Rollladenmotors muss von einer kompetenten sachkundigen Person oder einem sachkundigen Betrieb durchgeführt werden. Eine sachkundige
Person ist eine Person, die über eine geeignete Ausbildung, qualiziertes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung verfügt, um eine Rollladenanlage
richtig und sicher zu montieren, zu prüfen und zu warten. Die Installation oder Reparatur ohne geeignete technische Qualikationen kann zu
schweren Verletzungen, Tod und / oder Sachschäden führen.

Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise
1. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Rollladenmotor ist ausschließlich für den Betrieb von Rollläden und Markisen zu verwenden. Das Anschlusskabel muss in einem Leerrohr
innen liegend unter Beachtung der örtlichen Elektrovorschriften bis zur Abzweigdose verlegt werden. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich original Bau-
teile und Zubehör des Herstellers. Für den elektrischen Anschluss muss bauseitig ständig ein 230 V/ 50 Hz Stromanschluss mit Freischaltvorrictung
(Sicherung) vorhanden sein.
2. Nicht Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Rollladenmotor darf nicht für andere Einsatzzwecke als zur Automatisierung von Rollläden und Markisen
verwendet werden.
3. Qualikation des Monteurs und Installateurs
Nur die korrekte Montage und Wartung durch einen kompetenten/ sachkundigen Betrieb oder eine kompetente/sachkundige Person in Überein-
stimmung mit den Anleitungen kann die sichere und vorgesehene Funktionsweise einer Montage sicherstellen. Eine sachkundige Person ist eine
Person, die über eine geeignete Ausbildung, qualiziertes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung verfügt, um eine Rollladenanlage richtig und sicher zu
montieren, zu prüfen und zu warten.
4. Sicherheitshinweise für Montage des Rollladenmotors
GEFAHR!
Netzspannung:
Bei Kontakt mit der Netzspannung besteht die Gefahr eines tödlichen Stromschlags. Beachten Sie daher unbedingt folgende Hinweise: Elektroan-
schlüsse dürfen nur von einer Elektrofachkraft durchgeführt werden. Die bauseitige Elektroinstallation muss den jeweiligen Schutzbestimmungen
entsprechen (230/240 V AC, 50/60 Hz).
Führen Sie daher alle Arbeiten an der Anlage im Spannungslosen Zustand aus. Beachten Sie besonders beim Einsatz in Feuchträumen die DIN VDE
0100, Teil 701 und 702. Diese Vorschriften enthalten zwingend einzuhaltende Schutzmaßnahmen.
5. Sicherheitshinweise zum Gebrauch
WARNUNG!
Verletzungsgefahr bei ungewollter oder unbeabsichtigter Rollladenbewegung!
Ein Tastendruck am Rollladenschalter oder Handsender kann zu ungewollten Rollladenbewegungen führen und Personen verletzen. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass Rollladenschalter und Handsender nicht von Kindern bedient und nur von Personen benutzt werden, die in die Funktionsweise der
ferngesteuerten Rollladenanlagen eingewiesen sind! Sie müssen den Handsender generell mit Sichtkontakt zum Rollladen bedienen. Führen Sie
Reinigungsarbeiten an Rollläden stets im spannungslosen Zustand aus.
6. Einsatz defekter Rollladenmotoren kann Gefährdung von Personen und/ oder Sachschäden führen.
GEFAHR!
Verwenden Sie niemals beschädigte oder defekte Rollladenmotoren. Überprüfen Sie den Rollladenmotor und das Anschlusskabel auf Unversehrt-
heit. Wenden Sie sich bitte an den Hersteller, falls Sie Schäden am Gerät feststellen.
7. Montagehinweise
WICHTIG!
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Angaben zur Spannung/ Frequenz auf dem Typenschild des Rollladenmotors mit der des örtlichen Netzes übere-
instimmen. Vor der Montage des Rollladenmotors alle nicht benötigten Bauteile, Einrichtungen und Leitungen demontieren und außer Betrieb
setzen. Bewegliche Teile von Antrieben die unter 2,5 m Höhe vom Boden betrieben werden müssen geschützt werden. Die Rollladenwelle ist zwin-
gend waagerecht zu montieren, da sonst bei schiefer Aufwicklung oder Abwicklung des Rollladens Schäden am Rollladenmotor oder am Rollladen
selbst entstehen können. Der Revisionsdeckel des Rollladenkastens sollte leicht zugänglich sein und nicht überputzt oder übertapeziert werden.
8. Weitere, wichtige Hinweise
• Rollladenmotoren dürfen nicht in feuchter Umgebung verwendet werden.
• Um die Lebensdauer zu erhöhen, vermeiden Sie unnötiges Überlasten des Rollladenmotors durch ständiges bedienen (z.B. spielende Kinder).
• Rollladenmotoren sind nicht für einen Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt. Sollte die Betriebszeit von 4 Minuten überschritten werden, dann schaltet der
Thermostat-Schalter des Rollladenmotors ab. ACHTUNG! Das Gehäuse kann heiß werden. Warten Sie 20 Minuten bis der Rollladenmotor wied-

