1. Veiligheidsinstructies
Belangrijk: Deze gebruikershandleiding toont u hoe u de plasma snijma-
chine installeert, bedient en onderhoudt. Lees deze gebruikershandlei-
ding aandachtig door en verminder het risico op onzorgvuldig gebruik.
Fabrikant is niet verantwoordelijk voor ongelukken voortgekomen door
onjuist gebruik van de plasmasnijmachine.
Deze plasma snijmachine mag alleen bediend en onderhouden worden
door daarvoor bevoegde personen.
Belangrijke veiligheidsmaatregelen
Het gebruik en onderhoud van plasma snijapparatuur kan gevaarlijk zijn
voor uw gezondheid. Plasma-boog snijden produceert elektrische en mag-
netische emissies die de werking van pacemakers, gehoorapparaten of
andere elektronische gezondheidsapparatuur kunnen verstoren. Personen
die werken met plasmasnijders moeten een arts en de fabrikant van hun
gezondheidsapparatuur raadplegen om na te gaan of er een gevaar of risico
bestaat. Lees begrijp en volg alle waarschuwingen, veiligheidsmaatregelen
en instructies op voordat u de apparatuur gebruikt om mogelijk letsel te
voorkomen.
Belangrijk: Deze gebruikershandleiding toont u hoe u de plasma snijma-
chine installeert, bedient en onderhoudt. Lees deze gebruikershandleiding
aandachtig door en verminder het risico op onzorgvuldig gebruik. Fabrikant
is niet verantwoordelijk voor ongelukken voortgekomen door onjuist gebruik
van de plasmasnijmachine.
Deze plasma snijmachine mag alleen bediend en onderhouden worden door
daarvoor bevoegde personen.
Gas en rook
Gassen en rook geproduceerd tijdens het plasmasnijproces kunnen gevaar-
lijk zijn voor uw gezondheid.
• Zorg voor een goed geventileerde werkomgeving.
• Vermijd dampen en gassen in uw ademhalingszone. Houdt uw hoofd ten
alle tijden op afstand.
• Gebruik een ademhalingstoestel met luchttoevoer als ventilatie onvol-
doende is om alle rook en gassen te verwijderen.
• De soorten dampen en gassen van de plasmaboog zijn afhankelijk van
het soort metaal dat wordt gebruikt, coatings op het metaal en de ver-
schillende processen. Wees extra voorzichtig bij het snijden van meta-
len die een of meer van de volgende elementen bevatten: Antimoon,
Chroom, Kwik, Beryllium, Arseen, Kobalt, Nikkel, Lood, Barium, Koper,
Seleen, Zilver, Cadmium, Mangaan en Vanadium. Lees altijd de veilig-
heidsinformatiebladen (VIB) die worden geleverd bij het materiaal dat u
gebruikt. Deze veiligheidsinformatiebladen geven u informatie over de

