3 Connections
Voltage IN: Starting on the left side of the illustration we have a
connection for power labeled “Voltage IN” Simply wire your
power source into the screw clamp terminal strip using a small
screwdriver.
Speaker Out: The Dream AMP has connections for two speakers,
a left and a right. This allows you to create a stereo sound set-up.
Most speakers have either; red and black wire leads, and/or a “+”
and “-” symbol on them. Connecting the speakers is a simple
matter of matching the color of the speaker wire or symbol with
the color in the illustration. We use red wire for the “+” and black
wire for the “–”.
Audio Input: The source audio is provided to the AMP through a
stereo audio jack on the right side of the board. You will need an
audio patch cable to make the connection from your Dream AMP
to your audio source. Connect one end of your audio patch cable to
the AMP and the other to the output side of your source device.
You can use a PRICOM Dream Player or any other audio source,
as long as it has a stereo output.
Volume Control: A neat feature of the Dream AMP is the
on-board volume knob. With this knob you can set the output level
to whatever you desire. This knob has 270 degrees of motion. A
counter-clockwise turn makes the output softer and a turn in the
clockwise direction increases the volume.
