Read and follow all warnings and instructions before using Smokeless One®. Follow all warnings and instructions when
using the cooker. Keep this sheet for future reference. Failure to follow these warnings and instructions may cause death,
personal injury, or property damage.

Failure to follow the Dangers, Warnings and Cautions
contained in this Owner’s Manual may result in serious bodily injury or death, or
in a fire or an explosion causing damage to property.
WARNINGS
• WARNING: Do not use charcoal or other combustible fuels in this SmokelessONE. This SmokelessONE is not designed for
charcoal use and a fire could result. The fire could create an unsafe condition and damage to the SmokelessONE.
• Read and Save all instructions and safeguards.
1. Operate SmokelessONE only on a level, stable surface.
2. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in heated oven.
3. Do not in any way alter this product or its use.
4. If using an extension cord it must be rated no less than that of the appliance. Extension cords must be marked with the
letter “W” and with a tag stating, “Suitable for use with outdoor appliance”.
5. Use shortest length extension cord possible. Do not connect 2 or more extension cords together.
6. Do not immerse SmokelessONE in water when cleaning.
7. Turn on/Off switch to off position during periods of non-use.
8. Do not leave SmokelessONE unattended when in use.
9. Keep children and pets away from SmokelessONE when in use.
10. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
11. This appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons unless they have been adequately supervised
by a responsible person to ensure that they can use the appliance safely.

13. Locate power cord away from traffic areas. Arrange the cord so that it will not be pulled or tripped over.
14. Do not use SmokelessONE near combustible materials such as dry grass, shrubs, etc.
15. Do not allow SmokelessONE to come into close contact with flammable materials such as paper, walls, draperies, towels,
chemicals, etc.
16. Do not use as a heater.
17. Do not move the SmokelessONE while it is in use. Allow the appliance to cool before moving, cleaning or storing it.
18. Do not use SmokelessONE when raining or snowing.
19. To prevent SmokelessONE from being splashed or falling into water, do not use SmokelessONE within 10 feet of any body of
water such as a pool or pond.
20. Do not operate SmokelessONE with a Digital Timer Controller that is damaged. Call Priceless Cooking Systems
for a replacement Digital Timer Controller. The Digital Timer Controller is made specifically for SmokelessONE.
21. Do not allow cord to touch the SmokelessONE when it is hot.
22. This SmokelessONE is intended for outdoor household use only. Do not use indoors .
23. If a flare up occurs, do not use water to put out fire. Turn SmokelessONE to OFF. Unplug power cord and wait for
SmokelessONE to cool.
24. Make sure no other high wattage appliances are plugged into the same circuit when using SmokelessONE.
25. Do not clean this product with a water spray or the like.
26. Unplug SmokelessONE when not in use and cover when cool. Properly store the and cover the appliance when not in use -
out of the reach of children.
27. Use this SmokelessONE only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended in this manual may cause fire,
electric shock, or injury to persons.
28. Always ensure that the electrical socket being used has the correct rating.
Socket must be rated no less than 120V AC, 12 amps.
29. This appliance conforms to technical standards and the safety requirements for electrical devices.
30. The grease catch pan must be in place at all times during SmokelessONE operation.
31. Do not build this model of SmokelessONE in any built-in or slide-in construction. Ignoring this warning could cause a fire or
an explosion that may damage property or cause serious bodily injury or death.

Priceless Cooking System (SmokelessONE®) hereby warrants to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER of this
SmokelessONE®electric smoker that it will be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of
purchase as follows:
Stainless Steel Castings, 5 years
Heating Element, 2 years
Temperature Controller, 2 years
All Remaining Parts, 2 years when assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions that
accompany it.
Any unauthorized (by SmokelessONE) entry into the SmokelessONE’s shell for
maintenance by the owner will void the warranty.
SmokelessONE®may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase.
THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD RETAIN YOUR SALES SLIP OR INVOICE.
This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts that prove defective under
normal use and service and which on examination shall indicate, to SmokelessONE’s satisfaction, they are
defective. Before returning any parts, please contact the Customer Service Representative in your
region using the contact information on our web site. Log onto www.SmokelessONE.com. If SmokelessONE confirms
the defect and approves the claim, SmokelessONE will elect to replace such parts without charge. If you are
required to return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid. SmokelessONE will return parts to
the purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.

