Superflat Blackline FX
A new Philips picture tube with dark glass for better con-
trast and highly pigmented phosphors giving brighter and
more natural colours.This superflat tube gives a flatter
surface for an improvedTV design
100Hz
ConventionalTelevisions scan the picture at 50 times per
second (50 Hertz).This Frequency can be detected by
the human eye in the form of a flickering picture. 100
Hertz sets scan the picture at 100 times per second
eliminating the overall area flicker.
Anti Local Doming Circuit
Electronic Circuit which prevents picture distortion when
very bright areas are shown for extended periods on the
screen.
Active Control
The tv automatically analyses the incoming signal and
adjust the key picture parameters of noise,sharpness,
colour,contrast and format giving the best possible at all
times.
Incredible Surround
Incredible surround widens the stereo sound signal to give
the impression that sound is coming from all around you.
RMS
The standard professional measure of sound output
power.All ourTv's are measured in RMS with 10%
Distortion.There are other terms than RMS which often
show higher numbers but are not comparable.
1200 Page Easytext
Extremely fast access to many text pages and the ability
to scroll through subpages with no wait.
Top Controls
Volume and channel change controls on top of the tv to
enable easy adjustment without the remote control.
