Overview

3. Operation
3.1 Place the Wake-up Light 16-20in/40-50cm from your head, for example on a bedside table.
3.2 Power
3.2.1 Connect with DC 5V power, after 1 second will enter the clock setting mode.
3.2.2 Insert 3xAAA batteries, after 1 second will enter the clock setting mode.

3.3 Setting the clock time
3.3.1 You have to set the clock time when you plug in the appliance for the first time and when there has been a power failure.
3.3.2 The hour indication starts to blink and you can adjust hour/minute by touch . Touch to confirm clock time. Setting will be cancelled if no action in 5 seconds.
3.3.3 Choose between a 12-hour and a 24-hour clock by press . When the 12-hour time format is selected, AM or PM will be displayed.
3.3.4 Press to adjust the intensity of time display : Low - High - Off.
3.3.5 When powered by 2xAAA batteries, time display will automatically disappear in 5 seconds, you can press any of to resume the time display.
3.4 Light
3.4.1 Fist touch to switch on white light and use it as a bedside lamp. You can adjust the white light intensity by touch , total is 10 levels.

3.4.2 Second touch can enter into automatically color changing mode and use it as a mood light. You can touch button to select color from Green, Red, Blue, Purple, Orange, Indigo.
3.4.3 Third touch can switch off the light.
3.5 Setting the alarm/wake-up time
3.5.1 Touch if you want to switch the alarm on or off. The alarm symbol appears on the display when you switch on the alarm. It disappears when you switch off the alarm.
3.5.2 Long touch 3 seconds to set the alarm, the hour indication starts to blink and you can adjust the alarm time by press . Touch to confirm alarm time.
Setting will be cancelled if no action in 5 seconds
3.5.3 Press ,then press to choose between 1 and 7 as a wake-up sound(1-6 are pre-set natural sounds, 7 is FM radio) . If switching between 1 and 6 as a new alarm sound, a preview of that sound will be playe
10 seconds,while switching 7 as a new alarm sound , will not play and your last listened FM radio frequency will be as wake-up sound. Press to confirm sound. Setting will be cancelled if no action in 5 seconds.
3.5.4 You can choose wake-up sound volume level between 00 and 15(default is 10) by press up to 15,then from 15 to 00
3.6 Sunrise simulation Wake-up light, Alarm, Snooze
3.6.1 Powered by DC 5V
30 minutes before alarm time, the sunrise simulation white light will be on from 1% to 100% intensity at alarm time to prepare our body for waking up and getting alert.
At alarm time, the wake-up sound will play for 2 minutes.
During wake-up sound playing, can touch to enter snooze mode, wake up sound will play again after 5 minutes and last for 2 minutes. Touch/Press any button except to stop sound.
During wake-up light period, you can switch off wake-up light by long touch 3 seconds.
3.6.2 Powered by 2xAAA batteries
No Light function.
At alarm time, the wake-up sound will play for 2 minutes, can touch to enter snooze mode, wake up sound will play again after 5 minutes and last for 2 minutes, and can stop sound by touch/press
any button except
3.6.3 If FM radio is working, at alarm time, the wake-up sound will play instead of FM radio; FM radio resume after wake-up sound is stopped.
3.7 Setting the sunset/sleep time
3.7.1 Touch to switch sunset on or off. The sunset symbol appears on the display when you switch on, it disappears when you switch off.
3.7.2 Long touch to set the alarm, the hour indication starts to blink and you can adjust the alarm time by touch . Touch to confirm sunset time. Setting will be cancelled if no action in 5 seconds.

3.8 Sunset simulation sleep light
30 minutes before sunset time, the sunset simulation white light will be on at 100% intensity whatever at any mode, and then it will become lower and lower intensity until turn off at sunset time
During sunset light period, you can switch off sunset light by long touch 3 seconds.

3.9 FM Radio / Bluetooth Speaker / AUX
Touch "FM" to change mode between FM radio, Bluetooth Speaker, AUX.
At FM radio mode, long touch "FM" to scan radio frequencies automatically and scanned frequencies will be saved automatically.
Touch to select frequencies.
At Bluetooth Speaker mode, to pair this unit (JW-6640C) with phone to play music.
At AUX mode, to connect this unit with other device via AUX cable.
Tip: You can choose volume level between 00-15 by press , up to 15, then from 15 to 00
Tip: To get a good radio signal, fully unwind antenna and move it around until you receive the best reception.
4. Warning-To reduce the risk of FIRE,ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
4.1 Never use the appliance if the lamp housing is damaged, broken or missing.
4.2 Heed all warning.
4.3 Do not look directly at lighted lamp too long.
4.4 If the appliance, power supply cord or cord has been damaged in any way, liquid has spilled or objects have fallen into the appliance, the appliance has been exposed to rain or moisture,
do not operated.
4.5 Read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance and save it for future reference.
4.6 This appliance is for indoor use only.
4.7 The appliance has no on/off switch. To disconnect the appliance from the power source, remove the plug from the wall outlet.
4.8 Storage in dry place and take off batteries if not use for a long time
4.9 Don't press two or more keys at the same time.
4.10 If there is any malfunction, please unplug the unit for 3 seconds.
4.11 To avoid failure, interval of every touch must be more than 1 second.
4.12 If powered by 3xAAA batteries, When playing FM radio, it will return back time display if lower power. Pls replace AAA batteries.