er einsatzbereit ist.
• Die Endlagen der Rollladenmotoren können ausschließlich im eingebauten Zustand eingestellt werden.
• Bewahren Sie die Anleitung, sowie das Etikett des Rollladenmotors sicher auf.
9. Entsorgung
Rollladenmotoren gelten als Sondermüll und dürfen nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

Garantiebedingungen
Gewährleistung
Wir sind von der Gewährleistung und der Produkthaftung befreit, wenn ohne unsere vorherige Zustimmung eigene bauliche Veränderungen
vorgenommen oder unsachgemäße Installationen gegen unsere vorgegebenen Montagerichtlinien ausgeführt bzw. veranlasst werden. Weiterhin
übernehmen wir keine Verantwortung für den versehentlichen oder unachtsamen Betrieb des Motors sowie für die unsachgemäße Wartung des
Motors und des Zubehörs sowie für die unsachgemäße Wartung des Rollladens. Batterien sind ebenfalls von den Gewährleistungsansprüchen
ausgenommen.
Dauer der Garantie
Zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Gewährleistung des Händlers aus dem Kaufvertrag leisten wir folgendeGarantie ab Kaufdatum:
• 5 Jahre
• 2 Jahre auf Funk und Zubehör
Durch die Inanspruchnahme der Garantie verlängert sich die Garantiezeit nicht. Für Ersatzlieferungen und Nachbesserungsarbeiten beträgt die
Garantiefrist sechs Monate, mindestens aber die laufende Garantiefrist.
Voraussetzungen
Der Garantieanspruch gilt nur für das Land, in dem das Gerät gekauft wurde. Die Ware muss auf dem von uns vorgegebenen Vertriebsweg erstan-
den worden sein. Der Garantieanspruch besteht nur für Schäden am Vertragsgegenstand selbst. Die Erstattung von Aufwendungen für Aus- und
Einbau, Überprüfung entsprechender Teile, sowie Forderungen nach entgangenem Gewinn und Schadensersatz sind von der Garantie ausges-
chlossen. Der Kaueleg gilt als Nachweis für ihren Garantieanspruch.
Leistung
Für die Dauer der Garantie beseitigen wir alle Mängel am Produkt, die nachweislich auf einen Material oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen
sind. Wir verpichten uns, nach unserer Wahl die mangelhafte Ware unentgeltlich gegen mangelfreie zu ersetzen, nachzubessern oder einen Min-
derwert zu ersetzen. Ausgeschlossen sind Schäden durch:
• unsachgemäßer Einbau und Anschluss
• unsachgemäße Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung
• äußere Einüsse wie Feuer, Wasser, anormale Umweltbedingungen
• mechanische Beschädigungen durch Unfall, Fall oder Stoß
• fahrlässige oder mutwillige Zerstörung
• normale Abnutzung, Verschleiß oder Wartungsmangel
• Reparatur durch nicht qualizierte Personen
• Verwendung von Teilen fremder Herkunft
• Entfernen oder unkenntlich machen der Seriennummer
• Ersetzte Teile werden Eigentum des Herstellers
Vor der Installation
1. Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der Installation sorgfältig durch.
2.Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Rollladen frei von Beschädigungen ist und sich reibungslos önen und schließen lässt. Falls nötig, tauschen Sie bes-
chädigte Bauteile aus.
3. Prüfen Sie die Einbauposition des Motors im Rollladenkasten, indem Sie den Rollladen vollständig herunterlassen und nachsehen ob der Motor
auf der linken oder rechten Seite des Rollladenkastens eingebaut werden soll. Wählen Sie stets den kürzesten Weg zur nächsten Abzweigdose,

da elektrische Leitungen im Rollladenkasten nicht verlegt werden dürfen.
4.Stellen Sie stets sicher, dass der Motor komplett bis Anschlag in die Welle eingeschoben werden kann.
Installation
ACHTUNG
Wichtig! Lesen Sie vor der Installation die Sicherheitshinweise! Lassen Sie den Motor niemals fallen, hämmern, bohren oder tauchen Sie ihn nicht
in Wasser. Halten Sie das Stromkabel in der richtigen Position, wie unten dargestellt. Eine unsachgemäße Installation kann zu schweren Verletzun-
gen führen und macht die Haftung und Garantie des Herstellers ungültig.

