I. INSTALLATION NOTICE FOR STATIC SWIM™ EQUIPMENT
INSTALLING THE « NON-SLIP LASSO ATTACHMENTAND ADJUSTABLE EXTENSION DEVICE (up o 7m) »TO A SOLID
SUPPORT
Ins alla ion :
1 Position de non-slip sheath around a solid support near your pool (a pillar, tree, fence etc )
2 Put the cord through the loop
3 Tighten around the support
This STATIC SWIM™ attachment may also be used as an extension device when placed between
any two STATIC SWIM™ components
INSTALLING and ADJUSTING THE « NON-SLIP LASSO ATTACHMENT AND ADJUSTABLE EXTENSION DEVICE (up o 7m)

Included in this kit: A non-slip sheath, a 7-m long cord, a stopper
Ins alla ion: If necessary, adjust the length of the non-slip sheath to the width/diameter of your
support by cutting off the excess length of cord Otherwise, use the whole length provided
Push about 1 meter of the cord through the sheath :
1 Fold the cord about 12 cm away from the end of the sheath
2 Tie a knot to form a 5 cm loop
3 Now push the cord and the knot in the non-slip sheath (you may have to force it through):
Leave about 4 cm of the loop outside the sheath
Adjus ing he Leng h of he Cord: By positioning the stopper at the desired length, up to 7 meters
long
Ins ruc ions:
1 Tie a double kno at the desired length so that the stopper is firmly in place
2 Tighten, and cut off the excess length Slightly heat the cut end with a lighter to avoid frayed
edges

pegs for wooden pool floors, 6 A2 stainless steel screws, 1 stopper INSTALLATION:
1 Drill two 12mm diameter holes, spaced 8cm apart at a suitable distance from the
edge of the pool (between 10cm and 60cm) 2 Remove all debris and residues from the

holes 3 Drill 6 holes using a 4 mm bit (5/32) Screw Hire a professional if necessary
ADJUSTING THE LENGTH FOR THE STATIC SWIM™ « ADJUSTABLE POOL FLOOR ATTACHMENT DEVICE (15cm o 65cm)

The length of the STATIC
SWIM™ “Adjustable Pool Floor
Attachment Device» may be adjusted
to anywhere between 15 and 65cm
depending on the size of the pool

1: Cut the two protective sheaths at
the desired length
2: Fold the two cords 10cm on each
end
3: Tie a simple knot and tighten
4: Place the cords in the protective
sheaths
5 Slide the knots into the sheaths
5: Leave about 2cm of the knots
outside the sheaths and align them
together
6: Push the other two ends of the
cords through the stopper and tie a
simple knot
7: Tighten and cut off the excess
length Slightly heat the cut end
(with a lighter, for example) to avoid
frayed ends
INSTALLING THE STATIC SWIM™ « WALL ATTACHMENT DEVICE »
The STATIC SWIM™ « Wall Attachment Device » kit contains :
2 stainless steel plates mounted with a ring
4 stainless steel screws A2 6 x 60mm
4 nylon plugs 10 x 50mm
2 cords with stoppers
1 NON-SLIP LASSO ATTACHMENTAND ADJUSTABLE EXTENSION DEVICE (up to 7m)
1. Choosing a sui able wall in he pool area
This kit is designed to be compatible with the following materials: Concrete, concrete blocks, hollow bricks with honeycomb structure, natural
stone with a dense structure, solid bricks ATTENTION: This kit is not suitable for use on other less solid materials such as plaster or
plasterboards In case of doubt please consult a professional

The centers of the plates should be spaced 10 cm apart Drill 4 holes 10mm in diameter and 7cm deep Place the plugs in the holes Place the
plates, once the screw comes into contact with the plate turn 5 times to lock in place Refer to “INSTALLING and ADJUSTING THE « NON-
SLIP LASSO ATTACHMENT AND ADJUSTA LE EXTENSION DEVICE (up to 7m)” and after connect around the two stoppers Consult a
professional if necessary
CONNECT DIFFERENT STATIC SWIM™ ELEMENTS TOGETHER
To connect any two STATIC SWIM™ elements (Body Belt, elastic modules, Lasso attachment and extension device, floor and wall
attachments), simply place the loop of the first element around the stopper of the second
To connect the STATIC SWIM™ « Adjustable Floor Attachment Device » to the retractable pegs (installed on the pool deck),
simply pull up the peg and place the loops of the STATIC SWIM™ « Adjustable Floor Attachment Device » around the heads of
the pegs
II. MAINTENANCE
After each use, REMOVE all he equipmen from swimming pool, RINSE all your STATIC SWIM™ equipment wi h
wa er af er use and s ore in dry and well aired area AWAY from ULTRAVIOLET May also be cleaned with mild soap and
cold water
III. USER GUIDE
1. Using STATIC SWIM™ Equipmen
STATIC SWIM™ equipment is specifically designed for use in training sessions involving resistance swimming, aqua walking,
aqua running and other aqua fitness exercises and may not be used for any other purpose

If necessary, replace any damaged parts of STATIC SWIM™ equipment Only use original STATIC SWIM™ replacement parts
STATIC SWIM™ equipment does not prevent drowning
STATIC SWIM™ is not under any circumstances a floating device
2. Guide for Training
If you haven’t been physically active for a long time, it is advisable to consult your doctor before beginning training sessions
Inform your physician about your training strategy and STATIC SWIM™ equipment Training with the STATIC SWIM™
equipment involves the whole body Begin with easy exercises that do not tire you out Start with 10-15 minutes of training
per day and slowly increase the duration after a few weeks Pay attention to your body, and do not ignore warning signs If
you are excessively tired after workout sessions, stop as you may be doing too much Keep yourself hydrated during all
training sessions; be sure to warm-up before each session At the end of each session, slowly reduce the intensity of your
exercises This is extremely important as it allows your body to adapt itself for future training sessions
