1. Safety and Warnings
▸ This device should only be used for its intended purpose. Our company
is not responsible for material and moral losses that may occur due to
improper use.
▸ Installation of the device must be done by authorized personnel according
to the standards specified in the user manual.
▸ The first operation of the device must be done by the authorized service.
The device should never be operated by unauthorized persons.
▸ The appropriate mains voltage according to the model is specified in this
manual. The appropriate mains voltage required for the operation of the
device must be provided.
▸ For device models, cable cross-sections suitable for the model are speci-
fied in this manual. In order to supply energy to the device, the cable with
the appropriate cross-section specified in the manual must be drawn. Re-
sidual current relay and grounding connection applications must be done.
▸ Dangerous, explosive, flammable materials should never be kept in the
area where the device is mounted.
▸ Do not expose the device to humid environments such as bathrooms. It
should never be installed in areas where it can be affected by water such
as rain, snow, etc..
▸ When feeding from a source other than the mains such as a generator or
solar energy, it must be ensured that suitable conditions are created for
the device to operate.
▸ Heating circuit water pressure should be 1.5 bar. It should never exceed
3 bar pressure. In case of need, the water pressure of the heating circuit
should be brought to 1.5 bar by reducing with the discharge valve in the
installation.
▸ In case of any water leakage in the device, the cold water supply valve
should be closed and an authorized service should be consulted.
▸ The mains pressure at the place where the device will be used should be 5
bar. A pressure regulator must be installed in places with mains pressure
above 5 bar.
▸ In case of smell of smoke or burning from the device, the fuse of the de-
vice should be turned off and the authorized service should be consulted.
▸ Do not touched the device with wet hands.
▸ The outer surface of the device can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth.
Abrasive applications and the use of chemicals should be avoided.
▸ Before using hot water, the temperature of the water should be strictly
controlled against the risk of scalding.
▸ The device should not be used by children or unaccompanied disabled
persons.

▸ Packaging wastes should be disposed of in a way that does not harm peo-
ple and the environment.
▸ This manual is an integral part of the product. It should definitely be kept
for reference when needed.
▸ In cases where the device will not be used for a long time, the following
procedures should be performed.
- The fuse of the device should be turned off.
- The valves in both the heating and boiler installations must be closed.
- In order to eliminate the risk of freezing, the water in the heating and
boiler installation must be drained.
▸ The following works should only be carried out by authorized services:
- Installation.
- Disassembly.
- Setup.
- First run.
- Control and maintenance.
- Repair.
- Disable
CAUTION: RISK OF SCALDING
Since there is a risk of very high temperature hot water
coming from the 3 bar discharge outlet located at the bot-
tom of the device, this outlet must be connected to the ap-
propriate discharge pipe. It is the customer's responsibility
to do this.
2. Useful Information About the Device
2.1. Efficient Use of the Device in terms of Safety and Energy Consumption
▸ It is extremely important that the building where you use the device is insu-
lated, the walls are sheathed, and the windows are double glazed. Thanks
to the insulation, heat loss is minimized and you can save a lot of energy.
▸ Turning off the valves of the radiators or floor heating in the rooms you do
not use and keeping the door of the room closed will save energy.
▸ Placing items on or in front of the radiator in areas where heated by radia-
tors prevents air circulation and increases energy consumption.
▸ If you use the Timer (time clock programming) feature of the device, you
will save high. This feature gives you the opportunity to use your device at
any time and at the desired degree.
▸ Using the device at minimum temperature will save energy. The higher the
temperature, the higher the consumption.
▸ If you use the device with a room thermostat, you will save money as it will
regulate its operation according to the room temperature.

