1ドライバーを使って、VIMA背面の図の位置の
ネジを外します（2カ所）。 3設置するDVDプレーヤーの底面にゴム足が無 い場合は、必要に応じて付属のクッションを
貼ります。
4DVDプレーヤーなどを設置します。
2付属の固定ネジを締めて、スタンドを取り付け
ます。

• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight, place it near
devices that radiate heat, leave it inside an enclosed
vehicle, or otherwise subject it to temperature extremes.
Also, do not allow lighting devices that normally are used
while their light source is very close to the unit (such as a
piano light), or powerful spotlights to shine upon the same
area of the unit for extended periods of time. Excessive
heat can deform or discolor the unit.

• Do not allow rubber, vinyl, or similar materials to remain
on the unit for long periods of time. Such objects can
discolor or otherwise harmfully affect the finish.

• For everyday cleaning wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth
or one that has been slightly dampened with water. To
remove stubborn dirt, use a cloth impregnated with a mild,
non-abrasive detergent. Afterwards, be sure to wipe the
unit thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth.

• Never use benzine, thinners, alcohol or solvents of any
kind, to avoid the possibility of discoloration and/or
deformation.
• Be careful that no person or other equipment bumps any
portion that protrudes when this product is installed.
• You must remove this product before transporting the RK-
500.

Attaching a stand
DVD stand for the RK-500 DST-RK500 Owner’s Manual
1Use a screwdriver to remove the screws from the
indicated locations on the VIMA’s rear panel (two
locations). 3If the DVD player you’re placing on the stand does
not have rubber feet, affix the included cushions as
necessary.
4Place your DVD player or similar device.
2Tighten the included screws to fasten the stand.
Before using this unit, carefully read the sections entitled: “USING THE UNIT SAFELY” and
“IMPORTANT NOTES.” These sections provide important information concerning the
proper operation of the unit. Additionally, in order to feel assured that you have gained a
good grasp of every feature provided by your new unit, owner’s manual should be read in its
entirety. The manual should be saved and kept on hand as a convenient reference.
