Assembly
1. Pull up the rim of the
bassinet frame with both
hands at the same time.
2. You will hear a click to
signal that the frame has
locked into place. Press down
on each side to make sure that
it is locked properly.

3. Insert each of the four leg tubes
into the base of the bassinet by
pressing in the button and sliding into
place until each foot clicks into place.
4. Ensure that each leg is fully and
securely installed by tugging on each
leg.
5. Ensure that bassinet is stable and
sits flat on level ground.
Assembly
6. Secure bassinet cover to the frame rim
by looping the 4 straps with snaps around
the frame rim and then connecting the 4
snaps above the folding lock. Once
secured, zip the cover closed all around
the bassinet rim.
7. Secure bassinet cover to central frame
post using the Velcro along each side of the
bassinet frame columns.
8. Place mattress into the bassinet and
press down all over to ensure it lays flat.
9. Stretch removable mesh canopy over the
top of the bassinet rim and ensure that the
elastic band is fully over the rim.
Gliding Mode
1. Pull glide lock out to secure
the bassinet in place and
prevent movement back and
forth.
2. Push glide lock inward to
enable gliding mode and
gently rock the bassinet back
and forth.
Folding & Storage
1. Remove mattress pad from
bassinet and unsnap cover from
frame near center.
2. Press the bassinet folding lock
button and pull lock cover down on
each side of bassinet.

3. Once unlocked on both sides,
push down on both sides of the
bassinet frame to fold.
4. Remove foot tubes from frame.
5. Place components into travel bag
for storage and to prevent damage
when traveling.
Cover Removal & Fabric Care
1. Remove the snaps next to the
circular joint at the center of the
frame on each side of bassinet.
2 . Unzip bassinet cover on each
side of bassinet and unsnap support
snaps along rim of bassinet frame.
3. Bassinet Cover & Mattress Care:
Hand wash or spot clean and air
dry. Do not machine wash or
machine dry. Do not use bleach.
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
PRIMO warrants that the PRIMO LITTLE CLOUD GLIDING BASSINET is accompanied
with a LIMITED WARRANTY and is free from defects resulting from material, missing
parts or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of the original purchase. This
warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product. This LIMITED WARRANTY
does not apply to defects from normal wear and tear, product misuse, product abuse, after
market alterations or failure to follow instructions supplied for assembly, use, maintenance
and care of the product.
If any defect is discovered during the 30 day warranty period, please call (973) 926-5900 or
email [email protected] with a description of the problem and a request for return
authorization of parts or replacement. If PRIMO determines that a defect is covered by the
LIMITED WARRANTY, PRIMO will, at its option, either repair, send new parts or replace
the product. The LIMITED WARRANTY extends to repaired and replacement products
and components only through the end of the original 30 day LIMITED WARRANTY period
from the original date of purchase. When authorization is issued for replacement or parts,
please send the product (postage pre-paid) to:

The warranty details above shall be in lieu of any and all other warranties.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
This warranty is valid only with an original receipt.
Your remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product or
components of the product as determined by PRIMO. In no event will PRIMO or any of its
retailers, dealers, distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential
damages relating to the product (including any repaired or replacement products or
replacements components) or its use.
To activate this LIMITED WARRANTY, the purchaser must complete the enclosed product
registration card and have it returned to the PRIMO address on the enclosed warranty
registration card within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
