A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding
plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blasde or the
third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your
outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.

Do not install the product in an area with heavy dust or high humidity. Operating
the product in such environment may cause fire or electric shock.
Hold the power connector when removing the power cable . Pulling the power cable
itself may damage the wires inside the cable and cause fire or electric shock. To avoid

Get started
Prepare the remote control

Connect audio cable to the TV
OPTICAL

Most TVs today have multiple types of audio outputs.
Please use high-quality optical to get the best audio performance.
A digital audio output that passes digital data in the form of
pulsating light through a fiber optic cable.
If available, use this connection for best audio performance.
The most common type of audio output where the left and
right channel are connected separately.
Use this connection if no digital audio outputs are available.
Note: If you are using an optical cable, be sure to remove the protective plug cover.
When inserting the plug into the connector, you may sense a slight resistance
and additional pressure may be needed to get it to click securely in place.

laptops, etc. can be directly connected via
Bluetooth, convenient and quick.

Other Connections
Play music by connecting mobile phones,
laptops and other mobile devices to the
audio via AUX cable,you can also connect
USB directly to play songs.
At first time, connect Bluetooth, set the
sound system to Bluetooth mode (hearing
a tone indicates that Bluetooth is enabled),
Then open your mobile phones,tablet PC’s
Bluetooth function and pair with the sound
system.You can hear a tone again if
connected successfully.
The screen will turn off automatically and enter power-saving mode
If no operation is performed for 15 minutes during playing, click
operation panel or any button of remote control to reactivate .
The sound system will automatically turn off and go into standby mode
if no sound input within 30 minutes, click the operation panel or any key
of the remote control to reactivate.

• Make sure the sound system is turned on and the power indicator is on .
• Make sure the sound system is not muted.
• Increase the volume.
• Make sure the audio cable connection is correct and secure on the sound system and the TV.
• Make sure the TV of your play devices is on and set to the correct input.
• If you are using a digital audio connection, check that the TV’s digital audio output is enabled.
See your TV owner’s guide for information.
• If a digital audio connection is not possible, use an analog stereo audio connection.
• If the sound system is connected to a TV output labelled VARIABLE (VAR), make sure the TV’s
internal speakers are turned off, the TV volumeis turned up, and the TV is not muted.
• Check the battery to be sure it is installed properly or if it needs to be replaced.
• Point the remote control at the sound system when you press a button.
• Check that the power indicator on the sound system flashes when you press the remote volume
or mute button.
• Make sure cable connections are secure on the sound system and TV.
• If the sound system is connected to a TV output labelled VARIABLE (VAR), reduce the TV volume.
• Turn off your TV’s internal speakers.
• Turn the TV volume all the way down.
No sound
Remote control is inconsistent or does not work

Sound is coming from the TV
The connected Bluetooth device connects and disconnects constantly.
• The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the device closer to the Surround Base, or remove any obstacle
between the device and the Surround Base.
• Turn off Wi-Fi function on the Bluetooth device to avoid interference.
• For some Bluetooth, the Bluetooth connection can be deactivated automatically to save power. This
does not indicate any malfunction of the Surround Base.
Quality of audio play from a connected Bluetooth device is poor.
• The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the device closer to the Surround Base, or remove any obstacle
between the device and the Surround Base.
A device cannot connect with the Surround Base.
• The device does not support thecompatible profiles required for the Surround Base.
• You have not enabled the Bluetooth function of the device. See the user manual of the device on
how to enable the function.
• The device is not correctly connected. Connect the device correctly.
• The Surround Base is already connected with another Bluetooth device. Disconnect the connected
device, then try again.
