When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the
following:
1. Read all Instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Close
supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking
off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or
has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in
fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
11. To disconnect, turn any control to "off ", then remove plug from wall outlet.
12. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
13. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
14. To reduce the risk of injury, do not drape cord over the counter top or table top where it can be
pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
a) A short power-supply cord is to be provided to reduce risks resulting from becoming entangled in
or tripping over a longer cord.
b) Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
c) If an extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical
rating of the appliance;
2) The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or table top
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
3) the extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.

IMPORTANT: Please read, understand, and comply with all of the instructions provided in this
manual before using the device. Failure to comply with the instructions given in this manual or using
the device not mentioned in this manual may cause in serious personal injury or equipment damage.
• DO NOT touch the base or the steel parts of the kettle while the appliance is operating or
immediately after operation. These components will be hot and may cause burns or other personal
injuries.
• DO NOT fill the kettle above the “MAX”line.Doing this may cause the water to boil over during
operation and may result in scalding.Minimum amount of water needed for boiling is 0.5 L, too little
water will result in the kettle switching ofl before the water has boiled.
• ALWAYS handle with care when there is hot water inside the kettle.Failure to do so may result in
burns or scalding.
• Use the appliance with the specified voltage 120V 60Hz.
• DO NOT allow children to use or play with this appliance. Always keep this kettle and its compo
nents out of reach from children.
• DO NOT use the kettle if the kettle is malfunctioning, if it is broken or chipped, or if the power cord
or plug is damaged in any way. Stop using and contact with Customer Support immediately.(page 8)
• ALWAYS unplug the kettle when it is not being used. This will prevent moisture from causing a short
circuit in the power base while it is plugged in.
• This appliance is for indoor use ONLY.
• The ideal environment for using this product is at elevations lower than 2000m.If using this product
at elevations higher than 2000m, the capacity of water used should not exceed 0.8L.
• ALWAYS place the kettle on a dry, flat surface.
• DO NOT place the kettle on or near heat sources such as stove tops, ovens, and etc.
• DO NOT turn on the kettle while the lid is open.
• DO NOT cover the opening of the kettle while it is operating. Doing so may result in damage to
the kettle.
• ALWAYS empty and clean the kettle after using each time. If necessary, descale the kettle by
following the instructions in Descaling the Kettle (page 7 )
• DO NOT attempt to repair the kettle or its parts by yourself or through other third-party appliances
when it is broken. Doing so may result in further damage or personal injury and will void your
warranty.
• DO NOT dispose of this kettle in regular household waste.
• If the kettle has been taken away from the base,the system will be keeping the in-progress setting
for 10 minutes.

Select temperature and
keep warm function
Perform the Water Test before using your kettle to make sure it’s working properly. Do not drink the
water that is boiled during this initial test.
1. Remove and safely discard any packaging material or promotional labels attached to your kettle.
2. It is recommended that filling the kettle to the maximum level with cold tap water before your first
using, bring to the boil by selecting the BOIL 212 °F, then discard the water.
3. Your kettle will only operate when positioned on the power base.

the lights stay on (If mute mode is
not set, it will beep 3 times), and after
5 seconds, the lights off.

The kettle will keep the temperature for 2 hours. Boil Black mode /212℉Temperature will not keep
warm for 2 hours, (automatic KEEPWARM mode is designed for users who brew tea or coffee to
enhance the experience)
Press on START CANCEL to turn on the kettle,the START CANCEL indicator will keep lighting.
Set Temperature
• Press the Program button to select desired temperature.
• Press the start button and the lights flash, the kettle begins to boil.
Turn On KEEP WARM Mode
• After temperature set, press the “Program” button for 3 seconds (lights stay on). And then press
the “Start/Cancel” button (lights flashing) kettle will start keep warm for 2 hours after water
reaches setting temperature.
• If lift off kettle from power base and place it back within 5 mins and kettle will continue the
previous setting. If lift off kettle form power base and place it back in more than 5mins, the setting
will be reset and back to stand by mode.
• After 2 hours KEEP WARM, the kettle will automatically turn off.
Pause Setting
During operation (lights flashing), press “Start” button (lights stay
on) and boiling pause, if press start button again within 5 mins
kettle resume to work or kettle turns off.

1. Press the “Start/cancel” button for 3 seconds to start the Mute mode.
There won't be beep sound when press any button anymore while
mute mode is on.
2. Press the “Start/cancel” button for 3 seconds to quit Mute mode.
Then there will be beep sound when press any button.
Mute Mode
At higher elevations, water will boil at a lower temperature. At sea level water boils at 100°C. For
every 500 feet/152 meters in elevation gain, the boiling point for water decreases by approx.
1.1°F/0.5°C. Please use the following chart to know when your kettle is boiling:
Follow our brew chart below to use the optimal brew temperatures for coflee, tea, and other hot drinks.
Please note, since tea has a wide range of types, the tea steeping temperatures below are basic
guidelines. If your tea comes with brew instructions, we recommend following their instructions.

General cleaning
We recommend cleaning the kettle after using each time.
1.Unplug the power base from the electrical outlet.
2.Allow the kettle to completely cool down, then pour out any remaining water.
3.Wash the kettle with warm, soapy water. Dry it thoroughly with a soft, clean towel.
Descaling the Kettle
You should descale the kettle at least once a week if you use it frequently. Descaling removes any
mineral deposits that have built up inside the kettle. Always descale the kettle after it has been
stored for long periods of time and before storing it.
1.Fill the kettle with 1 cup of distilled vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water (1:2 ratio).
2.Boil the mixture, then let it soak in the kettle for 2 hours.
3.Pour out the solution, then wipe the limescale away with a cloth or nonabrasive sponge.
4.Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft cloth.
5.Repeat as needed.
