digits to directly access the desired channel.
Relnember to press a "0" before a single
digit channel.
+100 button- Press to select cable channels
higher than 99.
9. MUTE button- Press the MUTE button to
turn off the sound portion of tile TV pro-
grain. (Volume level display turns LIGHT
RED from LIGHT BLUE.) Press the
MUTE button again or press the VOL(ulne)
A or '_' button to restore sound.
10.INPUT SELECT button- Press to select
TV or the external input (VIDEOI or
VIDEO2).

11.CHANNEL RETURN button- Press this
button to go back to the previously viewed
channel. For example, pressing the CHAN-
NEL RETURN buttou once will change
channel display h'om CH 3 (present chan-
nel) to CH 10 (previously viewed charmel),
and pressing it a second time will return
h'om CH 10 to CH 3.
12.DISPLAY button- Press to display the
channel number on the screen. If you press
it again, the channel number will disappear.
13.SLEEP button- Press the SLEEP button to
display the sleep tilner and start the tm_c-
tion. The slmt off tilne can be determined
by the number of times you press the but-
ton. (0, 10, 20, 30,..9(}, 0 lnirmtes)
14.GAME button- Press to set the Galne
lnode. To exit, press the INPUT SELECT
button.

15.AUDIO L/R OUT jacks- Connect to the
lett/right channel audio input,jacks of a
home stereo system.
16.S-VIDEO input jack- Cormect to the S-

Note: The S-VIDEO,jack on the lear panel
is given priority over the VIDEO (Rear)

17.ANT(enna). IN jaek- Connect to an anten-
na, cable system, or satellite system.
18.AC cord- Connect to a standard AC outlet
(120V/60Hz).
Note: Unwrap the AC cord colnpletely
from the backcover before plugging the
cord into an AC outlet.

1) Slide the battel T compartlnent cover back
on the remote Ulfit.
2) Insert 2 "AA" i_enlight batteries into battery
colnpartment in the direction as indicated
by the polarity (+ /-) lnarkings. Batteries
installed with incorrect polarity lnay dam-
age the relnote unit.
3) Replace the cover.

When you use the AUDIO/VIDEO input jacks,
select "VIDEO I" or "VIDEO2" mode by
pressing the INPUT SELECT button on the
remote coutrol.
• To use the jacks on the back of the TV. select
"VIDEO1".
• To use the jacks on the twnt of the TV, select
"VIDEO2".
Notes:
•You may also set the Game mode and exter-
nal input mode at the same time by pressing
the GAME button on tbe remote control.
"GAME" appears on the TV screen and the
TV input swithes to the frout A/V input.

• When you use the S-VIDEO connectiou,
S-VIDEO jack on the rear panel is given pri-