Schritt 1: Welle auf die gewünschte Länge zuschneiden.
Schritt 2: Sicherstellen, dass die Rohrkante sauber und gratfrei ist.

Schritt 3: Die Motorkrone und die Motorendkappe auf den
Motor montieren. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
Endkappe fest sitzt und dass sich die Krone frei drehen
lässt.
Schritt 4: Richten Sie die Kerben an der Krone und der
Motorendkappe auf die Rollladenwelle aus, schieben Sie den
Motor in die Welle und setzen Sie ihn ein. Die Halterung an der
gewünschten Seite montieren.

In Betriebnahme und Einstellungen
Hinweise zur Voreinstellung
1. Bei der Durchführung von Einstellungsänderungen beträgt die Intervalldauer zwischen den Tastendrücken 6 Sekunden. Wenn während der
Einrichtung/Programmierung einer Funktion (außer der Endlageneinstellung) innerhalb von 6 Sekunden keine Aktion durchgeführt wird, wird

die Einrichtung/Programmierung abgebrochen.
2. Beim Einstellen der Endlagen:
a. Die oberen und unteren Endlagen können nicht gleichzeitig eingestellt werden.
b. Nach dem Einstellen der Endlagen bleiben diese Positionen auch bei Stromausfall und/oder Unterbrechung der Stromzufuhr zum Motor
gespeichert. Dasselbe gilt für eine Fernbedienung: Wenn der Motor stromlos ist, bleibt die eingelernte(n) Fernbedienung(en) erhalten.
c. Bei einer “Grenzwertlöschung” werden alle gespeicherten Önungs-, Schließ- oder Vorzugsgrenzwerte gelöscht.
d. Wenn beim Einstellen der Önungs- und Schließpositionen 2 Minuten lang keine Aktion erfolgt, verlässt der Motor automatisch das
Programm zur Einstellung der Grenzwerte, es werden keine Grenzwerte gespeichert, und Sie müssen das Programm zur Einstellung der
Grenzwerte erneut starten.
3. Wenn die Önungs- und Schließgrenzwerte bereits eingestellt sind und eine Fernbedienung beschädigt wird oder verloren geht, muss ein-
fach eine neue Fernbedienung programmiert werden, und die Grenzwerte müssen nicht neu eingestellt werden.
4. Der Motor hat eine maximale Speicherkapazität von 20 Kanälen (Handsender, Tasten usw.). Wie Sie weitere Fernbedienungen, Tasten usw.
einlernen können, wird weiter unten erklärt. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass beim Einlernen von mehr als 20 Fernbedienungen, Tasten usw.
die erste eingelernte Fernbedienung gelöscht wird.

Funktionen der Taste P1
1. Koppeln einer Fernbedienung: Drücken Sie dieTaste P1 einmal, der Motor piept 3 Mal und ist bereit für die Kopplung mit der Fernbedienung
(siehe unten).
2. Änderung der Motorrichtung: Halten Sie die Taste P1 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt, der Motor piept 3 Mal und läuft einmal hin und her. Lassen
Sie die Taste los, die Fahrtrichtung des Motors ist nun geändert (dies kann auch über die Fernbedienung geändert werden, wird weiter unten
erklärt).
3. Motor zurücksetzen: Halten Sie die Taste P1 10 Sekunden lang gedrückt. Der Motor piept dreimal und tippt alle 5 Sekunden einmal, aber
halten Sie dieTaste weiterhin gedrückt. Bei der 10-Sekunden-Marke piept der Motor erneut dreimal und tippt einmal. Alle Motoreinstellun-
gen und Grenzwerte wurden nun zurückgesetzt.
Kopplung von Fernbedienungen
1. Um den Handsender zu önen, ziehen Sie die hintere Abdeckung nach unten.
2. Drücken Sie einmal die Taste P1 (oder schalten Sie einfach den Motor ein), der Motor piept 3 Mal.
3. Drücken Sie innerhalb von 10 Sekunden die linke Taste P2 auf der Fernbedienung, der Motor gibt 1 Piepton und 1 “jog”. Drücken Sie nach
dem Signalton erneut die Taste P2, der Motor gibt wieder 1 Signalton und 1 “jog”. Drücken Sie nun die AUF- oder AB-Taste, der Motor gibt 3
Pieptöne und 1 “jog”, die Fernbedienung ist nun mit dem Motor gekoppelt.