WARRANTY

your SmokelessONE or its safe operation contact

With the SmokelessONE, Cooker you can, roast
and bake with results that are difficult to duplicate
with indoor kitchen appliances. The closed lid
produces that “outdoor” flavor in the food. Electricity
is easy to use, cost effective and gives you more
cooking control than charcoal fuel.
1. These instructions will give you the minimum
requirements for usgae of your
SmokelessONE® electric Cooker.
Please read the instructions
carefully before using your SmokelessONE®
electric Cooker. Improper usage can be dangerous.
2. Not for use by children.
3. This SmokelessONE®electric Cooker is not
intended for commercial use.
4. Do not leave theSmokelessONE®electric
Cooker unattended when it is in use.
5. Any parts sealed by the manufacturer must not
be altered by the user.
6. Any modification of the appliance may be
dangerous.
7. Visually inspect cord, plug and Digital Temperature
Controller for damage and wear before opera-
tion.
8. When heating the SmokelessONE for the first
time, it may give off a slight burning odor. The
SmokelessONE is burning
off excess lubricants found on the heating
element. This does not affect the safety of your
SmokelessONE.
9. To prevent fire or electric shock, always use a
certified electrician should new circuits or
outlets be required.
10. Improperly grounded outlets could cause
electrical shock.
11. The use of an extension cord is not
recommended. If you must use an extension
cord,use the shortest length extension cord
possible.
Do not connect 2 or more extension cords
together. Keep connections off the ground
and dry. Keep the electrical cord hangout of
the way where it can be tripped over or pulled.
Only use extension cord labeled for out-
door use.
12. Cover grill or store in weather protected area
when not in use.
13. Clean the grate and cookbox between uses.
3. WARNING: Do not use the Cooker
within 60 cm (24 in) of combustible
materials from the back or sides
of the grill. Do not use under any
combustible construction.
4. WARNING: The entire cooking box
gets hot when in use. Do not leave
unattended.
5. WARNING: Keep any electrical power
cord away from any heated surface.
6. WARNING: Keep the cooking area
clear of inflammable vapors and
liquids such as petrol, kerosene,
alcohol, etc., and other combustible
materials.
7. WARNING: When cooking, the
appliance must be on a level,
stable surface in an area clear of
combustible material.

