Visserie et pièces
Lire complètement toutes les instructions d’assemblage avant de commencer
à assembler. Consulter la liste des pièces à la page 7 pour connaître le nom et voir
des illustrations des pièces. Certains composants peuvent être pré assemblées
usine.
1. Fixer la patte au cadre supérieur avec le boulon de 6 mm et l’écrou de blocage comme
il est illustré à la figure 1.
S’assurer que la tige d’enclenchement fait face à l’extérieur et qu’elle est enclenchée de
façon sécuritaire en position ouverte et fermée. Ne pas trop serrer. Répéter la procédure
pour les trois autres pattes.
Remarque : Les deux pattes avec quatre (4) trous supplémentaires doivent être montées à
la même extrémité du cadre supérieur.
2. Placer le cadre supérieur à l’envers sur l’établi ou sur la surface de travail. Ouvrir les
pattes en appuyant sur les tiges d’enclenchement et faire pivoter les pattes en position
ouverte.
3. Installer les pieds à la base des quatre pattes, comme il est illustré à la figure 2. Remettre
le chevalet en position relevé.
4. Installer les servantes en porte-à-faux dans le tube supérieur, comme il est illustré à la
figure 3.
5. Installer les (4) poignées de blocage dans les trous filetés des tubes supérieurs pour
serrer les servantes.
6. Installer les supports en T dans les extrémités des supports en porte-à-faux . Figure 4.
7. Lors de l’installation de la machine sur les deux supports, il faut que les deux poignées
ressorts soient sur l’arrière afin de faciliter le montage de la scie sur le support (figure 5)
8. Fixer les deux (2) blocs de fixation à la scie avec les boulons mécaniques à chaque point
de fixation de la scie. Voir la figure 6. À partir de la base, faire passer le boulon mécanique
à travers la fente du bloc de fixation, puis à travers le trou de montage et fixer avec une
rondelle plate, une rondelle de blocage et un écrou. Serrer à la main seulement.
9. Soulever la scie avec précaution et la placer sur le support pour scie à onglets. S’assurer
que le crochet du bloc de fixation se verrouille sous la partie supérieure du tube, comme il
est illustré à la figure 7. La poignée à ressort doit se verrouiller sous la partie supérieure du
tube opposé, comme il est illustré à la figure 8.
10. Faire glisser la scie vers l’avant ou vers l’arrière le long du bloc de fixation afin de mieux
équilibrer la scie sur le support. Fixer la scie en resserrant les boulons mécaniques installés
à l’étape 8.

Procédure d’Installation et de repliage
1. Déposer la scie du support.
2. Escamoter les extensions pour réduire la taille du chevalet.
3. Appuyer sur le bouton pression de chaque patte pour les replier sous la partie
supérieure du chevalet jusqu’à ce que le bouton pression s’enclenche en position
fermée. Figure 11.

In accordance with the WEEE directive concerning the environment, it is forbidden to abandon used electric or electronic
equipment or leave them at a standard public dump. The equipment must be taken to a collection point for treatment, recovery
and recycling of EEE waste, or returned to its dealer on a 1 for 1 basis (one item of equipment bought for one item of equipment
taken back). The user is therefore taking an environmentally-friendly step and helping to preserve natural resources and protect
human health.

Visserie et pièces
Read all assembly instructions completely before attempting assembly.
See parts list on Page 2 for names and pictures of parts. Identify all components and
hardware.
1. Install Leg as shown in Figure 1 to Top Frame and secure with 1/4» - 20 x 1-3/4» Bolt
and 1/4» Lock Nut . Insure that Snap Pin is facing out and securely latches in the open and
closed positions.
Do not over tighten. Repeat on remaining three Legs.
Note: The two legs with the additional 4 holes need to be mounted on the same end of the
Top Frame.
2. Place top frame upside down on your workbench or work surface. Openthe legs by de-
pressing the snap pins and pivot the legs into the open
position.
3. Install 1-1/4» Tube Plugs into the bottom of all four legs, as shown in Figure 2. Return
unit to upright position.
4. Install the Outrigger Supports into the Top Tube as shown in Figure 3.
5. Install (4) 5/16» - 18 3-Point Knobs into the threaded holes in the Top
Tubes and Outrigger Supports .
6. Install Support T’s into the ends of the Outrigger Supports . Figure 4.
7. Locate the machine mounts (Part# 3042). Carefully review Figure 5. Note the location of
the spring mounted handles; these should be positioned to the rear of the saw as shown.
This allows for easier installation and removal of the saw.
8. Attach the (2) machine mounts to the saw using 5/16»-18 x 2-1/2» carriage bolts at each
saw mounting point. See Figure 6. From the bottom, pass the carriage bolt through the slot
in the machine mount, through the mounting hole and secure with 5/16» flat washer , lock
washer and nut. Hand tighten only.
9. Carefully lift the saw and place onto the miter saw stand. Be sure the hook
end of the machine mount locks under the top tube as shown in Figure 7. The spring loaded
handle should lock under the opposite top tube as shown in Figure 8.
10. Slide the saw forward or back along the machine mount to best balance the saw on the
stand. Secure the saw by tightening the carriage bolts installed in Step 8.

Set-up / Knockdown Procedure
1. Remove the saw from the work stand.
2. Collapse the Extension Supports to minimum size.
3. Depress the snap button on each leg and fold the leg under the Top until the
snap button pops into the closed position. Figure 11.