Umschalten der Motordrehrichtung
Wenn der Motor nach dem Koppeln der Fernbedienung mit dem Motor beim Drücken der Aufwärts-/Abwärts-Taste nach unten fährt (oder
umgekehrt), muss die Fahrtrichtung des Motors geändert werden.
WICHTIG: Dies kann nur vor dem Einlernen der Endlagen beim Önen/Schließen geschehen!!! Der Motor fährt “grenzenlos”, bis die Endlagen
eingelernt sind und die Drehrichtung muss vor dem Setzen der Endlagen geändert werden!!! Sind die Endlagen bereits eingestellt, so kann die
Fahrtrichtung entweder durch Löschen der Endlagen (und anschließendes Umschalten der Richtung) ODER über die P1-Taste am Motor (siehe
oben) geändert werden.

Halten Sie die AUF- und AB-Tasten gleichzeitig für 2 Sekunden
gedrückt, der Motor piept 3 Mal und macht 1 Rollbewegung, die
Drehrichtung wurde erfolgreich umgeschaltet.
Einstellung der oberen und unteren Endlagen
HINWEIS

• Justieren Sie die obere Endlage so, dass ca. 2-3 cm des Rollladens aus dem Rollladenkasten schauen. Durch Temperaturunterschiede im Winter
und Sommer kann es zu Materialausdehnungen kommen, was zu Toleranzen führen kann.
• Prüfen Sie beide Endlagen nochmals bevor Sie den Rollladenkasten wieder verschließen.
• Rollladenmotoren sind Asynchronmotoren und nicht für einen Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt. Sollte die Betriebszeit von 3-4 min. überschritten
werden, dann schaltet der Thermostat-Schalter im Rollladenmotor wegen Überhitzung ab. ACHTUNG! Das Gehäuse des Rollladenmotors
kann dann heiß werden! Nach ca. 20 Minuten ist der Rollladenmotor dann wieder abgekühlt und Betriebsbereit.

Drücken Sie die Taste P2 auf der Fernbedienung (1 Piepton & 1
Rollbewegung), drücken Sie die Taste UP (1 Piepton & 1 Rollbewe-

gung). Der Motor ist bereit für die Einstellung der Endlagen.

Sicherstellen, dass die oberen und unteren Endlagen eingestellt sind. P2 drücken (1 Piepton und 1 Rollbewegung), AB drücken (1 Piepton

Rollbewegung), erneut STOPP drücken (3 Pieptöne und 3 Rollbewegungen), die Vorzugsposition außerhalb der Endlagen ist eingestellt.
HINWEIS: Wenn bereits eine Vorzugsposition innerhalb der Endlagen eingestellt ist, muss diese zuerst gelöscht werden, um eine
Vorzugsposition außerhalb der Endlagen einzustellen.

Lassen Sie den Motor bis zur oberen Endlage laufen. Halten Sie die AUF- und AB-Tasten gleichzeitig 5 Sekunden gedrückt
(3 Pieptöne und 1 Rollbewegung), drücken Sie dann die AUF- oder AB-Taste, um den Motor in die neue obere Endposition
zu fahren, und halten Sie dann die STOP-Taste 5 Sekunden gedrückt (3 Pieptöne und 1 Rollbewegung); die neue obere
Endposition ist eingestellt.

2. Einstellen der unteren Endlage
Lassen Sie den Motor in die untere Endlage fahren. Halten Sie die AUF- und AB-Tasten gleichzeitig 5 Sekunden gedrückt (3
Pieptöne und 1 Rollbewegung), drücken Sie dann die AUF- oder AB-Taste, um den Motor in die neue untere Endposition
zu fahren, und halten Sie dann die STOP-Taste 5 Sekunden gedrückt (3 Pieptöne und 1 Rollbewegung); die neue untere
Endposition ist eingestellt.

