ROTOR’S GARMIN® Mount is compatible with all GARMIN Edge® 200, 500, 510, 800, 810 and 1000 devices.
NOTE: It is not compatible with any GARMIN Forerunner®, please contact us for further information.

COMPATIBILITY:
This manual is designed to accomodate a wide range of setups. If your setup does not match what is being
described, take extra care in the process of your setup and contact ROTOR Technical Support if you have any
questions.
Improper installation of any ROTOR product or improper use outside of its intended use could damage the bike and
its related components and could also cause injury to the rider.
CAUTION:
In the event of a crash or abrupt impact, the device base “A” is designed
to disengage. The use of a tether is recommended to avoid loss and/or
damage to your device in such an event.
Both the GARMIN 510 and 1000 come with tethers, however the other
models do not. If you do not have a tether, one can be purchased directly
from GARMIN (part number: 010-11251-16). A tether is STRONGLY
RECOMMENDED for any GARMIN device or action camera.
To attach a tether to your mount, secure one end to your ROTOR mount
body “B” and the other end to your GARMIN device or action camera.
TETHER ATTACHMENT:
1. Install the mount body “B” onto the left side of the handlebar stem. Install the mount fastener “C” onto the mount
body using the two O-Ring “H” and the two M4x10 allen screws “G”. Do not tighten the screws until you have
adjusted the mount to the desired position. Be careful when tightening screws and make sure you torque both
equally to 3 Nm.
2. To install the camera mount “D”, position it under the mount body “B” as shown in the image and use the two
DIN912 M3x6 allen screws “F” to secure it. Carefully torque the two bolts equally to 1 Nm.
3. Finally install the device base “A”. Select the most appropriate position for your device base “A” depending on
which GARMIN Edge® device you will use. Place it over the mount body and use the two DIN7991 M3x5 allen
screws “E” to secure it. Carefully tighten the bolts to 1 Nm.
MOUNT INSTALLATION:
WARNING: It is strongly recommended that you periodically check all bolts for proper torque!

El soporte ROTOR para GARMIN® es compatible con todos los monitores GARMIN Edge®: 200, 500, 510, 800,
810 y 1000. NOTA: No es compatible con ningún GARMIN Forerunner®, póngase en contacto con nosotros si

COMPATIBILIDAD:
Este manual está abierto a una amplia variedad de configuraciones en la bicicleta. Si su configuración no coincide
con lo descrito, por favor tenga especial cuidado en el proceso de montaje y contacte con el departamento de
servicio técnico de ROTOR si tiene cualquier pregunta.
Una incorrecta instalación de cualquier producto ROTOR o un uso inadecuado o para el cual no ha sido diseñado,
puede provocar no sólo daños en la bicicleta o sus componentes, sino también lesiones al corredor.
PRECAUCIÓN:
La base para enganche “A” está diseñada para caer antes de que se
rompan las pestañas del monitor GARMIN en caso de colisión o impacto
fuerte. El uso de una correa de seguridad es recomendable para evitar la
pérdida o el daño de su monitor en caso de que se dé uno de estos
sucesos.
Los modelos GARMIN 510 y 1000 incluyen una correa de seguridad, no
así el resto de modelos. Si usted no posee una correa, puede adquirirla
directamente en GARMIN (parte número: 010-11251-16). Se
RECOMIENDA FIRMEMENTE el empleo de una correa de seguridad
junto con cualquier monitor GARMIN o cámara de acción.
Para unir una correa a su soporte, ate un extremo de la misma a su
soporte ROTOR “B” y el otro extremo a su monitor GARMIN o cámara.
CORREA DE SEGURIDAD:
1. Instale el cuerpo principal “B” en el lado izquierdo de la potencia. Instale el cuerpo inferior “C” en el cuerpo
principal usando las dos tóricas “H” y los dos tornillos Allen M4x10 “G”. No apriete los tornillos hasta que no haya
colocado el soporte en la posición deseada. Tenga cuidado al apretar los tornillos y asegúrese de roscar los dos
por igual y a 3 Nm.
2. Para instalar el soporte de la cámara de acción “D”, posiciónelo adecuadamente en la parte inferior del cuerpo
principal “B” como se muestra en la imagen y use los dos tornillos Allen DIN912 M3x6 “F” para sujetarlo. Una vez
sujeto, rosque los tornillos con cuidado y por igual a 1 Nm.
3. Finalmente instale la base para enganche “A”. Seleccione la posición más adecuada según el monitor GARMIN
Edge® que vaya a usar. Sitúelo sobre el cuerpo principal y use los dos tornillos Allen DIN7991 M3x5 “E” para
sujetarlo. Rósquelos cuidadosamente a 1 Nm.
INSTALACIÓN DEL SOPORTE:
ATENCIÓN: ¡Se recomienda revisar el apriete de los tornillos periódicamente!
El soporte ROTOR para GARMIN® está diseñado para la
sujeción de un monitor GARMIN Edge® y de una cámara de
acción en un manillar de bicicleta de 31.8 mm de diámetro.
