SIM Card
1. Select a SIM card (g.1)
Make sure that the card is a micro SIM and has active voice and data services. If
the SIM card PIN is active, it must be deactivated.
2. SIM Card Insertion Method (g.2)
Unscrew the screws on the cover (note: With the supplied screwdriver). Carefully
open the cover and insert the SIM card into the slot with the chip up, according to
the instruction (note: Before inserting the SIM card, make sure the Watch is off).
Close the cover and screw the screws. After inserting the SIM card, turn on the
Watch (by pressing and holding the power button). Wait for the mobile range to
appear and proceed to register the Watch in the MyKi Watch App.
Install the MyKi Watch App for Android or iOS
1. Scan the QR code from the box to download the app.
2. Sign in to the app and create an account by following the steps:
• Enter a user name.
• Enter a password (must contain six or more characters).

• Conrm the password.
• Enter your mobile number.
• Enter your email address.
• Scan your IMEI code from the Watch box or from the Watch display (swipe left
from the device’s home screen to nd the QR code symbol). Tap on it and through
the MyKi Watch app, scan the QR code from the Watch screen.
• Enter the name of the child.
• Click “Send Security Code” and MyKi 4 LITE will receive a code with 4 characters.
• Enter the received security code in the app.
• Enter the phone number of MyKi 4 LITE.
• Complete the registration process.
You can register a second MyKi 4 LITE Watch to the same Account using the Set-
tings menu > Account Settings > Add new Watch. You can switch between Watches
by using the arrow in the upper-left corner of the application screen.

SAFETY GUIDE
Terms of Use
This safety instructions leaet is applicable in accordance with the user manual,
which is part of the MyKi 4 LITE Watch kit, hereinafter referred to as “the Watch”
or “the device”. More information can be found on the ocial website of MyKi 4
LITE at www.mykifamily.com. By purchasing MyKi 4 LITE, you agree to familiarize
yourself with the safety instructions and follow them carefully to ensure the correct
and safe use of the watch and to exercise your user rights.
Personal data
Use of the Watch requires registration in the mobile app, for which personal data
of the user and the child can be collected (through the device) including, but not
limited to: name, address, telephone, location, photos, etc., entered by the user in
the application. By activating the device and registering in the application (includ-
ing pairing the device with the mobile phone on which the application is installed),
the user declares that he agrees that his personal data may be collected and pro-

cessed for the purpose of the proper functioning of the Watch.
Allterco Robotics EOOD is registered as a data controller by the Bulgarian Commis-
sion for Personal Data Protection (with NUMBER 418975). Allterco Robotics LTD.
is not responsible for the collection and processing of personal data performed by
internet and telecommunication providers, whose services you have subscribed
to or whose SIM card is installed in the Watch, in the process of their monitoring
provision of services on the Internet or telecommunications. Further information
on the processing of personal data can be found in the MyKi Watch application
Privacy Policy, available on its installation and in the user’s account.
Safe use
Wear the Watch only on the wrist of the hand. Keep the device away from the ear.
The Watch can create high-powered sounds. Clean the Watch with a clean, dry
cloth. Do not knock the Watch, do not throw, scratch, or drop the Watch-the device
is not shockproof! Do not place the Watch directly on the sand (on the beach, in the
playground, etc.). Do not exert force on the Watch and its components (including
the strap), do not change or replace them. Do not change the design of the Watch.
Keep the Watch away from pets and children under the age of four. In cases of
breakage of the device, collect the pieces to prevent them from swallowing, as they
can cause suffocation or bodily injury. Do not let the children charge the Watch
unattended.
The product has not been tested for allergies. In the case of an allergy to plastic
and/or metal, as well as skin sensitivity, the Watch should not be used. Do not
manipulate the battery. Improper use of the battery can even lead to an explosion.
Do not divulge or repair the device yourself. In case of need, please take it to an
authorized service center.
Operating Temperature range
It is not advisable to use the Watch at temperatures below -20 °c or above 50 °c.
Exposure to lower or higher temperatures can damage it. For the best battery life,
it is recommended to use the range [0; 40]°c. Do not expose the Watch to direct
sunlight for long periods of time; do not heat it, keep the device and its components
away from re.