Important safety instructions
1. Intended use
The roller shutter motor is to be used exclusively for the operation of roller shutters and awnings. The connection cable must be laid in an empty
conduit on the inside, in compliance with local electrical regulations, up to the junction box. Use only original components and accessories from
the manufacturer. For the electrical connection, a 230 V/ 50 Hz power connection with disconnection device (fuse) must be permanently available
on site.
2. Use not in accordance with the intended purpose
The roller shutter motor must not be used for purposes other than the automation of roller shutters and awnings.
3. Qualication of the tter and installer
Only correct installation and maintenance by a competent/skilled company or a competent/skilled person in accordance with the instructions can
ensure the safe and intended functioning of an installation. A competent person is a person who has appropriate training, qualied knowledge and
practical experience to properly and safely install, inspect and maintain a roller shutter system.
4. Safety instructions for installation of the roller shutter motor
DANGER!
Mains voltage:
In case of contact with the mains voltage, there is a risk of fatal electric shock. It is therefore essential to observe the following instructions: Elec-
trical connections may only be carried out by a qualied electrician. The on-site electrical installation must comply with the relevant protection
regulations (230/240 V AC, 50/60 Hz).
Therefore, carry out all work on the system in a de-energized state. Particularly when used in damp areas, observe DIN VDE 0100, Parts 701 and
702.These regulations contain mandatory protective measures.

5. Safety instructions for use
WARNING!
Risk of injury in the event of unintentional or accidental roller shutter movement!
Pressing the button on the roller shutter switch or hand-held transmitter can cause unintentional roller shutter movements and injure persons. Ensure
that the roller shutter switch and hand-held transmitter are not operated by children and are only used by persons who have been instructed in the op-
eration of the remote-controlled roller shutter systems!You must generally operate the hand-held transmitter with visual contact to the roller shutter.
Always carry out cleaning work on roller shutters in a de-energized state.
6. Use of defective roller shutter motors can endanger persons and/or damage property.
DANGER!
Never use damaged or defective roller shutter motors. Check the roller shutter motor and the connection cable for integrity. Please contact the manu-
facturer if you notice any damage to the unit.
7. Mounting instructions
IMPORTANT!
Make sure that the voltage/frequency specications on the type plate of the shutter motor match those of the local mains. Before installing the roller
shutter motor, disassemble and decommission all components, equipment and cables that are not required. Moving parts of drives operated below
2.5 m from the ground must be protected. It is imperative that the roller shutter shaft is mounted horizontally, otherwise damage to the roller shutter
motor or the roller shutter itself may occur if the roller shutter is wound up or unwound at an angle.The inspection cover of the roller shutter box should
be easily accessible be easily accessible and should not be plastered or wallpapered over.
8. Further important notes
• Roller shutter motors must not be used in a damp environment.
• To increase the service life, avoid unnecessary overloading of the roller shutter motor due to constant operation (e.g. children playing).
• Roller shutter motors are not designed for continuous operation. If the operating time of 4 minutes is exceeded, the thermostat switch of the roller
shutter motor switches o. CAUTION! The housing may become hot. Wait 20 minutes until the roller shutter motor is ready for operation again.
• The end positions of the roller shutter motors can only be set in the installed state.
• Keep the instructions and the shutter motor label in a safe place.
9. Disposal
Roller shutter motors are considered special waste and must not be disposed of with household waste.

Warranty Conditions
Warranty
We are exempt from warranty and product liability if own structural changes are made or improper installations are carried out or arranged against our
specied installation guidelines without our prior consent. Furthermore, we do not accept any responsibility for the accidental or careless operation
of the motor as well as for the improper maintenance of the motor and the accessories as well as for the improper maintenance of the roller shutter.
Batteries are also excluded from warranty claims.
Warranty Duration
In addition to the dealer’s statutory warranty under the purchase agreement, we provide the following Warranty from the date of purchase:
• 5 years
• 2 years on radio receviers/transmitters and accessories
Claiming the warranty does not extend the warranty period. For replacement deliveries and repair work, the warranty period is six months, but not less
than the current warranty period.

