HOW TO ACTIVATE
1. Insert SIM Card
Included in your box is a Pearchild SIM Card. After insertion
replace rear watch cover.
2. Attach Charger
Insert USB into mains plug and Micro USB into docking station.
3. Activation
Email: [e-mail]
Include serial number found on box.
Or call: 0333 44 44 999 Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Activation normally within 24 hours.
4. How will I know when my Pearchild Yo is activated?
Activation has occurred when Signal Strength indicator shows
on the Pearchild Yo face:

SET UP TIPS
1. Initial Set Up
A strong signal is required for initial set up. You may need to
move away from your current location.
2. Serial Number
Serial number can be found on the rear of product box.
3. Using Yo Abroad
Your Pearchild Yo can be used in 28 EU countries. For EU
roaming please contact us for activation (24hrs notice required).
4. Battery Life
For normal use please ensure your Yo is in battery saving mode
(see step 5).
5. Setting Watch Time
To adjust the time on the Yo please send the following SMS to
your device:
DATETIME,20160228,153000#
(Year, month, date, followed by hour, minutes, seconds then #)

Yo FAQ’s
1. Auto shut down
Your Yo will automatically shut down between 23.00 and 06.00.
To overide this function simply switch on the device.
2. Does Yo need a SIM card?
Yes, a Pearchild SIM card is supplied with your Yo.
Please note that use of any other SIM card renders the warranty
of this product invalid.

Warranty
This product is guaranteed for a period of one year from date of
purchase against mechanical and electrical manufacturing defects.
There are no user servicable parts inside the product, any attempted
repair by unorthorised persons invalidates the warranty. This does not
affect your statutory rights.

Disposal
Used, fully discharged batteries must be disposed of in a specifically
labelled collection container, at toxic waste collection points or through
an electrical retailer. You are under legal obligation to dispose of batteries
correctly. Please dispose of the Pearchild Yo in accordance with the
directive 2002/96/EC-WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) if
you have any queries please refer to the local authorities responsible for
waste disposal.