▸ When the room temperature is high, lowering the temperature in-
stead of opening the door or window to ventilate the room will save
you money.
2.2. Cleaning and Maintenance of the Device
▸ Maintaining the device is very important in terms of both device life and
economic use. Device maintenance should be done at least once a year
before the start of the winter season. Maintenance must be done during
the warranty period and as well as after the warranty period has expired.
Device maintenance should be carried out by Authorized Services ac-
cording to the standards specified in the user manual.
▸ Original spare parts must be used for the longevity and safety of the de-
vice.
▸ Our company is not responsible for material or moral losses that may arise
as a result of interventions made by unauthorized persons.
▸ The outer surface of the device can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth.
Abrasive applications and the use of chemicals should be avoided.
2.3. Plumbing Blockages
Generally, in old installations, congestion may occur due to the rem-
nants of the previously used system. In these cases, the device should
be installed after cleaning the installation properly. Unclean, clogged
installations will damage the device. This is the sole responsibility of
the customer. Our company is not responsible for any malfunctions
and damages that may arise from this situation.
2.4. Information on Waste Device
Devices become waste for any reason are not household waste. These devic-
es should be handed over to a waste center that accepts electrical devices.
3. Customer and Authorized Service Responsibilities
3.1.First Run Operation:
The first start-up is a free service provided by our authorized services pro-
vided that the device is fully assembled in accordance with the standards
specified in the manual. However, if there is an incomplete process regarding
the assembly of the device, our authorized service will not be able to perform
the first start-up process and will demand a service fee from the consumer.

The following operations must be done completely.
▸ It should be ensured that the area where the device will mounted is in ac-
cordance with the standards specified in the manual.
▸ The plumbing connections of the device must be made completely in ac-
cordance with the standards specified in the manual.
▸ The device must be completely filled with water and air must be removed.
▸ The plumbing, radiator or underfloor heating must be completely filled
with water and air must be removed.
▸ The device's electrical cable must be drawn completely in accordance
with the standards specified in the manual and in the norms indicated by
the manufacturer for the device's power.
▸ A leakage relay must be connected to the device in accordance with the
standards specified in the manual.
▸ The grounding line must be connected without fail.
▸ Sufficient excess must be left in the cable drawn to the device for connec-
tion inside the device.
3.2. Paid Transactions During the Warranty Period:
Some services may be charged by our authorized services, even during the
warranty period of the device.
These services are as follows:
▸ Annual periodic maintenance of the device.
▸ First run process for a device that has previously been started and needs
to be reinstalled in another location.
▸ Request for usage explanation other than initial startup.
▸ Request for filling the device with water and removing air.
▸ Request for filling the radiator or underfloor heating system with water and
removing air.
▸ Resolution of circulation pump locking issues..
▸ Plumbing-related malfunctions and water leaks.
▸ Malfunctions caused by room thermostats or similar devices connected
to the device.
▸ All malfunctions that are outside the warranty coverage specified in the
device's warranty document.
▸ Malfunctions caused by water pressure in the mains.
▸ Malfunctions caused by customer misuse.
▸ Plumbing-related malfunctions.

3.3. Free Transactions During the Warranty Period:
During the warranty period, no fee is charged for the initial start-up process
and all faults that cover the warranty specified in the warranty document.

6. Device Setup
▸ The device should be mounted on a flat, sturdy wall that can support the
weight of the device using the mounting bracket, anchors, and screws
provided with the device. The device should be installed in a way that it is
not exposed to steam, chemicals, or other harmful substances.
▸ The installation of the device must be done by authorized personnel in
accordance with the standards specified in the user manual.
▸ The initial startup of the device must be performed by an authorized ser-
vice technician.
▸ Exposure to sunlight may cause discoloration on the exterior surface of
the device over time.
▸ If there is a risk of freezing in the installation area of the device, the an-
ti-freeze feature of the device should be activated. This feature requires
the device to be connected to electricity, the fuse to be open, and the
operating pressure of the system to be within the working range. The
anti-freeze feature remains active even if the device is in the off (standby)
position.
▸ Under normal conditions, the device should be placed in enclosed spac-
es. If the installation area is a garage, balcony, or similar location, a suita-
ble cabinet should be built for the device.
▸ There should be no flammable materials in the installation area of the
device.
▸ To prevent damage to the device from residues and deposits, the plumb-
ing system must be thoroughly cleaned before the device is installed.
▸ The inlet pressure of the device should be a maximum of 5 bar. If the inlet
pressure is higher than 5 bar, a pressure reducer must be installed to
prevent damage to the device.
▸ To allow authorized service technicians to access the device for technical
issues or maintenance, empty spaces must be left with the minimum di-
mensions specified in the drawing.