Lesen Sie vor der Montage alle Montageanweisungen vollständig durch. Nehmen Sie
die Teileliste auf Seite 7 zur Hand und schauen Sie sich die Bezeichnungen und die
Abbildungen der Teile an. Bestimmte Teile können werkseitig vormontiert sein.
1. Befestigen Sie das Bein (B) am oberen Rahmen (A) mit der 6 mm Schraube (G) und der
Sicherungsmutter (H) , wie in Abbildung 1 dargestellt.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Raststift auf der Außenseite erscheint und dass er sicher in
der offenen oder verriegelten Position eingerastet ist. Nicht zu stark anziehen. Wiederholen
Sie den Vorgang für die drei anderen Beine.
Anmerkung: Die beiden Beine mit vier zusätzlichen Bohrungen müssen an einem selben
Ende des oberen Rahmens angebracht werden.
2. Setzen Sie den oberen Rahmen verkehrt herum auf die Werkbank oder die Arbeitsfläche.
Klappen Sie die Beine auf, indem Sie auf die Raststifte drücken und die Beine in die offene
Stellung schwenken.
3. Bringen Sie die Ständerfüße (O) an den Enden der vier Beine an, wie in Abbildung 2
dargestellt. Setzen Sie den Ständer wieder auf.
4. Führen Sie die einseitig eingespannten Träger (D) in das obere Vierkant ein, wie in Abbil-
dung 3 dargestellt.
5. Montieren Sie die vier Dreipunkt-Griffe (J) in die Gewindebohrung der oberen Vier-
kantrohre und der einseitig eingespannten Träger D.
6. Bringen Sie die T-Stützen (E) an Enden der einseitig eingespannten Träger (D) an. Siehe
Abbildung 4.
7. Wenden Sie sich den Aufnahmeprofilen zu (Teilenr. 3042). Sehen Sie sich aufmerksam
die Abbildung 5 an. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die federgelagerten Griffe sich an der
Rückseite der Säge befinden, wie auf der Abbildung dargestellt. Dies ermöglicht einen einfa-
chen Auf- und Abbau der Säge.
8. Befestigen Sie die beiden Aufnahmeprofile an der Säge mit den Montageschrauben
(K) an jedem Befestigungspunkt der Säge. Siehe Abbildung 6. Führen Sie die Montages-
chraube vom Sockel aus durch den Spalt des Aufnahmeprofils, anschließend durch die
Montagebohrung und befestigen Sie sie mit einer Unterlegscheibe (M), einer Beilagscheibe
(N) und einer Mutter (L). Nur mit der Hand anziehen.

9. Heben Sie die Säge vorsichtig an und setzen Sie sie auf das Untergestell. Vergewissern
Sie sich, dass der Haken des Aufnahmeprofils unter der Oberseite des Vierkantrohrs einras-
tet, wie auf Abbildung 7 dargestellt. Der federgelagerte Griff muss unter der Oberseite des
gegenüberliegenden Vierkantrohrs einrasten, wie auf Abbildung 8 dargestellt.
10. Lassen Sie die Säge nach vorn oder nach hinten über die Länge der Aufnahmeprofile
gleiten, um die Säge optimal auf dem Untergestell auszubalancieren. Fixieren Sie die Säge,
indem Sie die Montageschrauben, die in Schritt 8 angebracht wurden, anziehen.

Aufbau- und Abbauverfahren
1. Nehmen Sie die Säge vom Untergestell ab.
2. Fahren Sie die Verlängerungen ein, um die Abmessungen des Gestells zu
verkleinern.
3. Drücken Sie zum Einklappen der Beine auf den Druckknopf jedes Beins, bis
dieser in der verriegelten Position einrastet. Siehe Abbildung 11.

1 - Objet de la garantie :
La garantie porte exclusivement sur les
vices de fabrication ou les vices de ma-
tières.
Elle nous oblige à l’échange ou à la répa-
ration des pièces reconnues hors d’usage.
2 - Durée de la garantie :
La garantie est de 12 mois à dater de la
livraison du matériel à l’utilisateur (facture
ou ticket de caisse à fournir).
Les échanges ou réparations faites au titre
de la garantie ne peuvent avoir pour effet
de prolonger celle-ci.
Les frais de port ALLER sont à la charge
de l’utilisateur.
3 - Réserves :
La garantie ne s’applique en aucun cas
aux réparations effectuées en dehors de
nos réparateurs agréés.
En aucun cas, durant la période de garan-
tie, le matériel ne devra être démonté.

2 – Lifetime warranty:
The warranty shall be valid for 12 months
from the delivery date of the equipment

Exchanges or repairs carried out under
the warranty shall not extend the original
warranty period.
The user shall be responsible for original
shipping charges.
3 – Reservations:
The warranty shall not under any circums-
tances cover repairs carried out by a non-
authorised repairer.
The equipment should not be dismantled
under any circumstances during the war-
ranty period.

Ein im Rahmen der Garantie erfolgter Aus-
tausch bzw. eine im Rahmen der Garantie
erfolgte Reparatur führt nicht zu einer
Verlängerung der Garantiezeit.
Die Hinsendekosten sind vom Nutzer zu
tragen.
3 – Vorbehalte:
Die Garantie gilt in keinem Fall für Repara-
turen, die nicht von unseren zugelassenen
Mechanikern durchgeführt werden.
Während der Garantiezeit darf das Gerät
unter keinen Umständen auseinanderge-
baut werden.
