ProsourceFit recommends that you always obtain a complete physical examination
before beginning any exercise program. If you experience any discomfort while
using ProsourceFit Anti-Shock Trekking Poles discontinue use & consult your physician.
Please use caution & carefully follow all exercise instructions and use proper tech-
nique when using our Anti-Shock Trekking Poles. Always modify exercises as needed
for your tness level.

Use & Safety Instructions
Inspect poles before and after every use for missing parts and product defects.
DO NOT USE the trekking poles if you nd any defects.
DO NOT USE WHEN LIGHTNING IS APPARENT. Poles contain metal which can
conduct electricity.
Trekking poles are not a toy or plaything. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN,
pets, or any individual who may require supervision.
NEVER extend poles further than the STOP indicator on both poles. Doing so can
make the poles unstable and cause breakage, as well as cause potential harm
to the user.
Take caution of the surface areas while using this product. DO NOT use on wet,
very smooth or uneven surfaces consisting of loose gravel.
Weather conditions need to be considered when going on an extended hike.
Begin your workout slowly to build strength and stamina, especially if you are
new to exercise. DO NOT perform exercises that are beyond your ability to
maintain control.
Wipe clean with damp cloth and dry with cloth or air dry. DO NOT USE soap or
other cleaning products on poles, as it may damage the aluminum and plastic.