It is the customer's responsibility to assemble the device in
accordance with the standards specified in the user man-
ual. If the device is not installed in accordance with the
standards specified in the user manual, and if the appro-
priate gaps are not left around the device, the authorized
service charges a fee regardless of the warranty status of
the device.

▸ In order to ensure good circulation in the heating installation, pipes of
appropriate diameter should be used.
▸ If the pipes used in the heating installation are chosen narrower than the
appropriate diameter, clogging and contractions occur in the installation.
This may cause insufficient water circulation, inefficient operation of the
heating system and some of the radiators not getting hot.
▸ The home, workplace, etc. where the device will be used mains pressure
in places should not be more than 5 bar. If the mains pressure is more
than 5 bar, a pressure regulator must be installed.
▸ The plumbing connection of the device is as seen in the drawing below;
valves, strainers, unions and safety valve should be made complete.
▸ Since the discharge outlet located under the device will automatically
open itself when the pressure value reaches 3 bar due to excessive water
pressure, this outlet must be connected to any drain.
▸ The device should be mounted in such a way that it can be easily disas-
sembled when necessary.

10. Water Supplying to the Device
▸ The cold water inlet valve of the device must be open.
▸ The air release valve located under the device is opened.
▸ The automatic air purger on the circulation pump is loosened.
▸ The filling valve is opened halfway and water is slowly filled. During this
process, the air inside the device will be released from the air release
valve. The water filling process must continue until continuous water is
obtained.
▸ While filling the device with water, the air in the radiators must also be
released. The accumulated air in the radiators must be released by loos-
ening the purgers on the radiators until continuous water is obtained.
▸ When the air release process is completed, the pressure is brought to 1.5
bar and the water filling process is completed.
▸ When the pressure of the device drops below 0.8 bar, the device gives a
low pressure error. In this case, the filling valve must be opened and the
pressure must be brought back to 1.5 bar.
WARNING: IMPORTANT
After the water supplying process is completed, it should
be meticulously checked whether there is a water leak or
not.
WARNING: IMPORTANT
The filling valve of the device should be closed when the
water supplying process is finished. If the valve is left open,
the water pressure rises above 3 bar, the device evacuates
the excess water.

11. Electrical Connection of the Device
▸ The Galaxi Smart S 10-12 kW model devices is designed to work both in
single-phase and three-phase mode.
▸ The operating voltage of the device should be 230 V AC 50 Hz for sin-
gle-phase devices and 400 V AC 50 Hz voltage for three-phase devices.
▸ The feeding cable to be pulled to the device must comply with standards.
▸ The electrical connections of the device should only be made by author-
ized electricians.
▸ The cable to be pulled to the device must be pulled from the main network
panel, and must be seamless and in one piece.
▸ The cable section, leakage current relay amperes, and ground cable sec-
tion to be pulled to the device must comply with the standards specified
in the table.
▸ The tightness of the fuses and terminal connections should be periodical-
ly checked every year.

▸ Any malfunction caused by voltage fluctuations is not
covered by the warranty.
CAUTION: HAZARD OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
▸ There should be absolutely no voltage on the power line
while the device is being electrically connected.
WARNING: IMPORTANT
▸ In the supply line to which the device will be connected,
there must be a 30ma residual current relay suitable for
the operating conditions.
WARNING: CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
▸ It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the
mains voltage and cable cross-section in the area where
the device will be used (home, workplace, etc.) are suit-
able for operating the device.
▸ Compliance with the table, use of cable cross-sections
specified in the standards, installation of a leakage cur-
rent relay and connection of the ground wire are the cus-
tomer's responsibility.
▸ The cable cross-section to be drawn to the device must
be in accordance with the standards specified in the ta-
ble. If a cable with a cross-section lower than the given
values is used, the authorized service will not perform
the initial startup of the device and will charge a service
fee.
