Setting up SA Silverback 1 with Stereo Hub
You need a smartphone to set up the system. It
must be connected to WiFi and have our SA Cock-
pit app installed. The app is free and available in
Google Play and App Store.
Unpack and connect
Unpack both speakers and Stereo Hub and connect
them to power. Unpack and put batteries in the remo-
te control. Use Allen key to open battery enclosure.
Wait for Stereo Hub to start up before moving on. It
takes 20-40 seconds.
Pairing the remote control
Press and hold the pairing button on the back of Ste-
reo Hub for 6 seconds until the WiSA LED starts
flashing rapidly.
Press any button on the remote control, wait for LED
to stop flashing. Now, the remote control and Stereo
Hub are paired.
The LED will flash when a button on the remote cont-
rol is pressed.
Set the volumen indicator at 3 LEDs on the remote
control and choose the WiFi input.
Connect Stereo Hub to WiFi
Check that your smartphone is connected to the same
network that you want for Stereo Hub to be connected
to. Open the Google Home app and follow the instruc-
tions. Note that some networks require information
about name and password in order to allow access to
the network.
Open SA Cockpit
Tap the speaker symbol in the middle. Note that both
speakers are assigned in the left audio channel. Press
the speaker symbols and listen for white noise. Drag
the speaker symbol that produces white noise from
the right speaker to the symbol on the right side. It is
then assigned to the right audio channel. Double
check that the placement is correct by pressing the
speaker symbols and notice that noise comes from
the correct speaker.
Place the speakers where you need
We recommend that the speakers are placed with a
distance of 1.5 - 2.5 meters.
They are designed for hanging on the wall (with one
screw).
Important. Place the self-adhesive silicone feet on the
back of the speaker to create air circulation for the
Silverback unit between the wall and the speaker.
Silverback 1 is also designed to stand on a shelf close
to a wall. The self-adhesive silicone feet can be pla-
ced under the speaker.
Perform room correction with Room Service in SA
Cockpit when the speakers are placed in the desired
location. Follow instructions in the app.
Enjoy!
Pairing the speakers
Press the pairing button on the back of each speaker
until the STATUS indicator on the back starts flashing
rapidly. Both (or all) speakers must be in pairing mode
(and flashing) simultaneously.
Press the PAIRING / CONNECT button on the back of
the Stereo Hub for 2-4 seconds. The WiSA LED will
then flash slowly. The connection to the speakers is
established when the LED lights up continuously. It
may take up to 1 minute
