Safety Instructions
Warning: Read the safety warnings and all instructions before
use.Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric
shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings and instructions for
future reference.
1. Work Area Safety
a. Always keep work area clean and bright. Cluttered and dark areas
easily induce accidents.
b. Do not operate power tools on explosive atmospheres, such as
flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools may cause sparks to
ignite the dust of fumes.
c. Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions could cause you to lose control.
2. Electrical Safety
a. Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any
way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power
tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of
electric shock.
b. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes,
radiators, ranges and refrigerators. It will increase the risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
c. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering
a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
d. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or
unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp
edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords will increase
the risk of electric shock.
e. When operating a power tool outdoor, use a probably extension
cord suitable for outdoor use. Use a probably cord suitable for use
outdoor will reduce the risk of electric shock.
3. Personal Safety
a. Stay alert, watch out what you are doing and use common sense
when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are
tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in
serious personal injury.

b. Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection.
Always use protective equipment such as dust mask, non-skid
safety shoes, hard hat, or heating protection for appropriate
conditions will reduce personal injuries.
c. Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the
off-position before connecting to power source and/or battery pack,
picking up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger
on the switch or energizing power tools that have the switch on
invites accidents.
d. Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning on the power
tool. A wrench or key left attached part of the power tool may result
in personal injury.
e. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance all the times. It
will enable you got better control once power tool in unexpected
situations.
f. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing. Keep your hair, clothing
and gloves away from working parts. Loose clothes or long hairs
can be caught in working parts.
g. If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and
collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used.
Use of these devices can reduce dust-related hazards.
4. Power Tool Use and Care
a. Do not force the power tool. Use correctly the power tool for your
application. To use correctly the power tool will get the better
performance and more safety.
b. Do not use the power tool if the switch doesn’t work. Any power tool
cannot be controlled if switch is fault. If it is happened, please
contact the authorized service center.
c. Please disconnect the power source before adjusting, changing
accessories or storing power tools. It will prevent the risk of starting
the power tools accidentally.
d. Keep the power tools away from children and do not allow persons
who unfamiliar or without this instructions to operate the power tool.
Power tools are dangerous to untrained users.
e. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment of binding of 3

moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may
affect the operation of power tools. If damaged, send the power tool
to repair before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained power tools.
f. Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits, etc., in accordance
with these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular
type of power tool, taking into account the working conditions and
the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations
different from intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5. Battery Tool Use and Care
a. Ensure the switch is in the off position before inserting battery pack.
Inserting the battery pack into power tools that have the switch on
invites accidents.
b. Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A
charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack.
c. Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs.
Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
d. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal
objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screw, or other small
metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to
another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or
fire.
e. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery;
avoid contact, if contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If
liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected
from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

2. User Guide
Hold the tool as if you hold a pen or pencil in your hands.Please do not push
the spindle lock while using the engraver. The tool can be switched on or off,
and the speed can be set by pushing the switcher at the top of the engraver
pen
3. Changing the Parts
a. Turn the device off and ensure that the rotating part is stopped.
b. Push and hold the spindle lock then turn the chuck until the button
is fully pushed in.
c. When the rotating part is clicked in, turn the locking collar down
and pull the parts/bit out from the tool.
d. Insert the new accessories into the chuck then fix the screw on
while pushing the locking collar
e. Finally, release the spindle lcok.
4. Warning!
a. Before using the tool, ensure that it is ready and safe to use.
b. Do not use in wet condition and enviroment.
c. Never use the tool near to flammable gas or liquids.
d. If the tool stops unexpectedly or appears to break down in use,
disconnect from the power supply before handling moving parts.
e. For your protection always wear safety goggles and breathing mask,
keep fingers, hair and clothing clear of moving parts.
f. Do not touch the drill/grinding tip during operation(even if it is in low
speed), because it can cause injury.
5. Charging the Tool
a. Connect the power supply (DC5V 500mA to 1000mA), insert Micro
USB into the machine.
Red light=charging Green light=Charging completed
b. Charger will automatically stop charging when it is completed. It is
ok to leave tool on charger continually
NOTE! A battery pack that has been unused for a while or never been
charged must be charged before reuse or first use.
CAUTION! Do not charge battery frequently in quick succession, which may
result in danger for overcharging the battery pack.

