Step1
PlaceFeetonflatsurfacewithraisedsectionfacingup.
PlaceslotsinshortangledsectionofLeg#2overholesinFoot.LongsectionofLeg#2
shouldbepointingupwithflatsurfacetotheoutside.
Place2PlasticWasherson2ScrewsandinsertScrewsthroughslotsonLeg#2and
intoholesonFoot.
TheendsoftheFootandLeg#2shouldbeflush.
Tightenscrews
RepeatprocessforsecondFootandLeg#3.

Step2
PlaceassembliesinfrontofyousothelongsectionsoftheFeetarefacingaway
andthebackoftheDJStandisfacingyou.Thelongflatsectionsofthe
Legs#2and#3shouldbetotheoutside.
EnsurebothCrossMembersareadjustedtothesamelength.
PlacethreadedendsofoneAdjustableCrossMemberincenternotchofeachLeg.
AttachandtightenaCrossMemberTensioningKnobtotheLegonleftside
(thiswillprovidestabilityforassemblyandwillberemovedinalaterstep).





Step3
PlacetheUpperSupportBracket#5onLegonrightsidesothatthetopofUpper
SupportBracket#5anglesin.
ThethreadsoftheAdjustableCrossMembershouldbeextendingthroughslotof
theUpperSupportBracket#5.
RotatetheAdjustableCrossMembersoitsadjustmentknobisfacingup.
AttachaCrossMemberTensioningKnobtoAdjustableCrossMemberthreadsand
tighten3revolutionsonly.
RaisetheUpperSupportBracket#5untilslotstopsagainstthethreadofknobandthenfully
tightenknob.

Step4
PlacethesecondAdjustableCrossMembersothethreadedendsarerestingintop
notchofLegs#2and#3.
ThethreadsonrightsideofthetopAdjustableCrossMembershouldbeextending
throughslotoftheUpperSupportBracket#5.
TheknobinthecenteroftheAdjustableCrossMembershouldbefacingup.
AttachandtightenaCrossMemberTensioningKnobtorightsideoftopAdjustable
CrossMember.

Step5
RemoveCrossMemberTensioningKnobonleftside(thefirstknobattached).
PlacetheUpperSupportBracket#6onoutsideofLeg#3sothatthetopofthe
UpperSupportBracket#6anglestotheinside.
AttachCrossMemberTensioningKnobstobothAdjustableCrossMembersthreads
onleftsideandtighten3revolutionsonly.
RaisetheUpperSupportBracket#6untilslotstopsagainstthethreadsofbottom
Knob;thenfullytightenknob.

THREADSOFADJUSTABLECROSSMEMBERSMUSTBERESTINGINNOTCHES
OFLEGSWHENCROSSMEMBERTENSIONINGKNOBSARETIGHTENED.

Step6
Onleftside,inserttheExpandableTableTensioningKnobsothreadsarerestingon
Notch(2ndfromtop)ofLeg#3thenattachanExpandableTableWingNuttightening
onlythreerevolutions.
Repeatprocessonrightside.

Step7
LoosenbothknobsonundersideofExpandableTable.
PlaceslotsonsideofExpandableTableoverthreadsofExpandableTable
TensionKnobsasshown.
OncetheslotsontheExpandableTablearefullyengagedovertheExpandable
TableTensioningKnobthreads;rotateExpandableTableupuntilthelip
onthebacksideoftheExpandableTablewrapsaroundtheUpperSupportArmsandLegs.
TightentheExpandableTableTensionKnobsandWingNutsandtheadjustment
knobsontheundersideoftheExpandableTable.






Step8
SeparatetheVelcroHookandLoopSafetyStrap.PresstwoinchesofHookontoendofLoop
thenthreadoneendthroughslotsonsidesofExpandableTablebringingendstogether
abovetabletosupportelectronics.
PlaceFoamBumpersonarmsofSupportBracketsandFeetasdesired.

ToadjustthewidthoftheDJStand,loosencenterknobsofAdjustableCrossMembersand
twoknobsonundersideofExpandableTable.Adjustwidthasdesiredandre‐tightenknobs.

TwoOptionalMountingClampscanbeusedforclampingDJstandtoatableorcoffin.To
use,removefourscrewsfromFeetandattachMountingClamps.

