1.0 INTRODUCTION
Pellet stoves and boilers are domestic heating appliances. They are fully
automatic and easy to use and they can be used both inside and outside of
the houses.
Pellet stoves and boilers uses peller as fuel and heats your office or house.
Some products look like a fireplace.They are comfortable and money saving
devices. By means of radiators they are capable of heating your house
equally.
After completing R&D projects our company started manufacturing fully
automatic pellet boilers on 2011 with DAIWA and TEBA brands. The
products has succesfully passed the official tests. Average efficiency of our
products is nearly 92%.
By the 2014 April we started serial production and started to sell in
domestic market and export.
If you are reading this document most probably you are an owner of
DAIWA or TEBA brand pellet stove or boiler.
* Please read this manual carefully. This manual contains useful
information about the function and the use of the product.
* Under the light of these information you will be able to use your product
effectively, save money and nature.
* Please keep this booklet for future use. Before starting to use your
product at the beginning of winter please scan the booklet to refresh your
knowledge.

● USE ONLY 6MM NATURAL PELLETS MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO DIN
PLUS STANDARTS.
● DO NOT USE 8MM OR 10 MM PELET, AND SEEDS.
● CLEAN THE FIRE POT EVERYDAY.
● HEAT EXCHANGER PIPES MUST BE CLEANED IN 3-4 DAY PERIODS BY THE
BRUSH SUPPLIED WITH YOUR STOVE OR BOILER.
● IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT FOR A LONG TIME
GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING MUST BE CARIED OUT AND FUEL
STORAGE MUST BE EMPTIED.

4.0 PLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION
4.1 GENERAL
Your appliance was tested according to enforcement rules. Thermal
efficiency and flue gas emissions are in the official ranges. Your appliance
was tested and approved according to EN14785 by an authorized
institution.
Although the product is packed to prevent damaging your porduct would
be damaged while it is being transported. Please check your product
carefully on arrival and do not accept damaged product and report it with
the transporter, otherwise the supplier shall not pay for damages.
4.2 SAFETY
* Product must be installed by an authorized person.
* The floor where you are going to install your product must stand the
weight of the product. If the floor is made of combustible material please
use glass, metal or marble base under the product.
* Install you product in a well ventilated area.
* The product must be connected to separate chimney, not to commenly
used chimney. Must not be connected to kitchen aspirator and bathroom
ventilation windows.
*Product must be connected to chimney with the shortest way and with
the least number of elbow. Increasing the number of elbow and the
distance may lead to unwanted results. If the flue pipe is directly
connected to outside a cap must be used to eliminate the effect of the
wind. If it is connected to a present chimney you must use ‘’H’’ shaped

apparatus or a patented apparatus manufactured by ARAL MAKİNA. Use of
these apparatuses prevent the unwanted results.
* If the flue pipe is connected to outside directly please cover the tip of the
pipe with a 2x2cm mesh so that birds can’t nest in it.
* For better efficiency and longer the life time of the product quality pellet
and wood must be used. Do not use wet and highly humidified . Use of saw
dust and coal will cause serious damages to your stove.
*Inside use products radiates heat around for this reason they musn’t
installed in a small areas. All the pellet stoves and boilers are designed to
take burning air from outside, using this feature provides better air quality
inside your home.
INSTALLATION
* Installation must be done by an authorized person. Pellet stove or boiler
is a fully automatic product. Expansion vessel,circulation
pump,thermostates, safety valve, safety switches are readily installed
inside ste product. Ignition is made by a resistance and fuel is fed by an
auger.
4.3 INSTALLATION
Radiators must be connected to the boiler by an authorized pesrson. The
material used in piping must have a quality certificate. Supplier is not
responsible of the problems arised from piping and fittings. The main pipe
from boiler to radiators must be ¾’’ (hot water)and 1’’ return (cold water).
Pipes would be PVC or metal. In piping possible least number of elbows
should be used. Connection between main pipe and radiators may be ½’’.
Piping must be done according to the drawing supplied by the
manufacturer. After all the pipings and connections done the system is
filled with water as to manometer reads 1-1.5bar. After water is filled all

