This Watch provides current time, daily alarm,
chronograph, countdown timer, pacer and dual
time function.
The pacer watch combines the chronograph and
the pacer function together, allowing the two
functions to be activated at the same time.

Mode Button (M)
•To select among the Current Time, Daily Alarm,
Pacer, Chronograph, Time, and Dual Time Mode.
•To select setting display.
Start/Stop Button (S/S)
•To select among the setting items during setting
display.
•To switch between 12 and 24 hour format during
Current Time Mode.
•To activate the “start” or “stop” function during
Chronograph mode or Timer mode.
Lap/Reset Button (L/R)
•To activate the “lap” or “reset” function during
chronograph mode.
•To set the hourly chime (Current Time Mode) or
daily alarm (Daily Alarm Mode) ON or OFF.
•To increase the digits during setting display.
EL Button (EL)
•To turn on the EL back light for 3 seconds
NOTE: The major key operations are summarized on the above paragraphs,
however please refer to the following chapters for detailed operations.

POWER SAVING MODE
Power Saving Mode
•This Watch includes a power saving
function.
•The user can turn off the LCD display
temporarily if the Watch will not be in use
for a long period of time, allowing the
battery to last longer.
NOTE: Even when the LCD display is OFF, the timekeeping
function is still running normally in Power Saving Mode
How to Enter/Exit the Power Saving Mode
•To enter power saving mode: Hold down
(LR) in Current Time Mode for a few
seconds and the LCD display will be
turned OFF
•To exit Power Saving Mode: Press any
button once in Power Saving Mode, and
the LCD display will be turned back ON

CURRENT TIME MODE – CURRENT TIME DISPLAY
Current Time Display
•When the Current Time Mode is selected the
Watch will show the following items on the
display:
- The day of week and date are exhibited
on the 1st row of the display.
- The current time (hour, minute, second) is
exhibited on the second row of the display.
How to Switch between 12 and 24 hour format
•To switch between 12 and 24 hour format,
press the (S/S) button following the adjacent
diagram.
To Set the Hourly Chime ON/OFF
•To set the hourly chime between ON or OFF,
press the (L/R) button following the adjacent
diagram.
•When the chime indicator “ ” appears on the
display, the chime is ON. With the hourly chime
ON the watch will sound “beep beep” every
hour on the hour (e.g 1:00 00, 2:00 00,
3:00 00)

How to Set the Current Time
•To select the setting display hold down the (M)
button for 2 seconds in the Current Time Mode.
The “Second” digits will start flashing.
•In setting display, press the (S/S) button to move
the flashing following the adjacent diagram to
select among different settings
•While one of the settings (minute, hour, year,
month, day) is flashing, press the (L/R) button
to change the number (hold down the button to
change the number at a higher speed).
•When the second digits start flashing, press the
(L/R) button to reset them to zero.
•When the setting is completed, press the (M)
button once to exit the setting display. The
watch
will also exit the setting display if NO key-
stroke has been activated for 1 minute.

DAILY ALARM MODE –DAILY ALARM MODE
Daily Alarm Mode
•This watch includes a daily alarm function for the
current time.
•When the daily alarm is ON, the Watch will beep
for 20 seconds at the alarm time every day.
Daily Alarm Display
•When the Daily Alarm Mode is selected, the watch
will show the following items on the display.
•The current time (hour, minute) is exhibited on the
1st row of the display.
•The daily alarm time (hour,minute) is exhibited on
the 2nd row of the display.
To Set the Daily Alarm ON/OFF
•To set the daily alarm between ON and OFF press
the (L/R) button in the Daily Alarm Display.
•The daily alarm indicator “ ” will appear when
the daily alarm is ON
To Test the Daily Alarm Sound
•To test the alarm sound, hold down the (S/S) button
in the Daily Alarm Display. The watch will beep as
long as the button is held.

How to Set the Daily Alarm
•To select the setting display, hold down the (M)
button for 2 seconds in the Daily Alarm Mode,
and then the “minute” digits will start flashing.
•When Setting Display, press the (S/S) button
to move the flashing following the adjacent
diagram to select among different settings.
•While one of the settings (minute, hour) is
flashing, press the (L/R) button to change the
number.
•Hold down the (L/R) button to change the
number at a higher speed

Pacer Mode
•This watch includes a pacer function which
generates regular beeps at a pre-defined rate.
This pre-defined rate can be set within a range
from 30 to 180 beats per minute (bpm).
•The pacer will sound the beeps within a minute
for a higher bpm rate (e.g. 80) more than a
lower bpm rate (e.g. 50).
Pacer Display
•When the pacer display is selected, the
beeping rate is exhibited on the 2nd row of the
display.
How to Use the Pacer
•When the pacer has been set with a beeping
rate (e.g. 70 bpm) press the (L/R) button once
to start the beeping
•While the watch is beeping, press the (L/R)
button once again to stop the beeping.

To Set the Pacer Beeping Rate
•To set the setting display hold down the (M) button
for 2 seconds in the Pacer Display and the beeping
ratedigitswillstartashing.
•In the setting display press the (L/R)button to
change the number; hold down the button to
change the number at a higher speed.
•When the setting is completed, press the (M) button
once to exit the setting display.
•The watch will also exit the setting display if NO
key-stoke has been activated for 1 minute.

