should always be supervised during playtime and other activities.
• Use this product only on flat surfaces. Do not use socks or slippery shoes while using
this product.
• This product must be assembled by an adult.
• CHOKING HAZARD - The screws and parts used for this product are small. These parts
should be out of reach of children under 3 years old. Keep away from children and pets.
• Before giving the item to the children, remove and dispose of all packaging materials
that are not part of the item and keep these out of reach of children.
• Check the product regularly for signs of wear and tear. Do not allow children to play
with the product if any part is damaged or has loose screws.
• Do not use the product if any part is broken, damaged, missing or if any fasteners are
loose. Check all fasteners regularly.
Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or
death.