Interaction with moisture, uids and chemical detergents
Do not use cleaning products or chemicals on the Watch. Chemical preparations
can damage the device! Please do not allow the Watch or any of its components
(including its battery) to get wet. Do not swim with it; do not use it underwater! Do
not use the Watch if it is wet.
The Watch is IP67 certied. The device withstands immersion up to one meter
deep in freshwater for up to half an hour. The latter applies to a tightly closed lid
covering the SIM card slot. The device is not suitable for use in a swimming pool or
seawater. Do not wet the device intentionally. Please note that water and moisture
protection is directly related to water pressure - the strong jet can compromise the
integrity of the device and cause damage. Water protection is designed to protect
the Watch from accidental wetting. The protection of the device is not intended to
be wetted with other liquids other than freshwater.
Battery / Charge
The device contains a built-in battery with a capacity of 450 mAh, charge on 5V,
0.5-1.5 A. The battery is charged via a USB cable type B, available in the box with
which the Watch is sold.
At the rst use of the device or if the Watch has not been used for a long period
of time, recharge the battery completely. Do not charge the Watch for more than
three hours. Always disconnect the charger from the wall socket after the Watch
is fully charged.
Careful: The Watch generates heat while it is charging. Do not charge the Watch
if it is on the hand!
Careful: In case of a defect do not attempt to remove the battery yourself. Please
contact an authorized service center.
Do not connect defective USB cables and chargers to the device. Use only the sup-
plied charging accessories! Using a faulty or improperly connected USB cable, oth-
er than the one in the Watch’s kit, can severely damage the device. Do not damage
the integrity of the USB cable. Do not cut, twist, tear, bite, or crush.
SIM Card / Mobile network
The Watch functions with a micro SIM card (3FF). The SIM card is placed in the

Watch by the user, according to the instructions (see SIM Card Insertion Method).
For the correct operation of the Watch, the SIM card that is inserted must have
active voice and data services within the network of a mobile operator or its roam-
ing partners.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by
a replaced, lost, or stolen SIM card.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any malfunctions relating to the Internet
or telecommunication network or the technical means used by the user.
SAR (Specic Absorption Rate)
Your mobile device (“Watch”) is a radio receiver. It is designed not to exceed inter-
national norms and standards for exposure to radio waves. The SAR limit is 2 W/kg,
and the maximum SAR value of the Watch is below 0.944 W/kg.
Exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy
Your device has cell phone elements, and it contains a transmitter and receiver.
When you are communicating through your device, the call processing system con-
trols the power level on which the Watch transmits.
Operation
You should always turn the Watch off in places where mobile phone use is forbid-
den, or the use of devices in airplane mode is required. You can do this through
settings > turn off Watch from the app or by long-press the on/off button.
Keep the Watch away from pacemakers and other medical devices.
Avoid contact with Magnets.
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
Do not touch the metal parts of the Watch, especially the connectors and SIM card.

The legal guarantee does not cover any damage caused by improper use.
In case of technical problems
For questions about using the Watch and/or MyKi Watch app, please read the
“Questions and Answers” section of the website www.mykifamily.com or contact
us at [e-mail]. Update the application regularly when new ver-
sions appear.
Warranty and validity of the warranty
Concerning the Watch MyKi 4 LITE, a legal guarantee valid throughout the Europe-
an Union is applied. The guarantee shall be applied in accordance with the applica-
ble consumer protection legislation.
Warranty Claim
Any damage caused by improper use is not covered by the legal guarantee. War-
ranty claims may be rejected in all cases of improper use or non-intended use,
including, but not limited to:
• When the Watch is given for software diagnostics/upgrade or hardware diagnos-
tics/upgrade, to repair at an unauthorized service center or from an unauthorized
person;
• In cases of defects of the Watch or any of its components, including strap,
caused by improper use, transport, installation, operation or storage (overload,
mechanical damage, shock, the exercise of force, Impact of temperature, moisture
and liquids (see section Interaction with moisture, uids, and chemical detergents),
dust, food, beverages, objects, plants, animals, insects, toxic substances or other
factors beyond the permissible limits), the use of Product not intended or other-
wise described in this user manual and safety guide.
• Damage caused by shocks, thunder, oods, res, force majeure, working with
non-standard power supply or other external inuences outside the control of the
manufacturer, importer, and merchant:
• In case of use with defective or non-original chargers, cables, batteries, data me-
dia, including SIM cards;

• In case of attempted replacement or manipulation of the software;
• If there is a discrepancy between the data in the purchase documents and the
product and in case of suspicion of forgery of a document;
• In case of malfunction/technical incompatibility on the Internet or mobile net-
work or the devices with which the Watch is connected;
Producer Responsibility
Allterco Robotics LTD. is not liable for any damages caused by the device, due to
or in connection with usage of the device not intended or non-compliant with the
safety and use instructions in this manual, and the general Terms of use of the
MyKi Watch mobile app, available when installed in the user’s account.
User Rights
The user who has purchased MyKi 4 LITE may exercise his right to withdraw from
the purchase contract, return, replace and/or repair the Watch and receive a refund
in accordance with EU law. To exercise these rights, please contact the merchant
from whom you purchased the Watch. Any claim regarding the conformity of the
product with the terms of the purchase agreement (in place or through distant
communication) should be directed to the trader from whom the product was
purchased.
Environmental protection
• The separate collection designation depicting a crossed-out container on
wheels, as shown in the picture, indicates that the product and its accesso-
ries must not be disposed of with other municipal waste but in containers
designated for separate collection.
• Proper collection and recycling helps to ensure that discarded electronic appli-
ances are recycled in a way that preserves valuable materials and protects human
health and nature.
• Improper handling, accidental breakage and/or inappropriate recycling after com-
pletion of operation may have a detrimental effect on health and the environment.

guarantee, you must present it together with an original invoice and/or receipt certi-
