Hardware
The following hardware is provided in a blister package.
M6X10mm Bolt: 14 pcs
M6x27mm Bolt: 4 pcs
M6x45mm Bolt: 6 pcs
M6x15mm Shoulder Bolt: 2 pcs

The following tools are required for assembly:
•Allen wrench (provided)
•28mm open-end wrench (provided)
•18mm open-end wrench (provided)

Assembly Instructions
Step 1
•Turn body (basin) upside down, place it on a clean, soft surface and attach 2 leg frames (F)
to body (C) with (3) M6x45mm bolts (CC) for each leg frame, a total of 6 bolts, with the
provided Allen wrench.
Note: Do not fully tighten the bolts. Leg frames should be loose so that it can be aligned
with the holes for the bottom shelf and casters.

Step 2
•Attach the bottom shelf (G) to the leg frames (F) with (4) M6x27mm bolts (BB) with the
provided Allen wrench.
Note: Do not fully tighten the bolts. Leg frames and bottom shelf should be loose so that it
can be aligned with the holes for the casters.

Step 3
•Insert and thread casters (H) through the bottom panel holes and into leg frame using the
provided open-end wrench.
•Insert and thread casters (I) through the bottom panel holes and into other leg frame
using the provided open-end wrench.
Note: Leg frames and bottom shelf should be loose so that it can be aligned with the holes
for the casters.
•Now, tighten all the bolts left loose from step 1 & 2.

Step 4
•Attach the bottle opener (D) to body (C) using (2) M6x10mm bolts (AA) and tighten with
the Allen wrench.
•Attach the cap catcher (E) to body (C) using (2) M6x15mm shoulder bolts (DD).

Step 5
•Attach the drainage plug (EE) to body (C), and tighten with the provided open-end
wrench.

Step 6
•Attach the body handles (B) to body (C) using (12) M6x10mm bolts (AA), 6 bolts for each
handle, and tighten with the provided Allen wrench.

Congratulations! You have now completed the patio cooler assembly.

Care & Maintenance
Manufacturer recommends the following care & maintenance:
•Cooler must be drained of water and completely dried in and out with a soft-clean
cloth after every use.
•When cooler is not in use for prolonged periods, it is recommended to store it in an
enclosed dry place such as a storage shed or garage.
•During the season when cooler is frequently used, it is recommended to use a
weather-proof cover to cover when not in use.
•Periodically, apply a light coat of automotive wax to protect & prolong the life & finish
of the cooler.

Matériel
Le matériel suivant est fourni dans un emballage blister.

Étapes d'assemblage
Étape 1
•Retournez le corps (bassin), placez-le sur une surface propre et douce et fixez 2 cadres de
pied (F) au corps (C) avec (3) boulons M6 x 45 mm (CC) pour chaque cadre de pied, un
total de 6 boulons, avec la clé Allen fournie.
Remarque : Ne serrez pas complètement les boulons. Les cadres de pieds ne doivent pas
etre serrer complètement afin qu'ils puissent être alignés avec les trous de l'étagère
inférieure et des roulettes.

Étape 2
•Fixez la tablette inférieure (G) aux cadres de pieds (F) avec (4) boulons M6 x 27 mm (BB)
avec la clé Allen fournie.
Remarque : Ne serrez pas complètement les boulons. Les cadres de pieds et l'étagère
inférieure ne doivent pas etre serrer complètement afin qu'ils puissent être alignés avec les
trous pour les roulettes.

Étape 3
•Insérez et vissez les roulettes (H) dans les trous du panneau inférieur et dans le cadre des
pieds à l'aide de la clé ouverte fournie.
•Insérez et vissez les roulettes (I) dans les trous du panneau inférieur et dans l'autre cadre
de pied à l'aide de la clé ouverte fournie.
Remarque : Les cadres de pieds et la tablette inférieure ne doivent pas etre serrer
complètement afin qu'ils puissent être alignés avec les trous pour les roulettes.
•Maintenant, serrez tous les boulons laissés desserrés lors des étapes 1 et 2.

Étape 4
•Fixez le décapsuleur (D) au corps (C) à l'aide de (2) boulons M6 x 10 mm (AA) et serrez avec
la clé Allen.
•Fixez l'attrape-bouchon (E) au corps (C) à l'aide de (2) boulons d'épaule M6 x 15 mm (DD).
