1. SOLID FUEL BOILERS AND EFFICIENCY
1-1) Turkey's first in electronical control system solid fuel boilers.
1-2) The fan motor and the circulation pump are controlled by the
electronic control system.

3. IMPORTANT POINTS FOR THE HEATING SYSTEM
In a single-storey locations, the installation main piping should be suitable
for the boiler outlet diameters (eg, if the boiler outputs are 1 " metal pipe,
the main line pipes 1" metal pipe or the inner diameter 1 "could be plastic
pipe suitable for the metal pipe.
1. In the case of multiple floors, the entrance and exit of each floor must be
separated. The main pipes distributing to the floors should be wider; the
pipes distributing to the radiators in the floors should have at least 1 "metal
pipe or a inner plastic pipe with the diameter 1". Since a circulating system
(circulation of heating water) is more comfortable in this way, the hot water
in the boiler is felt in the radiator in less time.
Note: The diameters of the input and output pipes of the last 4 mtul
radiators can be 3/4 "metal pipe or 3/4" internal diameter plastic pipe with
a diameter suitable for the metal pipe.
2- Installation pipes should be passed as far as possible through concrete
floor.
In places where there is a necessity to stay in concrete, it should be passed
through concrete floor by making a good heat insulation.
4. THE PROCEDURES AND SECURITY PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USING
THE FLOOR HEATING
1 -) The opening of the solid-fuel floor boilers must be done by an
authorized service. In cases where there is no authorized service, the
opening of the boiler needs to be done by the persons foreseen by the
dealer.
2-) Our solid fuel boilers should definitely not be installed in bedrooms,
living rooms and wet floors (bathrooms, etc.).

3-) On the bottom of the floor, where the boiler will be installed, there must
nothing contain that can be ignited such as carpet, wood and plastic pads. If
you are going to install the boiler on a wood parquet, an upgrate part
should be placed
4-) Chimney needs to be used at the exit of the waste gas. This should be a
single chimney and no chimney connection from any location. The gas
absorption of the chimney should be high. The simplest method of detecting
this is to cover the mouth of the chimney with paper and watch whether the
paper piece is hanging in the air. If this happens, the emmission of our
chimney is sufficient for our boilers.
(In order to strengthen the emmission of our chimney, we must raise
the size of our chimney).
5-) Between the chimney output of the boiler and the chimney there must
be maximum 1 elbow and 2 pieces of pipe.
6-) Solid-fuel floor heating boilers as seen in FIGURE -2; the inlet and outlet
of the radiator must be connected to the main pipes in the heating system
with the connection parts seen in the figure without disturbing the order.
The conical tracks and ball valves shown in the figure help to ensure that
our boilers can be easily disassembled during any breakdown.
7-) Expansion tank installation needs to be done as shown in FIGURE-2.
8-) Expansion tank installation should be connected as shown in FIGURE 2.
Note: If there is more than two-fold height between the place where our
boiler is located and the place where we will install our expansion tank, the
diameter of the installation pipes drawn into the expansion tank should be
increased.
9-) The expansion tank water reinforcement outlet shown in FIG-2, must be
connected to the water supply inlet of the boiler. This water supply outlet
boiler and installation completing the water reduction in our installation
and our boiler remain dehydrated.

10-) As shown in FIG. 2, the expansion tank steam inlet should be connected
to the steam outlet of our boiler. This connection prevents the accumulation
of pressure by sending water vapor inside the boiler and the air inside the
boiler to the expansion tank.
11-) Expansion tank water reinforcement inlet shown in FIGURE 2 is used
to add water to the expansion tank, boiler and plumbing.
CAUTION! When filling, the installation has to be carried out from any
point of the installation other than the expansion tank and the other
outlet on the side should be closed with a blind plug, but the vapor
output (water discharge) on the expansion tank must not be closed.
12-) The expansion tank steam output shown in FIGURE-2: used to throw
out the vapor from our boiler. By drawing a line from the steam outlet on
the expansion tank to the wet floor, vapor is discharged.
13-) The circulation pump and the bypass line should be installed at the
radiator output as shown in FIGURE 2.
14-) The unshielded cable in the rear of our boiler should be installed in the
circulation pump as shown below.
15-) Hot Water Outlet and Cold Water Inlet located on the back side of our
boiler provides hot water for use in kitchens, bathrooms and
washbasins. The inlet of cold water should be connected to the network
installation and the outlet of hot water to the hot water installation of
the apartment.

