frame (O) opening, then push it to the
side (Fig. 3). Align the bolt holes and
secure with an M6 x 20 bolt (A).
8. Insert a front corner (C) into each
end of the side frame, so they curve
towards the same side as the brace.
Secure each corner with an M6x16
bolt (B).
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 with the other side frame, using both rear corners
(D) instead.
10. Press the assembled side panels into
the front and rear frames. Align the
bolt holes and secure each corner
with an M6x16 bolt (Fig. 4).
11. Secure the each brace to the middle
of the end panel with an M6x16 bolt.
12. Place the assembled platform onto

bar. Loosen one of the crossbars and reposition to align it with the end
panel brackets if necessary. Do not retighten at this time.

end with a u-bolt nut (K) until hand-tight (Fig.5).
14. Repeat with the other three u-bolts.
15. Tighten the crossbar, then all u-bolt nuts.
16. Press the cap (G and H) over each bracket to cover
the u-bolts.
a. Two caps can lock to prevent the removal of
the cargo carrier. Place one cap with key (H)
on separate crossbars. Also place them so they are diagonal from
each other.
17. There are optional stops (I) that can be installed into the front and rear
frames to bracket longer items such as lumber or long cases (Fig. 6).
a. Remove the strip from the front and rear frame’s top channel.
