INSTALLATION
1. Locate a suitable place to install the fan, for example, on the
dashboard or doorpost. Be sure the fan can oscillate freely.
2. Using the fan’s bracket plate as a template, drill two 1/8” holes
in the mounting location and install the bracket plate with two
provided self tapping screws.
3. Secure the bracket to the bracket plate with screw attached.
4. Attach the switch box to a metal (non-ammable) surface.
OPERATION
1. Oscillation Lever: The fan oscillates if this lever is pulled down.
To stop oscillation, push the lever back up.
2. Variable Shift Head Oscillation Mechanism: To reset the angle
of the fan, turn the head to desired position. Oscillation will
then continue at the new angle.
3. Tilt Adjustment Screws: To change the degree of upward or
downward tilt of the fan, loosen the screws and set the head
to the desired angle, then re-tighten the screws.
4. Power Switch: To turn the power on, push the switch on the
switch box to FAST for high speed, SLOW for low speed.
MAINTENANCE
Periodically inspect the Car Fan for cracked or worn wiring.
Ensure that all parts move freely. Clean the fan with a wet rag.
Do not use gasoline, benzine, thinners or other volatile solvents.
Lubrication is not necessary, as a special oil-less metal is used.