6. Operation
a. Press switch once to turn on the grinder, and the LED1 will be
light on. The speed will be fast at the beginning and then back to
6,000 rpm as set for speed 1 after 2 seconds.
b. Press switch twice, LED2 will be light on, and speed will change to
10,000rpm.
c. Press switch three times, LED3 will be light on, and speed will
change to 15,000rpm.
d. Press switch four times to turn off the grinder, and LED indicator
will be off.
e. The grinder can be turned off by pressing the switch for 2 seconds
during operation.
7. Accessories
Sanding bands: To be used with mandrel for rough-shaping and
smoothing metal or plastic surfaces
Diamond bits: For fine detail work, engraving, carving, touch-up
and finishing. Use on wood, jade, ceramic, glass, hardened steel,
semi-precious stones and other hard materials. Bits are covered
with diamond particles.
Grinding stones: For surface treatment of metal parts,
cast-metal parts, welding seams and for the removal of rust.
Different shapes are available.
Engraving bits: For engraving and milling wood, glass fiber,
plastic or soft metal material.
Nylon brush: For clean dust after engraving or grinding.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Always pull out the mains power plug before starting any cleaning work.
1. Cleaning
a. Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing free of
dirt and dust as far as possible.
b. Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth or blow it with compressed
air at low pressure.
c. Always clean the tool after each use.
d. Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth and some soft
soap. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents, which may attack
the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep
into the device.
2. Maintenance
There are no parts inside the equipment which require additional
maintenance.
3. Environmental Protection
Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with
household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with
your LocalAuthority or retailer for recycling advice

操作指南
像握鋼筆或鉛筆那樣握持本產品，進行雕刻或打磨工作；根據實際需要，可以
通過按壓開關設置“低——中——高”三種不同的轉速。不使用時，可以通過
按壓開關鍵，關閉電磨。
安裝或更換配件
1. 關閉本產品
2. 按下夾頭固定鈕，用手旋轉夾頭緊固圈，確保固定鈕推入卡盤，逆時針旋
轉鬆開夾頭緊固圈。
3. 取下原來的附件，並妥善保存。
4. 選擇合適的作業配件。
5. 將配件完全插入夾頭，壓下夾頭固定鈕，順時針旋轉擰緊夾頭緊固螺帽。
產品電池充電
為保證您的工作順利，新產品使用前或長時間不用，再次使用前必須充滿
電後才可使用。
充電：將Micro USB插頭插入產品Micro USB插座，另一端連接充電器或筆記
本電腦USB介面，充電器插入電源插座，充電時， LED指示燈亮紅色，充
電完成後， LED亮綠色。
注意：
充電器必須使用輸出DC 5V 500mA to 1000mA開關電源充電器。
不可長時間為本產品充電，充電時間不可超過3小時。否則可能引起產品電
池漏液或爆炸等危險！

產品開、關/ 轉速設定
1. 按開關鍵一次，產品啟動，LED1 燈亮，初始轉速較快，約2秒後轉速穩定
在第一檔位，轉速約5000 rpm。
2. 再按一次開關鍵，LED2燈亮轉速為第二檔位，轉速約10000 rpm。
3. 按第三次開關鍵，LED3 燈亮轉速為第三檔位，轉速約15000 rpm。
4. 按第四次開關鍵，關機，產品LED燈熄滅。
5. 在工作過程中，長按開關鍵約2秒，也可關機。
配件說明：
拋光輪：與同心軸組合使用，用於拋光金屬或塑膠工件。
金剛石磨頭：頭上佈滿鑽石顆粒，用於精細雕刻、刻鑿、磨孔等精細
加工，可用於木工、玉石、陶瓷、玻璃、淬火鋼、半寶石等硬質材料
精細加工。
帶柄砂輪：用於金屬零件、金屬鑄件、金屬焊接件焊縫處表面打磨處
理。可依實際需要選擇不同形狀的砂輪。
高速銑刀：適用於精細的雕刻，可以雕刻和銑削木材、玻璃纖維、塑
膠和軟性金屬。
尼龍毛刷：用於清潔或清洗雕刻或研磨後的灰塵。
常見問題：
1.開機後，電磨不轉。
請檢查電池是否有電，檢查方法： Micro USB線連接充電器及本產品，如
果充電LED指示燈紅色，表示電池需要充電，如果綠色，表示電池充滿電。
如果電池電壓充足，開機不工作，則產品故障，請返回經銷商維修。
2.使用過程關機。
使用時用力過猛，造成產品自動停機。解決方法：不要施加太大的壓力，
去接觸和研磨。

