Installation details forZone Fitness (FZ15)
1) Construct base as per g.1 ensuring the correct levels for surfacing
.
2) Excavate holes 1-12 & 14-17 as per g 2 (All Posts have nished ground level marks)
3) Excavate hole 13 as per g. 2
4) Position the Posts as per g. 3. All posts are numbered.
(Tap holes with a 10mm tap)
5) Fit the Posts in to the excavated holes and connect together using the various components
with M10 x 30 resistorx & nylon washers as in g 3 and the attached visual.
6) When installing the Sit Up Panel to the posts use the M10 x 50 resistorx
bolts & plastic caps.
7) Connect all chains using quick links & vandal pins.
8) Once all equipment is tted, check levels again, tighten all bolts and concrete in to the ground.
