A. Technic l D t
A . 1. G e e ra l D e s c r ip t i o
HAHU u it is a ideal air ha dli g termi al u it for suspe ded ceili g i stallatio a d suitable for ducted air distributio . It is
co structed of sa dwich pa els to achieve low oise level duri g operatio . HAHU air ha dli g u it is shipped completely
assembled a d motor wiri g is i troduced i to the co trol box to reduce o -site i stallatio time a d ma power. Every u it is
thoroughly i spected a d tested to clear up pote tial problems duri g startup. The u it co tai s side pa els that provide easy
access to fa s, motors a d filters.
FRAMEWORK
A frameless structure is used. The pa el is i tegrated foldi g steel structure a d tested to e sure that there is o air leakage.
CASING
Casi g is double ski ed a d basically co sists of two pa els with i ter al i sulatio . Each pa el is 1” thick. The i er a d outer
pa els are made of pla e galva ized steel a d pre-coated galva ized steel. The i sulatio co sists of a high-pressure PU foam
sa dwiched i betwee to rei force the pa el.
FILTER
Filter is washable, double-layer acrylic ylo with alumi um frame. G4 (Merv 8) or F8 (Merv 14) filter is optio al.
COIL
Coils are sta dard Cu/Al 3/8” OD provided with ma ual Air-Ve t valves. The ma ifolds are made of steel with threaded
co ectio s. The alumi um fi s are pre-coated for protectio by hydrophilic blue fi process. Coils are tested at 35 bar a d
recomme ded maximum operatio at 20 bar.
DRAIN PAN
Drai pa is made of si gle wall pai ti g steel with 3/16" i sulatio o outer wall. The drai pa exte ds the full le gth a d
width of the coil a d is sloped for positive drai age a d i cludes 3/4” male pipe threaded galva ized drai co ector.
FAN SECTION
Fa s are mai ly co structed of housi g, impeller, mou ti g feet, a d DC motor. The housi g is made of hot-dip galva ized
steel. The side pa el i cludes i let co es whose i let co ditio s are desig ed for optimum aerody amics. The scroll is fixed o
the side pa el by spot weldi g. The wheel is made of hot-dip galva ized steel. The forward curved blades feature a adva ced
aerody amic desig for maximum efficie cy a d mi imum oise level. The impeller is fixed o the ce ter plate a d o the e d
ri g with riveti g compressio . The impeller is desig ed for maximum stre gth a d ca withsta d co ti uous operatio with
maximum power. All impellers a d motor are fully bala ced accordi g to ANSI/AMCA-204 sta dard. The mou ti g feet are
made of galva ized steel sheet with u ique tech ical to e sure adequate stre gth. HAHU fa s are equipped with YZWWSL
exter al rotor BLDC motor. The motor co sists of motor body a d BLDC driver, co trolled by 0~10VDC or Modbus RS485. This
ew desig ed motor sig ifica tly reduces motor torque fluctuatio , vibratio a d oise resulti g i high efficie cy, reliability
a d lo g-life operatio .
CONTROL SYSTEMS
1. Intelligent control (I type)
I tellige t co trol board is co trolled via I fra-red ha dset a d/or I tellige t wired wall pad, is field programmable a d easy
to be co figured through the wired wall pad or ope Modbus protocol with VWV a d VAV co trol logics, provides variable
speed i door fa co trol, i tegrates with I tellige t modulati g valves to allow Auto Dy amic Bala ci g a d I tellige t
Co sta t Delta T ma ageme t systems. It co trols 2-pipe, 2-pipe with electric heater, 2-pipe with 6-way valve a d 4-pipe
systems.
2. Flexible control (W type)
This co trol optio s features flexible fu ctio ality for exter al thermostat applicatio s, allowi g the i depe de t co trol of
drai pumps (if equipped), offeri g zo e co trol operatio s, a d limited diag ostics. I products where louvers are required,
this co trol allows the steppi g motors to ope the louver at maximum positio or close them whe power of the u it is OFF.

• Whe u its are i cooli g mode, suggested freezi g water degree is ≥7℃; Whe u its are i heati g mode, suggested
hot water degree is ≤ 60 ℃.
• Co de sate water pipe, water co ectio pipe, water co ectors a d sole oid valve body must remai heat to avoid
co de satio .
CAUTIONS
Before any service or maintenance operations turn off the mains electrical supply.
DO NOT turn OFF the main power supply when the unit is operating. Turn off the
unit BEFORE turning off the main power
