMENTACIÓN Y CONEXIÓN A TIERRA
El aparato está predispuesto para el funcionamiento con tensión de red
de 230 V ± 10% 50/60 Hz. En alternativa está prevista la posibilidad de
alimentar el aparato con una tensión continua externa de 12÷18V.
Conforme a las normas de seguridad, el interruptor de encendido [3]
actúa sólo sobre la tensión de red.
El aparato viene provisto de cable de alimentación con hilo de conexión
a tierra y no se debe nunca quitar el terminal correspondiente de la
clavija. Comprobar que la toma de corriente disponga de conexión a
tierra conforme a las normas de ley.
2.3 NOTAS DE SEGURIDAD
Quitando la tapa del aparato cabe el riesgo de sacudidas eléctricas.
Antes de proceder a cambiar los fusibles, comprobar que el cable de red
esté desenchufado. La sustitución debe ser efectuada por fusibles del
mismo tipo y valor. No quitar nunca el conductor de tierra del cable de
red.
Antes de aplicar accesorios al aparato es preciso comprobar que el cable
de red esté desconectado.
En caso de penetración accidental de líquidos en el aparato, desconectar
inmediatamente la clavija de la toma de red y contactar con el Centro de
Servicio Técnico PASO más próximo.

La PASO rehusa cualquier responsabilidad ante daños a cosas y/o personas
causados por una utilización no correcta del aparato o por operaciones no
conformes a cuanto indicado en este folleto.
