Construction
- Construction aluminium alloy AGS T5.
- Protection against mecanical and chimical attack by hardcoating anodization and PTFE or with a polyester paint.
- Handle in aluminium alloy.
- Body and injector in brass.
- Swivel and cap in delrin.
- Arm, fence and ring in stainless steel.
- Net in aluminium wire gauze and fireproof.

- Max working pressure 16 bar (235 PSI).
- Injectors rotate automatically with the jets pressure.

Warning
- This equipment has to be use by people aware of security rules and trained for firefight.
- Ignoring security rules and using the Snow Coat over the advised pressure may be dangerous and/or be deadly.
- In a case of an electrical fire, it ’s important to :
1) Turn off the power supply.
2) To maintain a security distance as important as possible.
- Before putting the Snow Coat under pressure, make sure :
1) No parts must be damaged, broken or missing.
2) The injectors must rotate without jamming.
3) The net has to be correctly attached to the ferrule and put away as much as possible from the propeller.
4) The inlet coupling must be correctly attach to the hose.
- It is recomended to clean up the device with clear water (inside by making it working and outside) after each use.
In case of frequent use with sea water or unclear water, it is recomended to to dismantle de device once a year and to clean up
every parts, then to reassemble it following the guide supplied with the maintenance kit sold separetly. This maintenance may be
made in our factory, please contact our sales department for more details.
Limits of use
The Snow Coat is made to work with a maximum pressure of 16 bar (235 PSI).
Excepted a special and written agreement, the warranty does not cover the uses over the hydraulic characteristics .

Installation
Place the Snow Coat on the floor with its net.
Connect the Snow Coat following the scheme below.
Warning : It is important to use a 200 l/min(52 GPM) eductor to work with the snow coat.
You must have at least 5 bar (75 PSI) at the inlet of the snow coat,be careful to the hose discharge,
make sure your equipment meet the minimum requirement.
Hold the snow coat with a hand.
Turn on your pump in order to create a mix between the water and the concentrated foam.
The snow coat propeller start rotating quickly and the injectors throw the water/foam mix in the net.
Foam is created when the water/foam mix goes through the net.
Hoses create discharges, take care.
