Safety instructions for parts washers
• Use the small parts wash on a at surface.
The plug may only be connected to a grounded
230V / 50 Hz electrical outlet.
• Observe the workplace safety regulations and
respect all the laws, rules and regulations that
apply where the washer is used. Smoking is for-
bidden. Solvent vapors can be toxic. Used only
in well-ventilated areas.
• Keep the manual in a safe place next to the
washer and in the event of a sale, the manual
must be included.
• The small part washer is designed to clean
smaller machine or engine parts and must not
be used for work other than what it is made for.
• The small parts wash must not be used with
ammable solvents or ammable substances.
Only water-soluble products may be used.
• If the cleanser comes in contact with the skin,
the product should be washed off immediately.
• The detergent / water must not be hotter than
40 ° C. Addition of other chemicals to the
detergent (gasoline, fuel oil, kerosene, etc.) can
increase the risk of re. NEVER add anything to
the detergent.
• Wipe up spills immediately. If the small washer
leaks, repair the leak as soon as possible. DO
NOT use the small part washer if it leaks.
• Follow the hygiene regulations when handling
solvents.
• DO NOT put in hot parts in the small parts
wash. Use only agents with a ash point higher
than 65 ° C. NOTE: Avoid solvents with unstable
constituents.
• The power cord must not be exposed to sharp
edges, oil or heat. If the cord is damaged, the
risk of electric shock increases. If the power
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly
qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
• The small part wash may only be used indoors.
Assembly instructions
1. Remove the machine from the carton and
check for visible damage.
2. Remove parts inside the machine.
3. Lay clean and hard cardboard on the oor and
place the machine on the lid. (Make sure you
keep the cover closed when putting the
machine on the lid.)
4. Mount four legs in place with M6X12 philips
head screws and M6 nuts. NOTE: DO NOT
TIGHTEN.
5. Place the lower shelf between the legs with
the at surface up and fasten to the legs with
M6X12 Philips screws and M6 nuts.
6. Press the legs tightly against the lower shelf,
tighten all the screws to the lower shelf.
7. Tighten all screws installed in step 4.
8. Set up the machine, be careful to keep the lid
closed.
9. Put the work shelf and basket in the machine.
10. Mount the pump unit in the groove on the side
of the machine and then place the lter screen
in position.
11. Connect the machine to a standard 230 Volt
50Hz earthed socket and ll in the correct
amount of liquid (max. 150 l).
12. Turn on the power switch. Fluid should now
ow from the exible pin.

Approved cleaning agents:
Water / household detergent(PH 6 ~ 8)
Warning
The pump on your small washer can be damaged
if you use solvents other than those listed above
such as methyl ethyl ketone (MEK),
perchlorethylene or trichlorethylene.
Troubleshooting
The problem you may experience with your small
parts washer is reduced volume ow or no ow of
cleaning uid from the ex hose nozzle. The
probable cause is dirt in the ex hose.
