A TO-OFF FEAT RE
Your Renue™controller includes an Auto-Off feature.This feature is designed to conserve energy
by automatically turning off after 2 hours of continuous use.The red Auto-Off light will blink,
indicating that this feature has activated. NOTE: After a power outage, the Auto-Off feature
automatically resets the timer.
SING MOIST HEAT THERAPY
In some cases, you may find that moist heat therapy provides more comfort and tension relief.
When using moist heat therapy, you should protect furniture and clothing from becoming
damp.
1. Dampen one side of the Renue™Heat Therapy Pad with water by patting the surface with a
wet sponge or cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. Do not thoroughly soak Renue™
Heat Therapy Pad.
2. Do not spray or dampen the connector. (Figure 2).
DANGER: Do not immerse Renue™Heat Therapy Pad or
connector in water or place under running water. Failure to
comply may result in product failure and/or personal injury.
NOTE: The electrical connector must be thoroughly dry before
establishing electrical connection.
WASHING INSTR CTIONS
DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT SE BLEACH! DO NOT SE WRINGER FOR DETACHABLE PAD!
1. Disconnect pad from outlet.
2. Remove cover from pad or detach Pad Connector from Control Connector.
3. Wash by hand or as follows in automatic washer using slow agitation and normal spin speed:
Fill washer with warm water.Add minimum amount of all-purpose detergent,agitate to
dissolve, measure heating pad before washing.Add heating pad and soak five minutes.
Agitate two minutes. Spin.Fill for cool rinse, agitate one minute then spin. Dry in automatic
dryer on high heat, five minutes only, or line dry. Remove damp heating pad from dryer, block
to original size, and drape to finish drying. Do not iron your heating pad.
4. Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

Renue™Tension Relieving Heat Therapy is specifically designed to fit the neck and shoulder area,
where users experience the most physical signs of tension and stress.Drape Renue™Heat
Therapy Pad comfortably on your shoulders making sure that the neck flap is properly in place.
Weighted edges and integrated magnets help to secure Renue™Heat Therapy Pad in place.
NOTE: This product utilizes magnets to fasten at the neck area.Remove necklaces and other metal
accessories that could become attached to these magnets.
HOW TO SE YO R REN E™TENSION RELIEVING HEAT THERAPY PAD
Make sure Control Connector is securely connected to the Renue™Connector (Figure 1).
Push both parts together for a tight fit. Note:The connectors are keyed to only fit one way; align
arrows.
1. Plug into 120V AC electrical outlet.
2. To turn on, press Push-Button. Renue™will NOT turn on
until you press the Push-Button. NOTE: If the heat level
indicators do not light up or stay on, the plug or Control
Connector may not be firmly and completely connected.
Unplug from wall outlet, check the Renue™connection
again and re-plug into outlet.
3. Select from 4 heat settings by pressing Push-Button
successively to achieve desired heat level. To turn OFF,
you must scroll through the remaining heat settings
by pressing the Push-Button sequentially.
4. Allow Renue™Heat Therapy Pad to preheat for several
minutes. Renue™has been designed to meet the
maximum heat output according to U Standards.
NOTE: A red blinking“High” light indicates an error has occurred.Unplug from outlet, verify
physical condition of cord, function of AC outlet and proper connection between connector and
Renue™Pad.If blinking light persists, discontinue use and contact Consumer Services.

FONCTION D’ARRÊT A TOMATIQ E
a commande du coussin RenueMCcomprend la fonction d’arrêt automatique. Celle-ci a pour but
d’économiser l’énergie en arrêtant l’appareil après 2 heures d’utilisation continue. e voyant rouge
d’auto-arrêt clignote,signe que la fonction est activée. REMARQ E:Après une coupure de courant,
la fonction d’auto-arrêt remet la minuterie à son réglage initial.
THERMOTHÉRAPIE H MIDE
Dans certains cas, la thermothérapie humide augmente le confort et réduit plus encore la tension.
Lorsque l’on a recours à la thermothérapie humide, il est conseillé de protéger meubles et
vêtements pour ne pas les mouiller.
1. Humecter une face du coussin RenueMCavec une éponge ou autre
imbibé(e) d’eau ou en l’imprégnant d’une fine vapeur d’eau avec un
flacon pulvérisateur. Ne pas détremper.
2. Ne pas vaporiser ou mouiller le connecteur. (Figure 2)
DANGER: Ne pas immerger le coussin RenueMCou le connecteur dans
l’eau ou les placer sous l’eau courante, sous peine de défaillance du
produit ou de blessures corporelles.
REMARQ E: e connecteur électrique doit être absolument sec avant la connexion.

1. Déconnecter le coussin de la prise de courant.
2. Retirer la housse du coussin ou détacher le connecteur du coussin du connecteur du dispositif de
commande.
3. aver à la main ou en laveuse automatique de la manière suivante, en utilisant une vitesse
d’agitation faible et d’essorage normale : Remplir la laveuse d’eau tiède.Ajouter la dose minimale de
détergent tout-usage, mélanger pour le dissoudre et relever les dimensions du coussin avant le
lavage. Placer le coussin chauffant et le faire tremper pendant cinq minutes. Remuer pendant deux
minutes. Essorer. Effectuer un remplissage à l’eau froide et remuer pendant une minute puis essorer.
Faire sécher en sécheuse automatique à un niveau de chaleur élevé uniquement pendant cinq
minutes ou faire sécher à l'air libre. Retirer le coussin chauffant humide de la sécheuse, l’étirer pour
le ramener à sa taille d’origine et le laisser pendre pour compléter le séchage. Ne pas repasser le
coussin chauffant.
4. Ne pas brancher le coussin et le connecteur du coussin avant qu’ils ne soient complètement secs.

Ce dispositif est doté d’une fiche polarisée (une des broches est plus large que l’autre). Cette
fiche n’entre que dans un sens dans une prise de courant polarisée ; si la fiche ne s’enfonce
pas complètement dans la prise, la retourner et essayer de nouveau. Si elle ne s’enfonce
toujours pas à fond, consulter un électricien qualifié.

Le coussin de détente par thermothérapie RenueMC est spécialement conçu pour la nuque et
les épaules, là où la tension physique et le stress font souvent le plus souffrir. Positionner
confortablement l’appareil RenueMC sur les épaules en veillant à ce que le couvre-nuque soit
bien placé. Les bords lestés et les aimants intégrés aident à immobiliser le coussin RenueMC.
REMARQ E: ’encolure comprend des aimants.Enlever les colliers,chaînes et tous accessoires de
métal que les aimants attireraient et qui y colleraient.
MODE D’EMPLOI D CO SSIN DE DÉTENTE PAR THERMOTHÉRAPIE REN EMC
Vérifier que le connecteur de la commande soit solidement connecté au connecteur du coussin
RenueMC (Figure 1).Bien assujettir les deux pièces. Remarque:les connecteurs ne s’adaptent que
dans un sens; faire concorder les flèches.
1. Brancher sur courant alternatif de 120 volts.
2. Presser le bouton-poussoir pour allumer – le coussin RenueMC ne
s’allumera PAS avant qu’il ne soit pressé. REMARQ E: Si les
réglages ne luisent pas ou ne restent pas allumés, la connexion
commande-coussin n’est peut-être pas bonne. Débrancher,
vérifier la connexion du coussin RenueMC puis rebrancher.
3. Choisir l’un des 4 réglages de chaleur en appuyant sur le
bouton-poussoir coup sur coup jusqu’à l’obtention du niveau de
chaleur désiré. Pour ÉTEINDRE le coussin, faire défiler le
reste des réglages de chaleur en séquence, en pressant le
bouton-poussoir.