cookbox.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING
• WARNING: turn your SmokelessONE® electric
Cooker OFF and wait for it to cool
before cleaning.
For availability of replacement cooking grate, contact
the SmokelessONE website, using the contact informa-
tion on our web site. Log onto www.smokelessone.com.
• WARNING: To protect against
electrical shock, do not immerse any
part of this appliance in water or any
other liquid.
Outside surfaces - Use a warm soapy water solution
to clean off any grease on the outer surface of the
cooker. Shine with a quality stainless steel cleaner.
Do not use cleaners that contain acid,
mineral spirit or xylene.
Rinse well after cleaning.
Clean Cooking grates after every use.
• CAUTION: Do not use oven cleaner,
abrasive cleansers (kitchen
cleansers), cleaners that contain
citrus products, or abrasive cleaning
pads on the cooker’s outside surfaces.
• CAUTION: Do not clean cooker with
metal scrubbing pads. Pieces can
break off from the pad and short
electrical parts.
Cooking Grate - Clean by placing in warm
soapy water, then rinse with water.
Grease Catch Pan - After dumping excess
grease from catch pan, place in dishwasher
Clean Grease Catch pan regularly.
Inside cooking box - see cleaning.
COOKING:
To operate the Cooker: Refer to the cooking instruc-
tions in this owners’ manual.
To preheat the Cooker: Turn on the smokelessONE®
electric Cooker according to the cooking Instructions
in this owners’ manual.
Close the lid and turn the Digital Temperature
Controller on. Preheat the Cooker for 15 minutes.
Note: Wind and weather may require adjustment of
the cooking time.
Drippings and grease: Excess drippings and grease
will collect in the grease catch pan (located on the
underside of the Cooker).
• WARNING:
Check the grease catch
pan for grease build-up before each use.
Remove excess grease to avoid a fire
in the bottom of the cooker.
• WARNING:
Do not move the SmokelessONE ® electric cookerwhen operat-
ing or while the cooker is hot.
• WARNING:
Lock caster wheels on the cooker before use.
• WARNING:
CHECK WATER PAN and refill
EVERY 3 HOURS!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Lift off the convenient box sleeve and peel off the protective
wrapping.
2. Insert the cord into the cooker and plug into a standard 110 outlet
with a 15 amp or higher amp breaker.
3. Make sure the cooker is on a level surface and the wheels are in the
“locked” position.
4. Lift up on the door handle to open; reach in and push the child
safety latch forward to release.
5. Pull the side panels up into position and push forward to lock into
place.
(IMPORTANT: The Side Panels Must Be Down When Moving The
Grill.)
6. Put the water pan in place and fill with water. Always fill the pan
with approximately four (4) quarts of water unless a recipe indicates
otherwise. (Some recipes may suggest combining other liquids with
the water, such as beer, wine or juice.)
ATTENTION: If the food you are cooking requires more than three
(3) hours cook time, you will need to refill the pan. The pan will be
hot. Carefully set the pan on the shelf in front of burner to refill. Use the
Smokeless One® Refill Container or another container to pour water
into the pan.
(IMPORTANT: Only Use Liquid Or Dry Seasonings In Water Pan.
No Syrup Or Sodas - Using Sugar-Based Seasonings Could Dam-
age the Pan.)
MORE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Now you’re cooking the Smokeless way!
The door and the lid should remain closed while cooking.
TIP: Keep the lid closed during cooking; you will lose ten (10) minutes or more of cooking time
each time the lid is opened.
No flipping or turning is required! Smokeless One® cooks evenly from the inside out for tender,
mouth watering results with any cut of meat.
WARNING: Check the grease pan before each use.
DO NOT MOVE THE COOKER WHEN IT IS OPERATING OR WHILE IT IS HOT.
Cooker Digital Timer Instructions:
1) Push and release the SELECT button to choose the hour timer digit.
2) Push and release the SET button to choose the number of cooking
hours.
3) Push and release the SELECT button to choose the minute timer
digit.
4) Push and release the SET button to choose the number of cooking
minutes.
If the cooking time is correct:
Push and release the SELECT button; then push and release the SET
button.
The timer will automatically load the 15 minute preheat cook cycle.
If the cooking time is not correct: Go back to step 1.
The Cooker Timer is now ready to operate by using the START/STOP
button.
(You may pause the cooking cycle at any time by using this button.)
When the preheat cook cycle is over, the Cooker Timer automatically
loads your selected cook time and begins cooking. When cooking
ends, the heating elements turn off, the display shows zero, and a
buzzer will sound. To turn off the buzzer, push the SELECT button.
After you do this, the display will go blank.
Soft Reset Instructions:
1) Push and hold the SET button.
2) While holding the SET button, push and hold the SELECT button.
3) First, release the SET button. Then, release the SELECT button.

5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before cleaning.

7. To protect against burns caused by accidental spillage of hot liquid, locate cooker on a level
and firm surface away from traffic areas and lock caster wheels on the bottom of the cooker.
• Emergency on/off switch is located on the right side of the
top of the cooking compartment.
