BLAIRE ALABASTER TABLE LAMP WITH SHADE
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IS STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED.
This lamp has been rated for up to one (1) 60-Watt E26 Type A19
standard incandescent lightbulb (not included), one (1) 13-Watt E12
Type T standard incandescent lightbulb (not included), one (1) 8.8-Watt
E26 Type A19 LED lightbulb (included) or one (1) 2.5-Watt E12 Type
T LED lightbulb (included). To avoid the risk of re, do not exceed the
recommended wattage.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull wires,
as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity until your
lamp is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock,
or personal injury, always turn off lamp and allow it to cool prior to
replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly at the bulb when
lamp is illuminated. Keep flammable materials away from lit bulb.

WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE FUSE
BOX OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL.
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
2. Remove Metal Cap (G) by loosening Screws (H).
3. Insert E12 T Bulb (D) into Bottom Socket (C).
4. Ax Alabaster Shade (F) onto Lamp Base (A).
5. Place Metal Cap (G) onto Alabaster Shade (F) and secure
with Screws (H).
6. Loosen Socket Ring (J) from Top Socket (E).
7. Place Linen Shade (I) onto Top Socket (E).
8. Insert E26 A19 Bulb (K) into Top Socket (E).
9. Remove Protective Plug Cover (B) from the cord.
10. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test lamp.
11. Assembly is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp. Wipe clean with a soft, dry
cloth.
