fullest so that you will achieve consistent, professional results.
SPECIAL CORD SET INSTRUCTIONS
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or
tripping over a longer cord.
Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
If a long extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord must be at least as
great as the electrical rating of the appliance, and the longer cord should be arranged so that it will
not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled on by children.
Before using your electric oven for the first time, be sure to:
1. Read all instructions included in this manual.
2. Make sure oven is unplugged and Time Knob is in the ”off” position.
3. Remove all racks and pans. Wash in hot soap water or in dishwasher.
4. Thoroughly dry all accessories and reassemble in oven. Plug oven into outlet and you are ready
to use your new electric oven with grill rack and food tray.
5. It may result in smell or smoke at first use. This is normal. It is due to the protective substance on

HOW TO USE
TOASTING
1. Rotate the temperature knob clockwise to “Toast” position (see the
diagram on the left). Both the heating elements will work. Open the
oven door and place the bread slice on the wire rack. One slice of bread
is placed in the center of the wire rack, four slices side by side. Four
slices will be lighter than one slice; adjust timer accordingly.
Note-Remember to first remove the food tray for even toasting result.
2. Time Setting
Turn the time knob to the corresponding position depending on the bread
color, including dark, medium or light. Usually the time is in the range of
about 3-5 minutes. The more toasting time, the darker bread will appear.
When setting the timer dial for less than 5 minutes, always rotate the time
knob to over 5 minutes and then rotate back to your desired time. This
will ensure a safe and accurate timer setting. To interrupt the toasting
process, just turn back the time knob to “off” position. When the time
knob has been turned off the power supply will be cut off automatically.
Note: The bread may catch fire when the toasting time is set too long. Close
supervision is necessary during toasting and do not set the time too long.
GRILL (for chicken wings and drumsticks)
1. Put the food tray above the wire rack and place the food on food tray.
Always use the food pan when grilling food like chicken wings or drumsticks with fat, as it can catch the
dripping the food.
2. Always monitor the food at this setting to prevent overcooking. Overturn the food during the process
or add the flavor if necessary. Always use oven gloves to avoid the risk of scalding.
DEFROSTING
1. Remember to put the food pan above the wire rack when defrosting.
2. Put the food on the food pan, removing all paper or plastic wrapping. The temperature should be set
at 80-120℃. But it is unnecessary to preheat the oven. The time needed for defrosting is largely dependent
on food weight type and shape. If the food is thick and heavy, the temperature should be set at 120℃. It is
necessary to turn over the food. The oven temperature should not be set too high as this may cause the food
to be burn. If the food can be cut easily with knife the defrosting process can be ended. Always cook food
promptly after defrosting.
BAKING (for biscuit, cake, pizza and bread)
1. Put the food on toaster oven about 10 minutes preheating, the suggested temperature is about 200-240
℃. Temperature and time is based on food type and thickness. Usually the proper temperature for baking
food like bread or pizza is 200℃.
2. When baking the upper and lower heating elements will cycle on and off to maintain the constant
temperature.
3. When baking is finished, turn the time knob to “Off” position.
4. Remove the food from the oven carefully.
Care and Cleaning
1. Before cleaning, unplug the toaster oven and allow it cool completely.

5
2. Wash all the accessories with mild soaped water including the wire rack and food tray.
3. Immerse the accessories in the water to wash them completely. Do not use abrasive cleansers,
scrubbing brushes and chemical cleaners will cause damage to the nonstick coating of the food
tray.
4. Using a wet and soft cloth to wipe the inner of the oven.
5. To clean the door by use a wet cloth saturated with detergent or soap.
6. Do not wipe the two metal covers of the heating element without brushes.
7. After cleaning the parts, install the wire rack along the slots in oven cavity and place the food tray
on the wire rack.
8. Do not use any metal pad to clean the surfaces.