soort en hoeveelheid dampen en gassen die mogelijk gevaarlijk zijn voor
uw gezondheid.
• Gebruik speciale apparatuur, zoals afzuigtafels, om dampen en gassen
op te vangen.
• Gebruik de plasmatoorts niet in een gebied waar zich brandbare of ex-
plosieve gassen of materialen bevinden.
• Fosgeen, een giftig gas, wordt gegenereerd uit de dampen van gechlo-
reerde oplosmiddelen en reinigingsmiddelen. Verwijder alle bronnen van
deze dampen.
Elektrische schok
Elektrische schokken kunnen letsel veroorzaken of dodelijk zijn. Het plasma-
boogproces gebruikt en produceert elektrische energie met hoog voltage.
Deze elektrische energie kan ernstige of zelfs dodelijke schokken veroorza-
ken.
• Raak nooit onderdelen aan die elektrisch geladen of heet zijn.
• Draag droge handschoenen en kleding. Isoleer uzelf van het werkstuk of
andere delen van het snijcircuit.
• Repareer of vervang alle versleten of beschadigde onderdelen.
• Extra voorzichtigheid is geboden wanneer de werkplek vochtig is.
• Koppel de voedingsbron los voordat u onderhoud of reparaties uitvoert.
• Lees en volg alle instructies in de gebruikershandleiding.
Brand en explosie
Brand en explosies kunnen worden veroorzaakt door hete lasslakken, vonken
of de plasmaboog.
• Zorg ervoor dat er geen brandbaar materiaal op de werkplek is. Brand-
baar materiaal dat niet kan worden verwijderd moet worden beschermd.
• Ventileer alle ontvlambare of explosieve dampen.
• Snijd of las niet op containers die mogelijke brandbare stoffen bevatten.
• Zorg voor een brandwacht bij het werken in een gebied waar brandge-
vaar bestaat.
• Waterstofgas kan worden gevormd en vastgehouden onder aluminium
werkstukken wanneer ze onder water worden gesneden. Zaag geen alu-
miniumlegeringen onder water, tenzij het waterstofgas kan worden ge-
elimineerd of afgevoerd. Opgesloten waterstofgas dat wordt ontstoken,
veroorzaakt een explosie.
Geluid
Geluid kan permanent gehoorverlies veroorzaken. Door plasmaboogproces-
sen kunnen de geluidsniveaus de veilige limieten overschrijden. U moet uw
oren beschermen tegen hard geluid om permanent gehoorverlies te voorko-
men.
• Draag beschermende oordopjes en/of oorkappen om uw gehoor te be-
schermen tegen hard geluid. Bescherm ook anderen op de werkplek.
• Geluidsniveaus moeten worden gemeten om er zeker van te zijn dat het
aantal decibel de veilige niveaus niet overschrijdt.

Plasma boogstralen
Plasma boogstralen kunnen uw ogen beschadigen en uw huid verbranden.
Het plasmaboogproces produceert zeer helder ultraviolet en infrarood licht.
Deze boogstralen beschadigen uw ogen en verbranden uw huid als u niet
goed wordt beschermd.
• Draag altijd een las helm of verduisterend venster om uw ogen te be-
schermen. Draag onder de las helm een extra veiligheidsbril met zijbe-
scherming.
• Draag lashandschoenen en geschikte kleding om uw huid te bescher-
men tegen vlambogen en vonken.
• Houd helm en veiligheidsbril in goede staat. Vervang lenzen wanneer ze
gebarsten, gescheurd of vuil zijn.
• Bescherm anderen in het werkgebied tegen de boogstralen. Gebruik
beschermende cabines, schermen of schilden.
2. Installatie
Ingang stroomaansluitingen
• Controleer of uw voedingsbron op de juiste spanning staat voordat u het
apparaat aansluit.
• Deze voeding bevat een snoer en stekker die geschikt zijn voor 220 –
240V AC eenfasig ingangsvermogen.
Argongas/perslucht aansluitingen
Er zijn twee verschillende manieren om te snijden:
• 1. Snijden met 100% argongas hiermee heeft de plasmasnijder het groot-
ste snijbereik. Controleer of de maximale druk van de reduceer (A7) op de
plasmasnijder niet overschreden wordt.
• 2. Snijden met perslucht. Gebruik perslucht die zo droog mogelijk is, sluit
tussen de compressor en de plasmasnijder een luchtdroger aan om dit
te garanderen. Het gebruik van een luchtdroger of lucht verzorging set
wordt sterk aangeraden.
• Sluit de perslucht/argongas aan op het achter paneel (A8).
3. Werking
Snijvoorbereiding
1. Steek de voedingskabel in het stopcontact (voor de juiste ingangsspan-
ning, raadpleeg hoofdstuk 7)
2. Sluit de argongas/perslucht leiding aansluiting aan op aansluiting (A8) en
sluit de aardeklem aan op het werkstuk.
3. Zet de aan/uitschakelaar (A9) op aan.
4. Schaal de luchtdruk op naar 3, 5-6 bar
5. Stel de juiste lasstroom in.

