Troubleshooting
No Audio?
• Check your audio device is working, connected correctly,
playing music with the volume turned up full.
• Ensure the receivers/headphones are switched on, synced
to correct channel and have the volume turned up.
• Try a different device and audio cable.
No Power?
• Check that the batteries are inserted correctly and hold
charge.
Signal cuts out, interference or reduced
range?
• Set up one channel at a time, the colour of the LED on the
receiver matches the channel on the transmitter.
• Ensure there is no interference caused by other wireless
equipment in the vicinity.
• If using two or more transmitters simultaneously, make
sure each is on different channels (frequencies). You
cannot use two transmitters on the same channel in the
same place as they will cancel each other out.
• Make sure the transmitter is in range of the headphones.