the connections are controlled for leakage, if there is no leak and the air
inside the pipes is removed boiler may be started. After the set
temeperature is reached the pump starts, then loosen the purging valves
and check whether there is air inside the radiators or not. This procedure is
repeated few times in a time interval to be sure that there is no air in the
system.
*According to the weather conditions of the region where the boiler is
being used,it is recomended to use 1/3 portion antifreeze against coorosion
and freezing.
4.3.1 Electric
Your product must be connected to 230V / 50 Hz electric system. Damages
caused by non regular electric are not covered by warranty.
4.3.2 Flue pipe connection
It is recommended to use stainless steel flue pipe. Pellet stoves must not
connected to commonly used chimneys. They must be connected to
separate chimney. Flue pipe must be connected to the chimney through a
the possible shortest way and with the least number of elbows.

4.3.3 Minimum Safety Distances

While you are installing your product please check the fire and chimney
regulations on force in your country. . Minimum saftey distances specified
below must be complied with;
A from the rear wall 25 cm
B from the side wall 15 cm
C from the radiation area (front side of the stove) 80 cm
There mustn’t be any combustible material within 80 cm (80cm) from the
door of the stove. This distance would be 40cm if, a fire protection panel is
placed between the stoves door and the material.
If the stove is to be placed on a fire sensitive floor, fire protective base like
marble, glass or metal should be used.
Minimum dimensions of a base is specified below;
D 50 cm (from the door to edge of the base)
E 30 cm (from the inner edge of the door to edge of the base).

Ignition/Exstinguishing
The Ignition is extinguishing are activated with a long pushing of the button P1
The Ignition is signalled by the first blinking than fix led L1
The Work state is signalled by the fix led L4
The Modulation state is signalled by the blinking L4
The Extinguishing is activated with a long pressure of the button P1
The Extinguishing is signalled by the blinking led L3
The Extinguishing finished =OFF state is signalled by the fix led L3
Combustion Power Setting
Click button P2: the display D2 blinks
With other click of the button P2 the power is changed according to the values
Ex.: 1 –2 –3 –4 –5 –A (A= Automatic Combustion)
After 3 seconds the new value is memorised and the display shows as normal .
Wood burning : Combustion power 5 is adjusted to burn wood. If you would
like to burn wood there must be pellet in your storage also. Then adjust the
combustion power to 5 and put some wood to burning chamber so that it will

not block the entrance of the pellet to fire pot and start your appliance
normally. In this mode it will start with pellet as to wood catch the fire then
auger stops pellet feding and your appliance runs on wood. If the flame starts
to decrease add some wood. Do not keep the door open more than 20
seconds, otherwise it will go in extiguishing phase.
Work Thermostat Setting
Click button P3 or P4: the display D3 blinks
With other click of the buttons P3 / P4 the value of the thermostat is
increased or decreased
After 3 seconds the new value is memorised and the display shows as normal
Manual Pellet Loading

The long pressure of button P2 activates the Pellet Manual Loading with
activation of Auger engine in continuous way. The bottom display shows the
actual function
The up display shows the passed loading time
To stop the loading push any button
The loading stops automatically after 300 seconds

5CLEANING AND MAINTANANCE

5.3.1 ASH BIN CLEANING
The ash bin under the fire pot should be cleaned daily. Your product is
equipped with two ash bin. The second ash bin is located behid the ash bin
that you see under the fire pot. To clean the second ash bin, remove the
ash bin (Picture 1) then remove the second ash bin (Picture 2,3,4) Second
ash bin should be cleaned mothly.

5.4 FIRE POT CLEANING
Be sure that your product is cool then, open the door carefully so that the
ashes do not spill around. Clean inside the fire chamber by a vacuum
cleaner (refer to picture2). After vacuum cleaning clean the fire pot with a
metal brush as shown in picture1.

After cleaning the burning chamber and fire pot replace the pot. Be sure
that pot is seated well to its place.
7.0 GENERAL WARRANTY POLICY
ARAL MAKİNA MADENİ EŞYA SAN. VE TİC.LTD. ŞTİ warrants the product
against the production faults for 2(two) years period from the date of
installation. Invoice of the product must be presented to the authorised