6. Alle voorbereidingen zijn uitgevoerd.
7. Zorg ervoor dat de ventilator niet richting het werkstuk staat, deze moet
schone lucht krijgen.
Snijden
Opmerking:
Na langdurig gebruik zal het oppervlak van de snij-elektrode (B3) en de snij-
tip (B5) een oxidatiereactie vertonen. Vervang snijtip of snij-elektrode indien
nodig.
4. Onderhoud
Basisgids voor probleemoplossing
Waarschuwing: Dit apparaat bevat extreem gevaarlijke spannings- en
vermogensniveaus. Probeer geen diagnose of reparatie uit te voeren, ten-
zij u training hebt gehad in meet- en probleemoplossingstechnieken voor
vermogenselektronica.
A. De snijbrander ontsteekt de boog niet, wanneer op de toortsschake-
laar (B1) wordt gedrukt.
Gasdruk is te laag, pas de gasdruk (A7) aan tot 65 psi / 3,5 bar.
B. De snijbrander ontsteekt de boog niet, wanneer op de toortsschake-
laar (B1) wordt gedrukt, luchttoevoer met tussenpozen.
De snij-elektrode (B3) of de snijtip (B5) is onjuist geinstalleerd, schakel de
stroombron uit, installeer de snij-elektrode (B3) of de snijtip (B5) en schroef
de keramische dop (B6) goed vast, en schakel vervolgens de stroombron in.
C. De snijbrander ontsteekt de boog niet, wanneer op de toortsschake-
laar (B1) wordt gedrukt, luchttoevoer met tussenpozen.
Kortsluiting voor doorgebrande en andere abnormale situaties, schakel de
stroombron uit, vervang de snij-elektrode (B3) en de snijtip (B5)

D. Elektrisch controlelampje (A1) en oververhittingslampje (A3) aan.
1. Luchtstroom geblokkeerd, controleer op geblokkeerde luchtstroom ron-
de de unit en correcte toestand.
2. Ventilator geblokkeerd, controleer en corrigeer de toestand.
3. Unit is oververhit, laat unit minimaal 5 minuten afkoelen. Zorg ervoor dat
het apparaat niet langer dan de limiet van de inschakelduur is gebruikt,
raadpleeg Hoofdstuk 7.
4. Ingangsspanning over het normale bereik, kies de juiste spanning, raad-
pleeg Hoofdstuk 7.
5. Defecte componenten in het apparaat, retourneren voor reparatie of
laten repareren door een gekwalificeerde technicus volgens de service-
handleiding.
E. De toorts ontsteekt de boog niet wanneer de toortsschakelaar (B1) is
geactiveerd.
1. Defecte toortsonderdelen; inspecteer de toortsonderdelen en vervang
deze indien nodig.
2. Perslucht of argongas druk te hoog of te laag, stel deze af op de juiste
druk (A7).
3. Defecte componenten in het apparaat, retourneren voor reparatie of
laten repareren door een gekwalificeerde technicus volgens de service-
handleiding.
F. Geen snijoutput; toorts geactiveerd, stroombron aan; Gas stroomt; Ven-
tilator werkt.
1. Toorts is niet correct aangesloten op de voeding, controleer of de toorts-
snoeren correct zijn aangesloten op de voeding (A4) (A5).
2. Aardeklem niet aangesloten op werkstuk of slechte verbinding, zorg er-
voor dat de aardeklem goed is aangesloten op een schoon, droog gebied
van het werkstuk.
3. Defecte componenten in het apparaat, retourneren voor reparatie of laat
een gekwalificeerde technicus repareren.
G. Laag snijvermogen
1. Afstellen met snijstroomregelaar (A2).
2. Defecte componenten in het apparaat, retourneren voor reparatie of la-
ten repareren door een gekwalificeerde technicus.
H. Opstarten gaat lastig
Versleten toortsonderdelen: Schakel de ingangsstroom uit. Verwijder en in-
specteer de keramische dop (B6), snijtip (B5), keramische ring (B4), snij-elek-
trode (B3), O-ring (B2), en de toorts/toorts schakelaar (B1). Vervang de onder-
delen die versleten of buitensporig vuil zijn.
I. Boog schakelt uit tijdens gebruik; boog start niet opnieuw wanneer
toortsschakelaar (B1) is geactiveerd.
1. De voeding is oververhit, Oververhittingslampje aan (A3), laat het appa-

