Overview

User Training Guide
Making a call
External Call
1. Dial the number you would like to call.
2. Press the Talk button ( )
Internal Call
If you know the extension number
1. Enter the extension using the number pad
2. Press the Talk button ( )
From the directory
1. Press the key on the control key
2. Scroll to the required contact using the navigation keys
3. Press the Talk button ( )
Answering Calls
1. Press the key
Transferring calls (internally)
1. When in a call, use the navigation keys ( ) keys to select Consult and press OK
2. Use the navigation keys ( ) to select the desired number or enter the number
manually
3. To transfer the call press the End key ( )
Muting a call
1. During the call press the key
2. To un-mute the call press the key again
Placing a call on hold
1. When in a call, use the navigation keys ( ) keys to select Consult and press OK
2. To return to the call select Return and then press OK

Adjusting volume
To change the volume during a call for the mode you are currently in i.e. earpiece, handsfree or
headset
1. Press +or -keys on the side of the handset
2. Press the Save soft key
Redial
The redial list contains the last 20 numbers dialed from the handset
1. Briefly press the key
2. Use the navigation keys ( ) to select the desired number
3. Press the key to call
Conference Call
1. While on a call, use the navigation keys ( ) to select Start Conf then press OK
2. Use the navigation keys ( ) to select the desired number or enter the number
manually
3. Use the navigation keys ( ) to select Conference then press OK
To add additional party’s to a conference call
1. Use the navigation keys ( ) to select Expand Conf then press OK
2. Use the navigation keys ( ) to select the desired number or enter the number
manually
3. Use the navigation keys ( ) to select Conference then press OK
