ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unpack box and lay all the parts upon a flat surface.
2. Locate the RIGHT vertical upright. This is the upright with the two
straps AND THE KNEE SUPPORT attached to it. Using the 1/4" hex
key found in the package, loosen and detach the flat headed bolt in
both legs of the right vertical upright. You will be left with the bolt,
one countersunk washer, and one standard washer. Place these on
the floor so that you can reach them easily.
3. Using the two washers and
bolt that you removed
from each leg, attach the
vertical upright as seen in
the illustration. The correct
order (top to bottom) of
the components is:
Vertical upright
Regular washer
Base
Countersunk washer
Bolt
IMPORTANT: The Regular
washer is the wider, thin
washer that goes between
leg and base, on the top
side. The Countersunk
washer is smaller in
diameter, but thicker, and
is countersunk so the Bolt
fits flush with the underside
of the base.
Make sure that the uprights are oriented in the correct fashion (the
back of the base is the side with the casters). Repeat the process
for the left vertical upright.
4. After both uprights are securely fastened to the base, position the
stander in the upright position.
5. Swing the knee support assembly on the right vertical upright, to
position the knee bracket around the left vertical upright. (Fig.1)
The pin locks the assembly into place. The white rail clamp keeps
the knee support assembly in the desired vertical position. The heel
rest assembly and heel straps keep the user’s feet in place.
6. The foam pads are used to keep the chest and buttock straps in the
desired vertical position. (Fig.2)

7. Locate the arm hoop. Loosen the black screw knobs (counter
clockwise) on the white tube clamps so that the clamp can be
opened completely. This will allow the arm hoop to be positioned in
between the vertical uprights and fastened to the vertical
uprights. To put the arm hoop in place between the vertical
uprights, tilt the arm hoop about 45º to the base and position one
tube clamp on one of the vertical uprights.(Fig.3) Gently bring the
arm hoop parallel to the base, allowing the other tube clamp to
position itself on the other vertical upright. Close the white tube
clamps and tighten the knobs to securely fasten the arm hoop to
the vertical uprights. (Fig.4)
8. Place the tray on the
armpads in the desired
position. Rotate the
handle on the attaching
brackets into the locked
position.(Fig.5) The circular
lip around the handle
tightens up against the
underside of the armpad
to keep the tray in place.
