USB DRIVE OPERATIONS
COMPATIBILITY
PLAYING MP3 FILE FROM USB DRIVE/DEVICE
1) Plug in the USB drive/device completely in the correct direction/
orientation, and display will show "USB-DRIV" to indicate that USB
drive/device is being plugged in correctly & the download has begun.(P.2)
NOTE:
The unit may take a while to detect or download the USB files, detect &
download time may vary depends on the type of USB drive/device.
2) Once the USB drive/device has been plugged in, unit will automatically
switch to USB mode, does not matter what mode it is currently in.
3) To stop USB playback, unplug the USB drive/device gently form the unit.
Once the USB drive/device is unplugged, the unit automatically switch to
radio mode. Or user can use mode button to switch to other mode.
4) User can use the mode button to switch to other mode (only If USB drive/
device is inserted in the unit ) or any other modes, when they are in any mode.
5) All the USB files playback function is same as normal
MP3 disc playback.
PLAY PRIORITY
Does not matter the unit is in what mode (TUNER, etc),
once a USB drive/device is being plugged into the unit, unit will
automatically switch to USB mode.
Due to the fast changing technology world, this unit may or may not
be compatible to all the USB drive/device available with all the future
technology, especially those USB drive/device which require to install
a driver. Always choose a compatible USB drive \/device which is
compatible with this unit.

please never intentionally or accidentally hit on the USB drive/decice
when it is plugged in .
This will cause permanent &serious damage to the unit &
USB drive/device.(P.3) Always unplugged the USB gently from the unit,
excessive force used will cause permanent & serious damage to the unit
& the USB drive/device.(P.4) Please never try to plug in any
USB drive/device with excessive weight or excessive size into the unit.
Please always use USB drive/device with reasonable weight & size
which will not overload the unit, which will not make performing normal
operation on the front panel impossible. Excessive weight or size USB
drive/device may cause permanent &serious damage to the unit .
And may cause access to the buttons/knobs on the front panel impossible.

SD/MMC CARD OPERATIONS
insert the SD/MMC card into thecard slot inthe correct
direction until a “CLICK” sound is heard.
The display will show “MEM-CARD” to indicate that the
SD or MMC card iscorrectly inserted. Once the SD or
MMC card is inserted. It willautomatically switch to SD/
MMC playback mode &MP3 files will automatically
loaded & payback will also start.
Push on the end of theSD or MMC card to eject the SD
or MMC card. Once the SD or MMC cardis taken out, the
unit will automatically switch to radio mode.
User can use the mode button to choose SD/ MMC
mode (only if SD or MMC is inserted in the unit ) or any
other modes, when they are in any mode.
All the SD/MMC files playback
function is same as normal MP3 disc playback.

INSTALLATION
The installation scenariodescribed in thismanual
assumes that youhave a typicalcar.
If your specific car requires any adjustments or
modifications , consult your nearest DELOScar
audio dealer.
PRECAUTIONS
This unit is designed for negative- ground,
12-V DC operationonly.
Before starting installation, make sure the
ignition switch isset to OFFand disconnect the
ground terminal ofthe car batteryto avoid short-
circuiting.
Install the unitwhere it willnot injure theopera-
tion of thevehicle.
Install the unitwhere it willnot injure thepassen-
ger if whereis a suddenstop, like anemergency
stop.
Avoid installing theunit where itwould be subject
to high temperaturescaused by directsunlight
or hot airfrom the heater, or where it would be
subject to dust,dirt or excessivevibration
Use only thesupplied mounding hardwarefor a
safe and secureinstallation.
REINSTALLATIONS
FRONT PANEL INSTALLATION
BASIC INSTALLATION
If there is installation hardware for another
receiver already in the dashboard, it must be
removed. Before installing the unit inthe dash-
board, Remove thetrim plate fromthe unit. Then,
please remove thescrews( )on thetop of unit.
Store the detachable in its protective case for
safe keeping. To drop /take away /install and
recover front panel,see the picture.
Mounting-angle adjustment
The mounting angleshould be 30degrees or
less from horizontal.
Caution on installationwithout using thesleeve
Be sure touse the screws( )attach the mounting
brackets. (Not supplied).
Note that theinstallation show isa typical
example.
For some cartypes you mayneed to make
adjustments or modificationto make adjustments
or modification toinstall the unit.F your caris of
such type, consultyou nearest DELOS car audio
dealer.

PRECAUTION ON MAKINGCONNECTIONS
Before connecting, make surethat the ignition switch
is set toOFF.And removethe ground terminalof the
battery to protectthe unit andyour car fromdamage.
Caution
make the connectioncorrectly, asillustrated in the
connection diagram. Do notconnect the negative
cord of each speakerwire to a commonpoint.
When replacing thefuse. Be sureto use afuse of the
same rated amperage.
Use of afuse of ahigher rating maycause serious
damage to the unit.
One or moreof the connectors , and may
not exist onthe model yourchased. Make the
appropriate connection orconnections according
to the configuration ofyour unit.
See the section“SPECIFICATIONS” of the
separate Operating Instructions.

Note
lies speakers with animpedance of 4 to8 ohms and

as the directionindicator in theLCD to fastforward. Press theother button inthe opposite
direction to rewind.
Program: Push downboth buttons togetherto play theother side ofthe tape.

Press AS/PS button (13) to scan each stored station for 5 seconds respectively which stored in
Number buttons (10). When AS/PS mode is carrying out, INT appears on display. You also can
press the corresponding Number buttons (10) or AS/PS button (13) when your desired station
is charged. It starts playing that station.

Manual Tuning: Press and hold ( / ) button (16) for more than 2 seconds continuously to
select a station upward or downward respectively.
Automatic Tuning: Press ( / ) button (16), the radio automatically searches a station upward
or downward respectively and plays when it find station.

Press: Play and Pause function.

Press INT button, INTRO ON/OFF is activated.
M3: REPEAT
Press RPT button, REPEAT ON/OFF is activated.

Press RDM button, RANDOM ON/OFF is activated.
M5: SOUND
Short press: SOUND and DVD function.
Long press: In MP3/MP4 mode, 10 Track Down is activated.
M6: N/P
Short press: N/P is activated.
Long press: In MP3/MP4 mode, 10 Track Up is activated.
While listening to (or watching) DVD, VCD, MP3, WMA,
CD, just insert a Disc (with labeled side up) into the
Disc slot (18), the mechanism will automatically switch
on. While it is Radio/AUX mode and a Disc was loaded,
press MODE button (1) to play the Disc.
Number buttons can help you store your favorite station by pressing any one of the number
buttons. Press and hold any Number buttons (10) until CH appears in the LCD display when
receiving a station. And now the station is already stored in the corresponding number button.
18 FM stations and 12 AM stations can be stored.
