You should have two packages:
• 1 cardboard package with the sheeting
• 1 plastic wrapped package
Some parts have sharp edges and should be
handled very carefully. We recommend the use of
protective gloves and footwear when assembling.
DO NOT attempt to erect this shed in windy weather.
All dimensions are approximate.

Components checklist
Please check the parts carefully and advise immediately if any are damaged or missing.
Building your shed
The basic task is to join the sheets together to
form your panels, and t the channels to the top
and bottom of these panels. They will then join
together to form your shed (diagram 1, 2 and 3).

Rib
Important
• Remove the swarf (drill lings) from
the panels as you assemble them.
• All components are cut to length. Do
not cut any parts unless instructed.
• Fixings through the inside of the
channels into the sheeting are just
as important as xings from the
outside.
Ribs and Pans
• Generally most xings are spaced at
300mm apart.
• Keep the xings in the pans as close to
the ribs as possible for added strength.
• Ribs will always protrude to the outside
of the shed.
• Extra internal xings are strongly
recommended in high wind areas.

1. Attach the 780mm “U” channels Jto
the top and bottom of the door sheet
Aat the centre ribs only.
2. Attach the 1770mm “U” channels Hto
the door sheet Athrough the top and
bottom channels Jat the four corners.
3. Attach the door plate Min the centre of
the door sheet, slipping it under the two
side “U” channels and xing it to the
sheet ribs and the side “U” channels.
4. Attach the hinges Napprox 150mm
from the top and bottom of the door
through the “U” channels. The xings
should be centred on the side “U”
channels.
5. Turn the door over and x the four
corners through all the “U” channels
and t the door bracing from the bottom
corner to the opposite centre to the top
corner. (step 2 below).

You will need:
1. Attach the rst “Z” door jamb Lto the
740mm sheet Bon the rib with the
narrow pan. Attach the other “Z” door
jamb to the 740mm sheet B.
2. Lay the premade door face down on the
740mm sheet Bapprox 30mm up from
the bottom and down from the top.
3. Check the door is centralised on the
sheet (top and bottom). Fix the hinges
through the side of the “Z” door jamb
L, raising the door about 4mm off the
"Z" door jamb.

1. Lay down the door with the sheet attached and the 740mm
sheet B.
2. Cap the sheets with the 2255mm channels F.
3. Use the door spacers I to make sure the door ts the gap
(they sit on top of the “Z” door jambs L).
4. Drill and x (rivet or screw) the channels at every second rib down
through the top.
5. Attach the door spacers at each end through the “Z” door jambs
and channels.
6. Put three xings underneath through the channels into the
sheeting pan and the top and bottom of the door spacers and “Z”
door jambs (see diagram 1).
7. Fit the padbolt to the door strap on the outside of the door.
Tips
• To hinge the door on the opposite
side, simply put the top channel on the
bottom and the bottom on the top.
• Put the padbolt on the door before
erecting the panels. It will stop the door
swinging around!

1. Join the three sheets C together with 2 xings
through the overlapping ribs, making sure the ends of
the sheets are ush.
2. Cap the sheeting with the 2255mm “U” channels F.
3. Fix the channels through the end ribs and
every second rib in between.
4. Make sure you put at least one xing per
sheet up through the underside of the
channel into the pan of the sheet.

2. Make a cut in the anges only at (1145mm) the
centre of the

3. Cap the sheeting with the 2255mm “U” channels

4. Slip the gable

5. Fix the channels at every 2nd rib and through gable
plate into the sheeting ribs.
6. 3 xings up underneath through channel into pan of
sheet
7. Perform the same at the other end.
1. Join the sheets Dtogether, same as the back.
2. Cap the sheeting with the 2255mm “U” channels F.
3. Fix the channels at every second rib but not the corners
at this stage.
4. Place the short ange of the rst “L” ashing Kon
top of the rib at one end. Make sure the ends are ush
with the sheeting (diagram 1) and put one xing in the
centre to hold the “L” ashing. Fix the corners through
the channels and one more between the corner and the
centre xing.
5. Perform the same at the other end.
6. Fit the ridge beam Pto 1 roof panel only. Fix through the
ends and up through the internal ange on the underside.

Step 7:
Installation
Tip
Use the handle end of a hammer in
the inside of the corner, but beware
of drilling holes on the end of your
hammer.
Important
• Do not attempt to assemble panels
in rain or windy conditions.
• Make sure your foundations are
squared and level before erecting
panels.
• It is easier to remove all swarf
(lings) before you stand your
walls up.
• Complete all panels before
erecting your shed.
• Keep a rm grip on panels when
handling. If they slip they will
cause damage.
• Always wear non-slip gloves,
protective footwear and eyewear.

Side wall assembly
1. Stand up the back wall and as your helping hand is holding
it up, bring the left end wall in to meet it at the left corner
(diagram 1) overlapping the corners (diagram 2). Drill and x
at approximately 100mm down from the top and up from the
bottom, drilling and xing from the outside.
2. Bring the right end wall into the right back corner and perform
the same again, checking to make sure the walls are sitting at
at the bottom.
3. Bring the front wall into place and join the front corners to
the end walls, same as the back (diagram 3).
4. Finish joining the corners by xing at approximately
200-300mm apart. You will nd it easier to drill these
corners if they are supported on the inside (see tip).
Fixing the roof
5. With a person at each end of the roof panel with the Ridge
beam attached, waft it over top of your upright walls and lower
down on top. Have your helping hand go inside and make sure
the roof panel is centralised by having the ridge beam sitting
right on the apex of the channel at the peak of the end wall. Fix
the “L” through the top channel to both end walls at the 1st rib
in from the lowest corner making sure it is still centralised. The
ridge beam will not be held down at this stage.
6. Now waft the 2nd roof panel onto the walls, slipping it into
the ridge beam. Make sure it is sitting rmly into ridge beam
and then x it to the inside ange of the ridge up underneath.
(Fig 2) Now nish off xing the “L” to the top channels at both
ends. Fix at 300mm apart and also through end of ridge beam
into “L”. If you nd the roof is binding and not wanting to sit
squarely on the walls, this will be caused by unlevel site or
walls are not square. Adjust accordingly.
7. Using the ladder and the tape measure, x down through the
top of the roof, through the pan into the top channel of the front
and the back walls (10mm more than the overhang). Fix beside
every second rib. You will not need to worry about these xings
leaking as any water seeping through these xings will end up
on the outside of the walls.
Fit the door braces and install shed
8. Fit the door braces, if not already done so. Check that all
lings/swarf is removed.
9. Important: Fix your shed down to its foundations. If your
foundations are unlevel or bowed, you will have problems with
your padbolt and door levels. This can be xed by slipping a
spade under either door jamb and lifting. You will soon get a
feel for which side needs propping up.
