ELECTRIC PUMP
1. Install Hydraulic hose (E, Fig. 1) from tensile and/or bend test
machine to ENERPAC Electric machine.
A. Install pressure gauge (C, Fig. 2) to Hydraulic hose ng.
Tip: Thread hose ends and pressure gauge ends with Teon tape.
2. Plug electric chord into outlet. (Fig. 3)
Tip: Use extension cord for longer reach.
Note: Refer to the 15, 25 & 50 Ton Guided Bend and Tensile Tester manual
for installaon procedures.

on a at dry surface.

CAUTION
1. Press the switch (Fig. 4) to the up posion on the ENERPAC
electric machine to use electric remote. (A, Fig. 5)
Note: Switch in middle posion is in neutral posion.
Note: Unscrew oil lling cap to help relieve pressure while operang.
Tip: Check for leaks.
2. Press and hold down the switch to the boom posion to
bypass the remote. (Fig. 6)
Note: Refer to the 15, 25 & 50 Ton Guided Bend and Tensile Tester manual
for operaon procedures.