Note: The amount of hot water to be supplied from our boiler must not
exceed 6 lt per minute. The temperature ratio is 75% of the boiler
temperature. The boiler water temperature should not be lower than 55° C.
5. ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND USE
5.1 INSTALLATION
1- The electrical and sensor sockets on the upper part of the solid fuel floor
heater are attached to the sockets at the bottom of our electronic control
system as shown in Figure-6.
2- The feet of our electronic control system should be put into the holes at
the top of the boiler.
Caution: During the installation, the electronic sensor or the connection
cables should not be removed. The power should be 230 V and 50 Hz.
5.2 USE OF ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM
1-) When the electronic control system is installed and the power cable is
plugged, the temperature and the circulation pump are visible on the display
of the electronic control system.
2-) When pressing one time the "MENU" button on the electronic control
system, the fan section is displayed and the operating temperature lowest
limit value of the fan motor starts to flash. Press the (+) and (-) buttons on
the right side of the control system to enter the temperature value that you
want the fan motor to start with. When the boiler temperature rises above
this value, the fan activates automatically and starts working. When the
boiler temperature falls below the set value, the fan motor automatically
deactivates and the fan motor stops.
3-) When the "MENU" key on the electric control system is pressed twice,
the fan section comes to the screen and the highest limit value of the
operating temperature of the fan motor starts flashing. Press the (+) and (-)

buttons on the right side of the control system to enter the temperature
value that you desire the fan motor to terminate the operation. When the
boiler temperature reaches this value, the fan automatically deactivates and
the operation stops. Moreover, if the boiler temperature drops below the set
value, the fan motor automatically switches on and starts running.
4-) If pressing three times the "MENU" button on the electrical control
system, the pump section is displayed and the starting temperature lowest
limit value of the circulation pump starts to flash. By pressing the (+) and (-)
buttons on the right side of the control system, we enter the temperature
value we desire the circulation pump to start with. If the boiler temperature
reaches this value, the circulation pump activates and starts automatically.
Moreover, when the boiler temperature falls below the set-value, the
circulation pump automatically deactivates and stop running. The lowest
limit must be 55 ° C. When the temperature drops below 55 ° C,
condensation can cause deformations such as decay, puncture and taring.
Due to this cause, the product to be out of warranty.
5-) The "FAN" button on the electronic control system allows the fan motor
to operate automatically or manually and to cancel the fan. Once the "FAN"
key is pressed, the LCD will display the current status (automatic or manual)
of the fan and whether it is active or not. If the same button is pressed for a
second time, the fan automatically switches to the manual mode. If the
button is pressed for the third time, the fan cancelles. The fan manual
command can be applied when the boiler temperature is under 30 ° C and if
the boiler temperature is above 30 ° C, the fan motor could be brought to the
automatic or cancel position.
Note: "Fan cancel" is used during loading to prevent exhaust gases escaping
from the boiler.

5.3 FEATURES OF ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM
1 - Electronic control system is a system that allows you to make the heat
control of your boiler comfortable and at the same time, eliminate problems
that may arise from low and high heat of the boiler and installation.
2- Due to the LCD display, it provides instant monitoring of the boiler
temperature, pump and fan operating status.
3- Since the circulation water in the boiler is no longer the highest limit
value of the circulation pump, the circulation pump continues to operate
and minimizes boiling, even if the heating water exceeds the boiling
temperature. As a result, the installation and the boiler are protected
against excessive expansion.
4- When the boiler temperature falls below +5 C in extreme cold conditions,
the circulation pump activates and does not allow any freezing in the
installation and boiler through circulating the heating water inside the
boiler and the installation.
5- In case of a malfunction of the temperature sensor, the circulation pump
activates automatically.
6. FIRST USE
1 - After completing the installation process of the solid fuel boilers, heating
water needs to be added to the boiler and radiators. While adding, the
water level could be monitored from the left side of the expansion tank. The
water needs to be filled half way. Check whether there is any leakage.
2- If there is no leakage in the installation, the 2 sockets (small) should be
removed. Plug in the power plug to activate the circulation pump. Run it
for 5-10 minutes in this position to remove the air gaps in the boiler. After
10 minutes, remove the power plug and re-insert the 2- sockets (small) and
plug the electric cable again.