raat minimaal 5 minuten afkoelen. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet bui-
ten de limiet van de werkcyclus is gebruikt. Raadpleeg hoofdstuk 7 voor
de specificaties van de werkcyclus.
2. Perslucht of argongas druk te laag, controleer de bron voor minimaal
65psi/ 3,5 bar; pas zo nodig aan.
3. Onderdelen van de toorts versleten, controleer Keramische dop (B6), Snij-
tip (B5), Keramische ring (B4), Snij-elektrode (B3), O-ring (B2), Toortsscha-
kelaar (B1); vervang indien nodig.
4. Defecte componenten in het apparaat: retourneer voor reparatie of laat
een gekwalificeerde technicus repareren volgens de servicehandleiding.
J. Geen gasstroom; het aan/uit-lampje brandt; Ventilator werkt.
1. Perslucht of argongas druk is niet aangesloten of druk is te laag, contro-
leer gasaansluitingen (A8). Stel de druk af op de juiste instelling (A7).
2. Defecte componenten in het apparaat, retourneren voor reparatie of la-
ten repareren door een gekwalificeerde technicus.
K. Toorts snijdt maar van lage kwaliteit.
1. Stroomregeling te laag ingesteld, stroominstelling verhogen doormiddel
van snijstroomregelaar (A2).
2. De toorts wordt te snel over het werkstuk bewogen, verlaag de snijsnel-
heid.
3. Overtollige olie of vocht in de toorts, houd de toorts op 1/8 inch (3mm)
van het schone oppervlak terwijl u spoelt en kijk of er olie- of vochtop-
hopingen zijn (activeer de toorts niet). Als er verontreinigingen in het gas
zitten, kan extra filtering nodig zijn.

8. Garantie
1. De garantie treed in werking op de datum vermeld op de aankoopnota
en heeft een geldigheid van 5 jaar.
2. De garantie is niet overdraagbaar zonder een schriftelijke verklaring van
toestemming van Uw leverancier.
3. Zonder aankoopnota kan geen aanspraak op garantie worden gemaakt.
4. Garantie is alleen van toepassing als het product volgens de bijgeleverde
gebruiksaanwijzing gebruikt wordt en uitsluitend voor het doel waar-
voor het is ontworpen.
5. Er mogen geen wijzigingen aan het product worden uitgevoerd.
6. De garantie is niet van toepassing bij onoordeelkundig gebruik.
7. Eventuele verzendkosten vallen niet onder de garantie bepaling.
8. Reparaties dienen uitsluitend door uw leverancier te geschieden. Elk
door derden uitgevoerde reparatie(s) zullen (zal) de aanspraak op garan-
tie doen vervallen.
9. Reparaties gedurende de garantie periode zal de geldigheid niet verlen-
gen. Wel wordt een garantie op de reparatie van drie maanden afgege-
ven mocht de reguliere garantietermijn vervallen.
10. De eventueel uit te voeren onderhoudswerkzaamheden, beschreven in
de gebruiksaanwijzing, dienen tijdig uitgevoerd te worden.
11. Voor garantie kunt u enkel terecht bij het verkooppunt waar u het artikel
heeft aangekocht.

