TC-35 用户使用说明
TC-35 USER GUIDE
一、开机显示页面
Startup display
开机后，显示（品牌 +产品型号 +系统版本号）（2秒后默认进入手动模式）
Once power on, the panel will keep display product information for about 2 second(the
product information include band and product model and system version),then system will
jump to manual work mode.
二、操作说明
Operation guide
自动模式包含前/后切模式和固定长度切模式，用户可以通过修改系统参数“ChkSw”
来选择其中一种工作模式，“ChKSw”设置为 ON 时表示前/后切模式，“ChkSw”设置为 OFF
时表示固定长度切模式
The system include Start&End cut mode and fixed-length cut mode,user can select mode by
setting system parameter “ChkSw”,when “ChkSw” Turn on ,the Start&End cut mode is
selected,otherwise,the fixed-length cut mode is selected.
1.前/后切模式操作
Start/End cut mode operation
a.按下”前切”或”后切”可以进入针数设定页面，通过”+/-”可以调节针数设定值，连
续按两次”前切”或”后切”可以取消前切或者后切功能，操作流程如下图所示
press START-CUT/END-CUT button can enter Stitch setting page,then modify the stitch
setting by +/- button,in addition,press twice START-CUT/END-CUT button can cancle
start-cut function or end-cut function,the operation process is shown below

b.短按“自动”可以进入前/后切模式

c.待机状态下，面板显示如下所示（仅显示设定针数）
On standby state,the panel is shown below(only show the stitch setting)
d.当物料检测传感器检测到物料进入时，系统进行前切针数计数，当针数计数值 m
满足设定针数时，执行一次切刀动作，面板显示如下所示
When the material detect sensor turn into valid,the system start count the sewing
stitch for Start cutting,as long as the sewing stitch counting meet the set,the cutter start to
cut.panel is shown below
e.当物料检测传感器检测到物料离开时，系统进行后切针数计数，当针数计数值满
足设定针数时，执行一次切刀动作，面板显示如下所示
When the material detect sensor turn into invalid, the system start count the sewing
stitch for End cutting,as long as the sewing stitch counting meet the set,the cutter start to
cut.panel is shown below
f.在系统进行前/后切针数计数过程中，通过按下“自动”可以清除当前针数计数值，
并重新进入待机模式
User can clear the sewing stitch counting and re-enter standby state by press AUTO
button

3.手动模式
Manual mode operation
a.按下“手动”可以进入手动模式
press MANUAL button enter manual mode,panel is shown below
b.手动模式下，按下膝动开关可以执行一次切刀动作

三、系统参数设置
System parameter setting
1.开机时长按“自动”可以进入系统参数设置页面
Keep the AUTO button press down when power on,then system will enter the system
parameter setting page
2.参数设置页面下短按“自动”可以进行参数切换
In the system parameter setting page,AUTO button is used for parameter switch
3.短按或长按“+/-”可以对参数数值进行修改
Modify the parameter value by press ”+” or “-” button,both of long-press and short-press is
available

4.短按“手动”退出参数设置页面，跳转到手动模式
User can exit the parameter setting page by press MANUAL button
