⚫Click Sign Up
①Choose your country or region

Add Device
1. Click the ‘+’ on the top right to add device.
2. Scan or type in the IMEI number on the package or device body.

4. Edit basic info about this device, or click on ‘Save’ directly to skip
this step.
5. You can always come back and edit in the ‘Detail’ Page later.

Note: Please fully charge the device for first use.
Insert Sim Card
⚫Insert the Nano SIM into the device.
⚫When putting the battery lid back, please align it and press it
lightly to lock it in.

Power On / Off
⚫Power On: Long press the SOS button over 3 seconds to turn
on the device. Blue, Red and Green flashes alternately mean
the device is turned on.
⚫Power Off:
- SIM card detected: short press the SOS button for 5 times.
- SIM card not detected: Long press the SOS button over 3
seconds.
⚫Check Device Status:
Short press SOS button, if the LED flashes, it means the QBIT
has been powered on.
Please refer to the LED indicators to confirm the status of the
device.

Ensure Device Online
1. Go to ‘List’, you will see the QBIT you just bind.
2. You can tell the status of the device via the color of the icons.
3. When the icons displayed in green or orange or red, it means the
device is online.
Device Inactive
⚫Top up is required before activating. If you have just topped up,
please try restarting the device.
Device Offline
⚫Check the LED indicators to find reasons.
⚫Check the battery level and try to charge it.
⚫Check if your subscription is expired.

Set SOS number
⚫After device is online, you can set an SOS number to receive
SMS alert or trigger a voice monitor call.
1.Find your device in the list page, click on the icon.
2.Go to ‘Command’ page to set the SOS number.
⚫Set SOS number
①Type in your number
②Click ‘Send’
⚫Delete SOS number
①Choose corresponding number
to delete
②Click ‘Send’

Get QBIT’s Number
⚫To get QBIT’s phone number, you can apply a forward SMS to
your phone.
1.Find your device in the list page, click on the icon.
2. Go to ‘Command’ page to set the SOS number.
3.Choose Tag ‘Acquire Number’, input your phone number and
click ‘Send’
4.You will receive a text message from your device, please save
the sender number as a contact.