1. Safety instructions
IMPORTANT: This instructions manual shows you how to install, operate
and maintain the plasma cutting machine. Read this instructions manual
carefully.
The manufacturer is not responsible for accidents caused by improper
use of the plasma cutting machine.
Warning: This plasma cutting machine should be operated and maintain-
ed by full-time staff or professionals. Only operate and repair the plasma
cutting machine when the manual is read and understood.
Important Safety Precautions
Operation and maintenance of plasma arc equipment can be dangerous for
your health. Plasma arc cutting produces electric and magnetic emissions
that may interfere with the proper function of cardiac pacemakers, hearing
aids, or other electronic health equipment. Persons who work near plasma
arc cutting applications should consult their medical health professional and
manufacturer of the health equipment to determine if there is any danger.
To prevent possible injury, read, understand and follow all warnings, safety
precautions and instructions before using the equipment.
Gases and fumes
Gases and fumes produced during the plasma cutting process can be dan-
gerous and hazardous to your health.
• Keep all fumes and gases from the breathing area. Keep your head out of
the cutting fume plume.
• Use an air-supplied respirator if ventilation is not adequate to remove all
fumes and gases.
• The kinds of fumes and gases from the plasma arc depend on the kind of
metal being used, coatings on the metal, and the different processes. Be
careful when cutting metals which may contain one or more of the follo-
wing: Antimony, Chromium, Mercury, Beryllium, Arsenic, Cobalt, Nickel,
Lead, Barium, Copper, Selenium, Silver, Cadmium, Manganese, Vanadi-
um
Always read the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) that should be supplied
with the material you are using. MSDSs give you the information regarding
the kind and amount of fumes and gases dangerous to your health.
• Use special equipment, such as water or down draft cutting tables, to
capture fumes and gases.
• Do not use the plasma torch in an area where combustible or explosive
gases or materials are located.
• Phosgene, a toxic gas, is generated from the vapors of chlorinated sol-
vents and cleansers. Remove all sources of these vapors.

Electric shock
The plasma arc process uses and produces high voltage electrical energy.
This electric energy can cause severe or fatal shock
• Never touch any parts that are electrically “live” or “hot.”
• Wear dry gloves and clothing. Insulate yourself from the work piece or
other parts of the cutting circuit.
• Repair or replace all worn or damaged parts.
• Extra care must be taken when the workplace is moist or damp.
• Disconnect power source before performing any service or repairs.
• Read and follow all the instructions in the Operating Manual.
Fire and explosion
Fire and explosion can be caused by hot slag, sparks, or the plasma arc.
• Be sure there is no combustible or flammable material in the workplace.
Any material that cannot be removed must be protected.
• Ventilate all flammable or explosive vapors from the workplace.
• Do not cut or weld on containers that may have held combustibles.
• Provide a fire watch when working in an area where fire hazards may
exist.
• Hydrogen gas may be formed and trapped under aluminum workpieces
when they are cut underwater or while using a water table. DO NOT cut
aluminum alloys underwater or on a water table unless the hydrogen gas
can be eliminated or dissipated. Trapped hydrogen gas that is ignited will
cause an explosion.
Noise
Noise can cause permanent hearing loss. Plasma arc processes can cause
noise levels to exceed safe limits. You must protect your ears from loud noise
to prevent permanent loss of hearing.
• To protect your hearing from loud noise, wear protective ear plugs and/or
ear muffs. Protect others in the workplace.
• Noise levels should be measured to be sure the decibels do not exceed
safe levels.
Plasma arc rays
Plasma Arc Rays can injure your eyes and burn your skin. The plasma arc pro-
cess produces very bright ultra violet and infra red light. These arc rays will
damage your eyes and burn your skin if you are not properly protected.
• To protect your eyes, always wear a cutting helmet or shield. Also always
wear safety glasses with side shields, goggles or other protective eye
wear.
• Wear cutting gloves and suitable clothing to protect your skin from the
arc rays and sparks.
• Keep helmet and safety glasses in good condition. Replace lenses when
cracked, chipped or dirty.
• Protect others in the work area from the arc rays. Use protective booths,
screens or shields.