CAUTION: If there is no movement in the circulation pump by removing the
2-socket plug and inserting the electrical plug, remove the yellow screw
located in the middle part of the circulating pump. If the shaft does not
rotate, rotate it with the screwdriver, and put the yellow screw in place.
3- Cancel the fan by pressing the FAN button on the electronic control
system.
4- The boiler burns by placing a few pieces of wood in the boiler. The LCD
screen on the electronic control system indicates whether the pump is active.
If the pump is not active, the temperature of the pump minimizes by pressing
the menu button on the control system. As soon as the display shows 'pump
active' on the LCD screen, check whether the circulation pump is working. If
there is no movement in the circulation pump, the yellow screw on the
circulation pump needs to be moved by a screwdriver and the shaft in the
pump needs to be turned and to operate the pump. It is expected that the
remaining air in the boiler and in the installation is pumped into the
expansion tank by running the pump for 10 minutes.
Note: The procedures listed in Articles 3 and 4 above should be made in the
first firing process when the solid fuel boiler is not used for a long period of
time.
7, CARE AND USE OF THE SOLID FUEL BOILER
1- Solid fuel boilers must not be burned or used without heating water.
2- Do not use flammable materials such as rubber, plastic and excessive
amount of environmental pollution such as coal (fugitive coal) which is
forbidden to be used by official institutions. Such substances causes
environmental pollution and reduces the life of the boiler and causes waste
gas passage ways to become blocked. Our company is not responsible for any
damage or damage caused by such materials.
3- In places where the chimney emmission is not sufficient, the fan must be
canceled until the chimney extraction is improved.
4- In the heating water of our installation, antifreeze must be added
according to the climate conditions of our region. The antifreeze prevents the
freezing in our installation during the winter months and extends the life of

our installation and boiler. Our company is not responsible for damages
caused by not adding antifreeze.
5 - Water shortages in the expansion tank must be filled, otherwise the excessive water
loss in the boiler and the installation will cause failure in the circulation pump and the
plasticmaterialsintheinstallation.
6-Apowersupplymustbeusedinplaceswithamajorityofpoweroutages.
7-Intheeventofpowercuts,naturalcirculationshouldbeensuredbyopeningthebypass
valve. At the same time, the water level in the expansion tank should also be checked at
regular intervals. If we do not do this, we can damage the installation and boiler. Our
companyisnotresponsibleforthesedamages.
8-Solidfuelboilersshouldnotbeloadedwithmorethanthecapacityoffuel.Ourboilercan
bedamagedduetoexcessivefuelloading.
9- Anadditionalpartsuchasclappeshouldnotbeusedonthechimneyoutputofthesolid
fuelboilers.
10.Afterthefirstinstallationoftheboilerandwhenitisburnedfor the3rd or4th time,the
cleaning should be done and the clogges formed in the inner parts needs to be cleaned
every10-15days.Whenthechimneyisnotclean(dependingonfuelquality)thechimney
emmissiondecreaseandthiscausesinefficiency.
11-Theashtrayshouldbecleanedevery1or2daysaccordingtotheamountofash.
Excessiveamountofashintheashtraymaycausedamagestothefanmotor.
12.Wemustcancelthefanmotorbyusingthefanbuttoninthecontrolsystembefore
loadingourfuelboilers

8. GENERAL WARRANTY AND POLICIES
ARAL MAKİNA MADENİ EŞYA SAN. VE TİC.LTD. ŞTİ provides warranty to the
buyer within the framework of legal provisions. 2 (two) year warranty period
against production defects starts from the actual delivery date. An invoice must
be presented for inclusion in the warranty.
Pump + glass + electric current high/low voltage resulted to a digital card
failure + user errors are not covered by the warranty.
In case of any damage related to production in our product, our company will
try to repair this damage as soon as possible within the warranty period or it
will replace the problematic part. Only spare parts approved or supplied by the
manufacturer must be used.
After the warranty period, our company will continue to serve you in the
necessary conditions.
You are kindly requested to inform the relevant dealer where you have
purchased the product from with the model number printed on the label on
the back of the product.
The company reserves the right to make changes to the product after
publication of this manual.
