General information
The main frame of the goal is made of special extruded aluminum profile 80x80 mm with additional ribs. Folding bows are made
of calibrated steel pipe ø35x 1,5 mm and steel profile 30x30x1,5 mm. The bottom crossbar is made of steel profile 30x30x1,5 mm. The
main frame has a groove, and the bottom profiles of the bows and the bottom crossbar have laser-cut holes for fixing the net, using
secure plastic handles. All steel elements are protected by galvanizing, and aluminum components by anodizing. The goals are certified for
compliance with the standards PN-EN 749 –„Playing field equipment. Handball goals. Functional and safety requirements, test methods”.

Stage I –Screwing the goal together
1. At the beginning connect together the main frame of the goal (pos. 1), consisting of 2 posts and
a crossbar. Slide the corner connector inside the aluminum profiles from the beveled ends, so that
the posts and the crossbar form a right angle. Use countersunk head screws (screws included with
the corner element kit) to screw the corner connector with aluminum profiles. See the picture on the
right. NOTE: The ribs in the posts and crossbar must coincide.
2. Place the flat bar (pos. 3) in the
groove of the main frame, near the
corner.
3. Fix the upper hinges: left (pos. 5) and right (pos. 6) to the main frame
(pos. 1), using spring washers (pos. 22) and cylindrical head screws
(pos. 13), which should be screwed to the previously inserted flat bar
(pos. 3) –see the picture on the left.
4. Slide the flat bar (pos. 2) into
the groove of the post and set it
at the height of the lower bow
fixing point. Fix the lower
hinges (pos. 7 and 8) to the
main frame (pos. 1), using the same screws and washers as in the previous point. Screw the
cylindrical head screw (pos. 13) to the previously inserted flat bar (pos. 2). See the picture on
the right.
5. In the next step, attach the bows (pos. 9 and 10) to the hinges, using round head screws (pos.
14), washers 8 (pos. 21) and self-locking nuts (pos. 16). Screws should be embedded in the
hinge from the side with specially prepared square holes. Screw the braces on the bows (pos. 8 and 9) to the flat with a threaded rod
(pos. 4) in the crossbar groove, using wing nut (pos. 18) and washers 10 (pos. 20).
6. To make the whole structure more rigid, in the rear part connect the bows (pos. 9 and
10) with the bottom crossbar (pos. 11). Fasten the bottom crossbar, using round head
screws (pos. 15) and wing nuts (pos. 19). See the picture on the left.
7. Put the net (pos. 27) and fix it to the
main frame, bows and bottom
crossbar, using plastic handles (pos.
26).

Stage II –Mounting the goal to the
ground
Option I –Mounting on the floor plates
1. Set the goal in the desired place and mark
the place of fixing the plates to the floor.
Fasten the handle, then use the clamping
screws to tighten the goal bows. See the
pictures.
Option II –Mounting with the use of installation plates support, embedded in concrete
1. Set the goal in the desired place and mark the place of fixing the installation plates support to the floor.
2. The goals should be installed in the sports hall’s ground with proper bearing capacity. In a case of installation on the outdoor court,
the size of foundations should be determine by the characteristic of the ground. Minimum depth of the foundations is 50 cm. The
foundation should be made of concrete class at least C16/20.
3. The installation plates supports should be embedded perpendicularly to the ground; axial spacing, measured along the end line of the
court, is 3058 mm.
4. The goals can be installed only when concrete obtains full strength (min. 7 days).
NOTE –the pictures show the seating dimensions of installation plates / supports for the goal with the standard depth
800 mm top and 1000 bottom.
