Adjustment Instructions:
Pucks: Bindings are compatible with all pucks. (Spark R&D Canted Pucks are recommended.)
Sizing: Fits boot sole lengths from 255 to 340mm. Dyno DH bindings are factory adjusted to a boot sole length of 301mm.
Binding is for ride mode only: Spark Tech Toes and Hardboot Dual Height Wires are recommended for touring.
Required Tools: 4mm hex key (found on your Spark Tool).
This guide will walk you through the steps of how to adjust your new bindings for the perfect fit.

There are three specific adjustments (A1, A2, and A3) for boot sole length.
Refer to the table on Page 2 for approximate sizing configurations.
Boots with a boot sole length shorter than 287mm: Start at Adjustment 1 (A1).
Boots with a boot sole length 287mm or longer: Skip to Adjustment 2 (A2).
To change bail holes, start by unscrewing
the hex screws in the side plates.
Remove the heel and toe bail assemblies
from the baseplates.
Unscrew the side plates from the bail.
Move the bail lugs to hole 1, and reattach
the bails, making sure they are threaded
completely through the lug.

Reattach the bail assembly to the
baseplates in the position recommended
in steps A2 & A3. Move the stopper
screw on the side plate to hole 1.
There are five sets of holes in the side plates for the mounting screws. Each set of holes is spaced 3.5mm apart.

Adjustment 2 (A2): Side Plate Holes
There are two sets of holes in the baseplates where the side plates attach. These holes are 12.75mm apart.

Adjustment 3 (A3): Baseplate Holes
There are two sets of holes in the side plates to attach the bails. These holes are 15.75mm apart.
