1Construct base as per base layout drawing P/R109/01 ensuring the correct levels for safety
surfacing.
2Excavate 400mm x 400mm holes for H Sections as in drawing P/R109/2 to a depth of 400mm
from finished safety surfacing height. (All H sections ARE NUMBERED & have finished ground
level marks)
3Assemble the H sections together in pairs as per drawing P/R109/2 with a platform using M10 x
30 resistorx & nylon washers. (Tap holes with a 10mm tap and make sure bolts are only hand
tight at this stage)
4Fit the H Sections into the corresponding excavated holes and connect together using the stated
links i.e. Arch Bridge, Scramble Walk, Crawl Tube & V Walk.
5When all H sections have been fitted, level in all directions and check distances from edge of
surfacing area.
6Mark out for access points as drawing P/R109/3 and excavate to a depth of 400 as before (550
for the slide foot).
7Assemble all other items of equipment as drawing P/R109/4 using M10 x 30 resistorx & nylon
washers.
8Note. M10 x 25 resistorx are used to connect the slide to the foot.
9Use M10 x 50 Resistorx & bolt caps for the crawl tube
10 Once all equipment is fitted check levels again, tighten all bolts and concrete into the ground.
Note: Do not leave unattended until satisfied the concrete has cured or the site is secure