2. Installation
Input Power Connections
1. Check your power source for correct voltage before plugging in or con-
necting the unit
2. This power supply includes an input power cord and plug suitable for
220~240V AC Single - Phase input power.
Compressed air/argon gas connections
• 1. Cutting with 100% argon gas, this gives the plasma cutter the largest
cutting range. Check that the maximum pressure of the regulator (A7) on
the plasma cutter is not exceeded.
• 2. Cutting with compressed air. Use compressed air that is as dry as possi-
ble, connect an air dryer between the compressor and the plasma cutter
to ensure this. The use of an air dryer or air care set is strongly recom-
mended.
• Connect the compressed air / argon gas to the rear panel (A8).
3. Operation
Cutting Preparation
1. Tightly connect the power cable to electrical socket outlet (for input vol-
tage see chapter 7)
2. Connect the air pipe to the air supply equipment, the earth cable to the
workpiece
3. Turn on the power switch ,the power source lamp on.
4. Regulate the air pressure to 3.5-6bar
5. Regulate the current after the flow stops.
6. All preparation is done.
7. Make sure the fan is not facing the workpiece, it should get clean air.
Cutting
Note:
After a long usage, the surface of the electrode (B3) and nozzle (B5) will have
Oxidation. Please replace the electrode and nozzle when necessary.

4. Maintenance
Basic Troubleshooting Guide
WARNING: There are extremely dangerous voltage and power levels
present inside this unit. Do not attempt to diagnose or repair unless
you have had training in power electronics measurement and troubles-
hooting techniques.
A. The cutting torch fail to ignite the arc, when pressed on the torch
switch (B1).
Gas pressure too low, adjust gas pressure to 65psi/3,5bar.
B. The cutting torch fail to ignite the arc, when press on the torch switch
(B1), air feed intermittently.
The electrode (B3) or nozzle (B5) is installed wrong, turn off the power source,
install the electrode (B3) or nozzle (B5), and screw ceramic shield cup (B6)
down properly, then turn on the power source.
C. The cutting torch fail to ignite the arc, when press on the torch switch
(B1), air feed intermittently.
Short-circuit for burned-out and other abnormal situation, turn off the power
source, change the electrode (B3) and nozzle (B5).
D. Electric control light (A1) and overheating light (A3) is on.
1. Air flow blocked, check for blocked air flow around the unit and correct
condition.
2. Fan blocked, check and correct condition.
3. Unit is overheated, let unit cool down for at least 5 minutes. Make sure
the unit has not been operated beyond Duty Cycle limit, See chapter 7.
4. Input voltage over the normal range, choose the proper voltage , See
chapter 7.
5. Faulty components in unit, return for repair or have qualified technician
repair per Service Manual.
E. Torch fail to ignite the arc when torch switch (B1) is activated
1. Faulty torch parts, inspect torch parts and replace if necessary.

G. Low cutting output
1. adjust with cutting flow controller (A2).

H. Difficult Starting
Worn torch parts (consumables), shut off input power. Remove and inspect
Torch switch(B1), O-ring (B2), Electrode (B3), Ceramic swirl ring (B4), Cutting
nozzle (B5), Ceramic shield cup (B6). Replace parts that are worn or excessive-
ly dirty.
I. Arc shuts off during operation; arc will not restart when torch switch
(B1) is activated.
1. Power Supply is overheated, overheating light burns (A3), let unit cool
down for at least 5 minutes. Make sure the unit has not been operated
beyond Duty Cycle limit. Refer to chapter 7 for duty cycle specifications.
2. Compressed air or argon gas pressure too low, check source for at least
65 psi / 3.5 bar; adjust as needed
3. Torch parts are worn check; Torch switch(B1), O-ring (B2), Electrode (B3),
Ceramic swirl ring (B4), Cutting nozzle (B5), Ceramic shield cup (B6). Re-
place when needed

K. Torch cuts but low quality
1. Cutting flow too low, increase current setting with cutting flow controller
(A2)
2. Torch is being moved too fast across workpiece, reduce cutting speed.
3. Excessive oil or moisture in torch, hold torch 1/8 inch (3 mm) from clean
surface while purging and observe oil or moisture buildup (do not ac-
tivate torch). If there are contaminants in the gas, additional filtering is
needed.
