HOW TO WEAR
TELTOHEART
For optimal wearing the wristband
should be worn on the left hand, fit
snugly yet comfortably and be
positioned at a distance of 1 cm from
the wrist bone.

HOW TO CHARGE
TELTOHEART
To recharge, use charging dock
that is included in the
packaging.
Insert a Type-C cable into
the charging dock.
The battery life can
last for a maximum of
24 hours.

INSTALLATION
Login to your MyHealth profile
and pair your TeltoHeart.
After installing the app, tap
to open the app.
If it is your first time using the app,
sign in by entering e-mail address
and password, which is sent to
your e-mail.

MyHealth app will prompt you
to change the default
password to a personal
preferred password of your
choice.

After a successful password
change, you will be asked to
accept Terms and Conditions.
After a successful sign-in,
MyHealth application will ask
for Bluetooth permissions. Tap
Allow to proceed further with
onboarding process.

Enter the code received in

HOW TO PAIR TELTOHEART
After a successful sign-in,
tap the Pair device button.
1. MyHealth application will
initiate a nearby device search.

Select your watch by
tapping on it.

Connected indication will appear.

HOW TO VIEW ECG DATA
IN TELTOCARE
Open a web browser and go to the
URL https://www.teltocare.com
Enter your password in the login
field.
Note: MyHealth application and
TeltoCare share the same
password.

directed to the Patient Dashboard
where you can view various
patient-related information.
Look for the Electrocardiogram
section.
Review the ECG recordings
displayed in the Patient Dashboard
to access the relevant data related
to the patient's electrocardiogram.
Click the Login button to access
your TeltoCare account.

RECORDING AN ECG
– To measure and record physiological
parameters, TeltoHeart utilizes
photoplethysmography (PPG) and
electrocardiogram (ECG).
– To transmit ECG data, ensure that
TeltoHeart and MyHealth are paired
with iOS 14 or later and Android 10 or
later.
– To activate the ECG function, simply
open the ECG app through the
TeltoHeart.
Before you start
– Tap the ECG app icon
on your TeltoHeart.
– Follow instructions on screen.
Setup
Open a web browser and go to the
URL https://www.teltocare.com
Enter your password in the login
field.
Note: MyHealth application and
TeltoCare share the same
password.

directed to the Patient Dashboard

RECORDING AN ECG
Please sit down and make sure
TeltoHeart is on your left wrist and
strapped tightly but comfortably.
Place and hold the abdomen
electrode on the left abdomen.
While holding the electrode on the
left abdomen, put your right hand
finger on the finger electrode
above the screen.
How to take ECG recording
Click the Login button to access
your TeltoCare account.

After placing the watch band
electrode on your left abdomen,
tap Press to Record and remain
still during recording.

Once the recording is finished,
you will see the message
Recording completed displayed
on the TeltoHeart screen.
Note: Please keep the MyHealth
application running in the
background to allow ECG
data transfer.

seconds.

various materials that include the

– TeltoHeart watch contains sensitive
electronic components and can be
damaged if dropped, burned,
punctured, or crushed.
– TeltoHeart watch cases made of
Aluminium and plastic, which may crack
or chip if dropped or subjected to
forceful impact.
– Do not use a damaged TeltoHeart
watch, if device has a cracked case or
screen, damaged or cracked band or
visible intrusion of liquid as it may
cause injury.
CAUTIONS – Avoid heavy exposure to sand or dust.
– Do not disassemble the device.
– Do not handle a damaged or leaking
battery. For safe disposal of your
battery, contact your nearest authorised
service centre.
– Do not bend the wristband
excessively.
– Do NOT bend or damage the power
cord.
– PPG glass scratches or cracks may
affect device PPG performance.
– Follow all instructions in this manual
to ensure the longest lifespan of your
device and battery. Damages or poor
performance caused by failure to follow
warnings and instructions can void your
manufacturer’s warranty.