Requirements
The warranty claim is only valid for the country in which the device was purchased. The goods must have been purchased through the sales channel
specied by us. The warranty claim is only valid for damage to the subject matter of the contract itself. Reimbursement of expenses for removal and
installation, inspection of corresponding parts, as well as claims for lost prot and damages are excluded from the warranty. The proof of purchase is
valid as evidence for your warranty claim.
Performance
For the duration of the warranty, we will remedy all defects in the product that are demonstrably due to a material or manufacturing defect. or man-
ufacturing defect. We undertake, at our discretion, to replace the defective goods free of charge goods free of charge against defect-free, repair or
replace a reduced value. Excluded are damages due to:
• Improper installation and connection
• Improper commissioning and operation
• External inuences such as re, water, abnormal environmental conditions

Before the Installation
1. Read these instructions carefully before installation.
2. Make sure that the roller shutter is free from damage and can be opened and closed smoothly. If necessary, replace damaged components.
3. Check the installation position of the motor in the shutter box by lowering the shutter completely and see if the motor should be installed on the
left or right side of the shutter box. Always choose the shortest path to the nearest junction box, as electrical wiring must not be routed inside the
shutter box.
4. Always make sure that the motor can be pushed completely into the shaft as far as it will go.

Start-up and settings
Pre-setup Notes
1. When performing any settings changes, the interval duration between button presses is 6 seconds. If no action is taken before 6 seconds during
setup/programming of any functions (besides limit setting), then the setup/programming will be cancelled.
2. When setting the limit positions:
a. The upper and lower limit position settings cannot be set at the same point.
b. After setting the limit positions, these positions are saved even during a power outage and/or if removing power to the motor. The same ap-
plies for a remote control: if power is removed from the motor, the learned in remote(s) will be retained.
c. Upon performing a “limit deletion” all saved opening, closing, or preferred limits will be deleted.
d. When setting the opening and closing positions, if no action is taken for 2 minutes, the motor will automatically quit the limit setting program,
no limits will be saved, and you’ll need to start the limit setting program again.
3. If the opening and closing limits are already set and a remote control should become damaged or lost, simply code in a new remote control and the
limits will not need to be reset.
4. The motor has a maximum storage capacity of 20 channels (remotes, buttons, etc.). How to code in additional remotes, buttons, etc. will be ex-
plained below. Please be aware, however, that if more than 20 remotes, buttons, etc. are taught in, the rst taught in remote will be removed.

Functions of the P1 Button
1. Pairing a remote control: Press the P1 button once, the motor beeps 3 times and is ready for remote pairing (explained below).
2. Motor direction change: Press and hold the P1 button for 5 seconds, the motor beeps 3 times and jogs once. Release the button, the motor direc-
tion of travel is now changed (this can also be changed via the remote control, is explained below).
3. Reset motor: Press and hold the P1 button for 10 seconds, the motor will beep 3 times and jog once at 5 seconds, but continue to hold the button.
At the 10 second mark, the motor will beep again 3 times and jog once. All motor settings and limits have now been reset.

Remote Control Pairing
1. To open the remote control, pull down the rear cover.
2. Press the P1 button once (or simply just power on the motor), the motor will beep 3 times.
3. Within 10 seconds, press the left P2 button on the remote, the motor will have 1 beep and 1 jog. Press the P2 button again after the beep/jog, the
motor will again have 1 beep and 1 jog. Now press the UP or DOWN button, the motor will beep 3 times and jog 1 time, the remote is now paired
with the motor.

Switch the Motor Rotating Direction
After pairing the remote to the motor, if upon pressing the up down the motor travels downward (or vice versa), then the motor direction of travel will
need to be switched.
IMPORTANT: This can only be done before the opening/closing limits have been taught in!! The motor will travel “limitless” until the limits have been
taught in and the rotating direction must be changed before setting the limits!!! If the travel limits have already been set, then the travel direction can
be changed either by deleting the travel limits (then switching the direction) OR via the P1 button on the motor (see above).

Setting the Upper and Lower Limits
HINWEIS
• Adjust the upper end position so that approx. 2-3 cm of the roller shutter protrude from the roller shutter box. Temperature dierences in winter and
summer can cause material expansion, which can lead to tolerances.
• Check both end positions again before closing the roller shutter box again.
• Roller shutter motors are asynchronous motors and are not designed for continuous operation. If the operating time of 3-4 min. is exceeded, the
thermostat switch in the roller shutter motor switches o due to overheating. ATTENTION! The housing of the roller shutter motor can then become
hot! After approx. 20 minutes, the roller shutter motor has cooled down again and is ready for operation.
