1. Attach the Center Angle Brace (3) to the back of the long
middle legs of the Right and Left Leg Assemblies (1 and 2)
with two 1/4"-20 x 2” Machine Screws (8), four 1/4"
Washers (9) and two 1/4"-20 Nuts (10) at each mounting
location. Note that the 1/4" Washers go on front and
back of the legs. Fig. 1.
2. In the same manner, attach the Rear Leg Stretcher (4),
the longest of the stretchers, to the back of the fold-out
rear legs of the Right and Left Leg Assemblies (1 and 2).
Use two 1/4"-20 x 2" Machine Screws (8), four 1/4"
Washers (9) and two 1/4"-20 Nuts (10) at each mounting
location, with the Washers on the front and the back of
the legs. Fig. 1.
3. Attach the Right and Left Flip Stops (12 and 13) to the
back of the Right and Left Leg Assemblies (1 and 2) with
a Tri-Star Knob with Post (15). Place an M6 Washer (14)
between the Knobs and the Flip Stops, and thread the
Knobs into the integral nuts in the Leg Assemblies. Make
sure that the Flip Stops are on the correct Leg Assembly.
The lip on each Flip Stop should be toward the outside
of the Leg Assembly. Fig. 2.
THESE WARNINGS PERTAIN
TO ALL REMAINING STEPS:
>To avoid pinching or crushing your
fingers, keep your hands away from
the areas where the legs cross.
>Make sure to fully tighten all fasteners.
Make sure you orient the Right and Left

1. Place the top facedown on a blanket on the floor.
2. Measure the exact width of your tabletop. Divide that
number in half and mark a centerline extending from the
front edge to the back edge of the tabletop.
3. Toward the back of the tabletop, measure and mark two
lines 99⁄16" out from the centerline, one to the left of the
centerline and one to the right. These lines will help you
register the interior edges of the pivoting rear brackets
from the Right and Left Leg Assemblies (1 and 2) when
marking mounting hole locations. Fig. 5.
4. Check Required Bracket Inset Chart to determine how
far to inset the back edges of the pivoting rear brackets
from the Right and Left Leg Assemblies (1 and 2) from
the back edge of your particular size of tabletop. Draw a
line the full width of the table at this distance from the
back edge of the table. Fig. 5.
5. Measure 137⁄8" down from the line you drew in Step 4 and
draw another line the full width of the table. This will
register the rear edge of the Front Table Bracket with
attached Safety Locking Pins (7). Fig. 5.
6. Slide the tabletop near a wall or get help from another adult
to support the stand assembly while you mark mounting
hole locations. Carefully turn the stand assembly upside
down and position the pivoting rear brackets of the Right
and Left Leg Assemblies (1 and 2) at your marks at the
back of the table. Mark all mounting hole locations for
both sets of rear brackets.
7. Position the Front Table Bracket (7) so its back edge is on
the line you drew in Step 5 and the center mounting holes
are on the centerline. Make sure that the angled sockets
point toward the interior of the table. Mark all mounting
hole locations.
8. Move the stand components off the top and drill 3/32"
diameter x 5/8" deep pilot holes at all mounting hole
locations. Take care not to drill all the way through.
9. Carefully reposition the stand components, making
sure the stand assembly won’t fall on you, and attach the
components securely to the underside of the tabletop
using all of the included #10 x 3/4" Screws (11).
10. Carefully lower the stand assembly, flip the tabletop and
stand over and grip the padded middle section of the
Center Angle Brace (3) to lift the table and stand upright.
> Maximum tabletop size: 24" x 32"
> Minimum tabletop size: 20" x 26"
> Minimum tabletop thickness: 3/4"
> Stand maximum weight
capacity: 200 lbs. (including top)
>It is important for you to adhere to the dimensions
shown; if you do not, the Safety Locking Pins might
not be able to engage, creating a potential danger
of collapse, or the top will not be level.
4. Attach the Middle Leg Stretcher (5) to the back of the long
middle legs of the Right and Left Leg Assemblies (1 and 2)
with two 1/4"-20 x 2" Machine Screws (8), four 1/4"
Washers (9) and two 1/4"-20 Nuts (10) at each
mounting location. Fig. 3.
5. Attach the Front Leg Stretcher (6) to the front of the short
bar sections of the Right and Left Leg Assemblies (1 and 2),
again using two 1/4"-20 x 2" Machine Screws (8), four
1/4" Washers (9) and two 1/4"-20 Nuts (10) at
each mounting location. Fig. 4.

1. Position the assembled table and stand upright.
2. Swing out the rear legs until they are stopped by the
Center Angle Brace (3) and allow the table and stand
to tip backward until the rear feet touch the ground.
Make sure that the rear legs are opened as far as
they will go and that all four feet are flat. Fig. 6.
3. Pivot the Right and Left Flip Stops (12 and 13) upright.
Make sure that the faces with the non-marring foam are
against the Center Angle Brace (3) and that the lips of
the Flip Stops are tight to the outside edges of the Center
Angle Brace. Tighten the Tri-Star Knobs (15) to secure
the Flip Stops in place. Fig. 7.
4. Lift the front of the tabletop and swing up the short upper
legs connected by the Front Leg Stretcher (6). Fig. 8.
5. Lift the front of the tabletop beyond level and fit the tops
of the short upper legs in the angled sockets of the Front
Table Bracket (7). Fig 9.
Fig. 8
Fig. 9

10
6. Make sure that the tops of the short upper legs are fully
seated in the Front Table Bracket (7) and that the holes
for the Safety Locking Pins line up.
7. The Safety Locking Pins are connected to the Front Table
Bracket (7) with lanyards. From the outside on each side,
insert and fully engage a Safety Locking Pin to secure the
short upper legs to the Front Table Bracket. Fig. 10
and 11.
8. Check once more to make sure that the stand is resting
on all four feet, that the feet are flat to the ground, that
the Right and Left Flip Stops (12 and 13) are engaged
and secured and that the table and stand don’t wobble.
If you do detect wobble, make sure the surface is stable
and then check and retighten all fasteners connecting
the Center Angle Brace (3) and Leg Stretchers (4, 5
and 6) to the Leg Assemblies (1 and 2).
Folding the Stand for Storage
1. Pull and remove the Safety Locking Pins securing the short
upper legs to the Front Table Bracket (7).
2. Lift the front of the tabletop to disengage the Front Table
Bracket (7) from the short upper legs and carefully lower
the short upper leg assembly.
3. Allow the tabletop to pivot down until it rests against the
Leg Assemblies (1 and 2).
4. Loosen the Tri-Star Knobs (15) holding the Right and
Left Flip Stops (12 and 13) in place and pivot the Flip
Stops outward and down to disengage them. Fig. 12.
5. Carefully tilt the table slightly forward and swing the
rear legs forward, in line with the rest of the Leg
Assemblies (1 and 2).
6. Line up the holes for the Safety Locking Pins in the Leg
Assemblies (1 and 2).
7. Insert and fully engage the other Safety Locking Pin
through the inside face of the Left Leg Assembly (2).
Fig. 13. Insert and fully engage a Safety Locking Pin
through the outside face of the Right Leg Assembly (1).
Fig. 14. This will ensure that all sections of the Leg
Assemblies are secure.
8. Lift and move the table and stand by using the padded
handhold on the Center Angle Brace (3).
>Do NOT attempt to transport the Folding Steel Stand
without first inserting and securing the Safety Locking
Pins in the Leg Assemblies (1 and 2).
>To avoid pinching or crushing your fingers,
keep your hands away from the areas
where the legs cross.