How to Use the Watch as a Pacer Watch
•To use the watch as a pacer watch follow the
steps below:
•When the pacer display is selected, press the
(L/R) to turn on the pacer function.
•When the pacer function is on, press the (M)
button to switch the display to Chronograph
Mode, and then press the (S/S) button once to
start the pacer and chronograph function at the
same time.
•The watch is now set as a Pacer Watch
•The chronograph is counting and the pacer is
beeping at the pre-defined rate.
•While the Pacer Watch is counting and
beeping, press the (S/S) button once to stop the
beeping and chronograph counting.

Chronograph Mode
•This watch includes a stop watch function which
measures:
- Elapsed time, accumulative elapsed time (multi-
phased elapsed time) and Lap time (getting
elapsed time without stopping the counting).
•The measuring capacity of the Chronograph:
- Measuring unit: 1/100 second,
- Measuring range: 9 hours, 59 minutes,
and 59.99 second
- Lap memory: a maximum of 10 laps.
Chronograph Display
•When the Chronograph Display is selected the
Watch will show the following items on the display:
- While the chronograph is counting, the current
lap time and the accumulative elapsed time is
exhibited on the 1st and 2nd row respectively.
NOTE: The current lap time will be the same as the accumulative
elapsed time for lap 1.
- While the chronograph is stopped: The current lap time
and lap number are exhibited on the 1st row, and the
accumulative elapsed time is exhibited on the 2nd row.
- While the Lap Display is displaying the current
lap number and the lap time are exhibited
on the 1st and 2nd rows respectively.

How to Measure Elapsed Time
•During the “All Zero” Display, press the (S/S)
button once to start the counting, and press the
(S/S) button again to stop the counting.
•The elapsed time between the above 2 key-stokes
will be exhibited on the 1st row of the display.
Repea t the above key operations to get the
accumulative elapsed time.
How to Get a Lap Time
•When the chronograph is counting press the (L/R)
button to get and view the Lap Display.
•In the Lap Display the current lap number and lap
time will appear on the 1st and 2nd row of the
display respectively.
•Repeat the above key operations to get another
lap time.
How to Recall the Lap Time and Reset the
Chronograph
•While the chronograph is stopped:
- Press the (L/R) button to recall the recorded lap times
one by one or you may Hold down the (L/R) button
for about 2 seconds to reset the chronograph.
NOTE: If the chronograph is reset , the lap time will be cleared at
the same time.

Countdown Timer Mode
•This Watch includes a countdown timer function
with timekeeping for the elapse of a fixed
period of time (target time.)
•When a target time is set for the timer, the
Watch will start running from the target time
to zero.
•The measurement unit of the timer is 1 second,
and its measuring capacity is 23 hours and 59
minutes.

•When the Countdown Display is selected, the
watch will show the following items on the
display:
•The target time (hour, minute) is exhibited on the
first row of the display.
•The counting time (hour, minute, second) is
exhibited on the 2nd row of the display.

How to Set the Countdown Timer
•To select the setting display, hold down the (M)
button for 2 seconds in the Countdown Timer
Mode and then the “Minute” digits start flashing
on the display.
•In setting display, press the (S/S) button to move
the flashing following the adjacent diagram to
select among different settings.
•When one of the settings (minute, hour) is
flashing, press the (L/R) button to change the
number (hold down the button to change the
number at a higher speed.)
•When the setting is completed press the (M)
button once to exit the setting display. The
watch will also exit the setting display if NO
key-stoke has been activated for 1 minute.
NOTE: Once the timer has been set, press the (L/R) once to load the
timer (load the setting from the 1st row to the 2nd row) before the
measurement.

To Use the Timer
•Once the target time has been set and loaded,
(e.g. 30 minutes) press the (S/S) button to start
the measurement (the digits will start running);
Press the (S/S) button once again to stop the
measurement (the digits will stop running.)
•The elapsed time will be exhibited on the 2nd
row of display throughout the measurement.
How to Reload the Timer
•To reload the timer display to original target
time prior to the timer counts to zero, press the
(L/R) button to reload the timer while the timer
is stopped
•Or you may press the (L/R) button to reload
after the watch has counted to zero.
Timer Alarm Sound
•During the counting the watch will beep once
when it comes to the last 10, 5, 1 minute(s) and
the last 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 second(s.)
•When the timer reaches zero, the Watch will
sound a long beep.

Dual Time Mode
•This Watch includes a dual time which shows the
current time of the second time zone.
•The second digits and the display format (12 or
24 hour) of the Dual Time Mode are the same
of the one as the Current Time Mode.
Dual Time Display
•When the Dual Time Display is selected, the
dual time (hour, minute, second) is exhibited on
the 2nd row of the display.

To Set the Dual Time
•To select the setting display hold down the (M)
button for 2 seconds in the Dual Time Mode,
and then the “minute” digits will start flashing.
•In the setting display, press the (S/S) button to
select the flashing (setting item) as shown in the
diagram.
•When one of the settings (minute, hour) is
flashing press the (L/R) button to change the
number; hold down the button to change the
number at a higher speed.
•When the setting is completed, press the (M)
button once to exit the setting display.
•The watch will also exit the setting display if
NO key-stoke has been activated for 1 minute.
