
Some ideas for mounting.
Because the board is battery powered, you will need to install it where you will
have access to the batteries.
1) You may create a custom box from polystyrene sheet to house the unit and
allow the speaker to mount to. Drill small holes where the speaker will mount to
let the sound out.
2) If you left a portion of your model loose, so as to have access to it one day,
you may install it inside the model.
Spea er:
Because of the deep bass of the horn, the speaker may not be as loud as you
would like it. You will need to use a cup to encase the speaker directing the
sound forward. Some builders use empty yogart cups or Dixi cups. I also use
polystyrene(Plastruct) sheet to make custom size cups.
Optional Remote control:
If you purchased the remote, you may use the push-button or remote to
activate the horn.
To change batteries of the key fob, carefully use a thin blade to separate the
case. Ease the blade in as shown and pry the case apart.