3.如何清潔產品
使用乾燥的毛巾擦除表面灰塵，使用毛刷清除散熱孔的灰塵，請務必保持
產品乾燥。
4. 其它故障，請返回經銷商維修。

操作指南
像握钢笔或铅笔那样握持本产品，进行雕刻或打磨工作；根据实际需要，可以
通过按压开关设置“低——中——高”三种不同的转速。不使用时，可以通过按压
开关键，关闭电磨
安装或更换配件
1. 关闭本产品
2. 按下夹头固定钮，用手旋转夹头紧固圈，确保固定钮推入卡盘，逆时针旋
转松开夹头紧固圈。
3. 取下原来的附件，并妥善保存。
4. 选择合适的作业配件。
5. 将配件完全插入夹头，压下夹头固定钮，顺时针旋转拧紧夹头紧固螺帽。

产品电池充电
为保证您的工作顺利，新产品使用前或长时间不用，再次使用前必须充满
电后才可使用。
充电：将Micro USB插头插入产品Micro USB插座，另一端连接充电器或
笔记本计算机USB接口，充电器插入电源插座，充电时， LED指示灯亮
红色，充电完成后， LED亮绿色。
注意：
充电器必须使用输出DC 5V 500mA to 1000mA开关电源充电器。
不可长时间为本产品充电，充电时间不可超过3小时。否则可能引起产品
电池漏液或爆炸等危险！
产品开、关/ 转速设定
1. 按开关键一次，产品激活，LED1 灯亮，初始转速较快，约2秒后转速稳
定在第一档位，转速约5000 rpm。
2. 再按一次开关键，LED2 灯亮转速为第二档位，转速约10000 rpm。
3. 按第三次开关键，LED3 灯亮转速为第三档位，转速约15000 rpm。
4. 按第四次开关键，关机，产品LED灯熄灭。
5. 在工作过程中，长按开关键约2秒，也可关机。
配件说明：
抛光轮：与同心轴组合使用，用于抛光金属或塑料工件。
金刚石磨头：头上布满钻石颗粒，用于精细雕刻、刻凿、磨孔等精细
加工，可用于木工、玉石、陶瓷、玻璃、淬火钢、半宝
石等硬质材料精细加工。
带柄砂轮：用于金属零件、金属铸件、金属焊接件焊缝处表面打磨处
理。可依实际需要选择不同形状的砂轮。
高速铣刀：适用于精细的雕刻，可以雕刻和铣削木材、玻璃纤维、塑
料和软性金属。
尼龙毛刷：用于清洁或清洗雕刻或研磨后的灰尘。

常见问题：
1.开机后，电磨不转。
请检查电池是否有电，检查方法： Micro USB线连接充电器及本产品，
如果充电LED指示灯红色，表示电池需要充电，如果绿色，表示电池充
满电。如果电池电压充足，开机不工作，则产品故障，请返回经销商维
修。
2.使用过程关机。
使用时用力过猛，造成产品自动停机。解决方法：不要施加太大的压力，
去接触和研磨。
3.如何清洁产品
使用干燥的毛巾擦除表面灰尘，使用毛刷清除散热孔的灰尘，请务必保持
产品干燥。
5. 其它故障，请返回经销商维修。

非服务保证内容
本机主体外之配件：如烙铁头、吹风嘴、手柄、保险丝等配件
任何因自然磨损、超负荷工作而引起的损坏。
超过保固期限仍需检修，虽未更换零件，将依本公司保固条款酌收工时服务费用
